Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ship living appliances, in particular to a pressure-reducing air supply valve for a toilet.
Background
The pressure-reducing air supply valve for the toilet mainly provides compressed air after pressure reduction for the toilet sewage discharge.
At present, the sewage disposal of the toilet mainly adopts medium-pressure air, the sewage blowing pressure can not be adjusted according to the outboard pressure, and larger air noise and exhaust noise can be generated during large pressure difference blowing. In addition, the pressure setting range of the general pressure reducing valve for the ship is limited, and the large-range pressure difference control during the dirt blowing-off process cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects or the improvement requirements of the prior art, the invention provides the pressure-reducing air supply valve for the toilet, which can effectively reduce the air noise and the exhaust noise when the toilet dirt is blown off, meets the requirement of large-range pressure difference control, and has the advantages of simple structure, safe use and reliable work.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.
The invention provides a pressure-reducing air supply valve for a toilet, which comprises a hand wheel, a screw rod, a locking nut, an upper cover, a spring seat, a main spring, an exhaust seat, a valve body, a main valve disc, a return spring and a bottom cover, wherein the upper part of the screw rod is connected with the hand wheel, the lower part of the screw rod penetrates through the upper cover to be connected with the spring seat, a threaded motion pair is arranged between the screw rod and the upper cover, the upper cover is sleeved with the upper part of the valve body, the bottom cover is arranged at the bottom of the valve body, the upper part of the main valve disc is connected with the exhaust seat, the return spring is arranged between the lower part of the main valve disc and the bottom cover, and the main spring is arranged between the spring seat and the exhaust seat; the pre-compression force of the main spring is adjusted by rotating the hand wheel to drive the screw rod to move, and when the pre-compression force reaches a preset value, the locking nut is rotated to be attached to the upper cover, so that a double-nut locking screw rod is formed; the opening degree of the main valve disc is controlled through the interaction of the main spring and the return spring, and the large-range differential pressure control is realized through adjusting the pretightening force of the main spring.
In the technical scheme, the main spring is formed by nesting two large springs and two small springs.
In the technical scheme, the main valve disc is provided with the pressure balance hole, and the pressure balance hole is communicated from the upper part of the main valve disc to the bottom of the main valve disc, so that the upper and lower air pressure balance of the main valve disc is ensured. When the valve is opened, the pressure balance between the sealing surface of the valve disc and the bottom is realized through the pressure balance hole on the main valve disc, and the lower part of the main valve disc is only under the action of the return spring.
When the toilet dirt needs to be discharged, the screw rod and the spring seat are driven to move downwards by the rotary hand wheel according to the pressure of outboard seawater, the main spring is compressed, the main valve disc is opened by overcoming the acting force of the return spring, and the main valve disc is locked by the locking nut when the screw rod moves to a specified scale. When compressed air starts to supply air, the air from the inlet of the valve reaches the outlet of the valve after being throttled by the main valve disc, when the pressure of the outlet exceeds the set pressure, the stress on the bottom of the exhaust seat is greater than the spring force of the main spring, the upward movement opening of the main valve disc is reduced, the throttling effect is enhanced, and therefore the pressure of the outlet is adjusted to the set value. When the outlet pressure is lower than the set pressure, the main valve disc moves downwards, the throttling effect is weakened, and therefore the outlet pressure is adjusted to the set value. The air supply pressure is kept at the set value in the whole sewage discharge process.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the pressure-reducing air supply valve for the toilet adopts a main spring design with a big spring and a small spring, and can realize large-scale pressure difference control according to the sewage discharge requirement;
2. the pressure-reducing air supply valve for the toilet can realize automatic adjustment during pressure fluctuation;
3. the pressure-reducing air supply valve for the toilet can reduce the pressure difference during toilet sewage discharge and reduce air noise and exhaust noise.
