Abstract
The invention relates to a flange comprising: the male flange is provided with a clamping ring at one end; the female flange can be matched with the male flange; the control ring is sleeved on the female flange and can slide along the female flange; the locking assemblies are uniformly arranged on the female flange in an annular shape and connected with the control ring, and the locking assemblies can be controlled to be clamped with the clamping ring by sliding the control ring, so that the male flange is clamped with the female flange; and the clamping assembly is clamped in the clamping ring, and the clamping assembly can fix the control ring. The invention has the advantages that: through using a plurality of locking subassemblies of control ring synchro control, only need change the control ring position, can fix the male flange on female flange, make installation between male flange and the female flange simple swift with the dismantlement.

Technical Field

Background
Flanges, also known as flanges or lugs, are parts that interconnect pipes to tubes. The invention discloses a flange, which comprises: the male flange is provided with a clamping ring at one end; a female flange capable of mating with the male flange; the control ring is sleeved on the female flange and can slide along the female flange; the locking assemblies are uniformly arranged on the female flange in an annular shape and connected with the control ring, and the locking assemblies can be controlled to be clamped with the clamping ring by sliding the control ring, so that the male flange is clamped with the female flange; and the clamping assembly is clamped in the clamping ring, and the clamping assembly can fix the control ring.
In one embodiment, the locking assembly comprises a connecting rod and a locking member, the locking member is hinged to the female flange, a clamping groove is formed in the locking member, one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the locking member, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the control ring, and the locking member can be driven to rotate by moving the control ring, so that the clamping ring is clamped into the clamping groove, and the male flange is fixedly connected with the female flange.

When unlocking is needed, the unlocking ring 5 is rotated to enable the unlocking ring 5 to drive the unlocking inclined block 51 to move, so that the filling block 6 moves downwards under the pushing of the first inclined surface 511, the pushing block 7 is further pushed to move downwards to extrude the first elastic piece 82, when the filling block 6 is completely immersed in the clamping hole 21, the pushing block 7 is also completely immersed in the accommodating groove 12, the control ring 2 can move to the right side under the action of the second elastic piece 81, and the connecting rod 3 drives the locking piece 4 to rotate reversely, so that the male flange 9 and the female flange 1 can be separated.
