Abstract
The embodiment of the disclosure discloses a vehicle-mounted lifter. Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of some embodiments of a folded state of an on-board lift according to the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle-mounted lifter includes a base 1, a support assembly 2, a link assembly 3, and a lifter assembly 4. The base 1 may be mounted to the vehicle by a connecting member such as a bolt. The base 1 may include two base legs as shown in fig. 1, or may be an integral leg, and those skilled in the art may adjust the base according to actual situations.
The lower end (in the direction of fig. 1) of the above-mentioned link assembly 3 is pivotally connected to the base 1 such that the link assembly 3 can rotate along the pivot axis. In some alternative implementations of some embodiments, the connecting rod assembly 3 may include two horizontally spaced link mechanisms (not shown in their entirety). Since the two link mechanisms have the same structure, the link mechanism on the lower side (direction in fig. 2) will be described as an example. The two ends of the link mechanism are connected with the base 1 and the supporting component 2. Specifically, the link mechanism includes a first link 31, a second link 33, and a push-pull portion 32 that are vertically spaced apart. Both ends of the first link 31 and the second link 33 are pivotally connected to the base 1 and the support assembly 2. When the first link 31 and the second link 33 are rotated along the pivot axis with the base 1, the support assembly 2 can be lifted up or down. The push-pull portion 32 is connected to the base 1 and one end of the second link 33 facing the support unit 2. In the first transition state shown in fig. 2, when the push-pull portion 32 is extended, the second link 33 and the first link 31 can be driven to rotate downward (in the direction of fig. 2), and the support assembly 2 moves downward (in the direction of fig. 2) until the support assembly 2 is engaged with the ground. When the push-pull portion 32 retracts, the second link 33 and the first link 31 can be driven to rotate upwards, so that the support assembly 2 moves upwards until the support assembly 2 abuts against the vehicle bearing surface.
The push-pull portion may include, but is not limited to: hydraulic cylinder, electric push rod, electromagnetic push rod, etc.
It should be noted that the first link 31 and the second link 33 can be pivotally connected to the base 1 and the support assembly 2 by a pin or a hinge, and those skilled in the art can select and adjust the connection according to actual situations.
Optionally, the linkage mechanism may further include a connecting plate 34. The connecting plate 34 may be fixedly attached to the support member 2. The above-described connecting plates 34 are pivotally connected to the first links 31 and the second links 33 in one-to-one correspondence.
Referring next to fig. 3 with continued reference to fig. 1, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of some embodiments of a second transition state of a vehicle lift according to the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the support assembly 2 may include a support frame (not shown in its entirety). The support frame is enclosed by two longitudinal beams 21, 22, a top beam 23 and a bottom beam 24 connected end to end. First ends (upper ends shown in fig. 3) of the two side members 21, 22 are connected to the first links 31 and the second links 33 of the two link mechanisms in a one-to-one correspondence. The second ends of the two longitudinal beams 21 and 22 are connected to a fixing plate 29. The fixing plate 29 is intended to engage the contact surface. The contact surface may be the ground or the bearing surface of the vehicle. The right end (in the direction of fig. 3) of the fixed plate 29 is pivotally connected to the lifter assembly 4. Non-slip pads or other friction enhancing materials may be provided on the bottom of the fixed plate 29 to enhance the stability of the truck mounted lift.
Optionally, the support assembly 2 may further comprise a hoisting assembly (not shown in its entirety). The winding assembly is used for fixing the lifting machine assembly 4 when the vehicle-mounted lifting machine is in a folded state. Specifically, the hoisting assembly includes a hoisting machine 25, a wire rope 26, a first fixed sheave 27, and a second fixed sheave 28. The hoist 25 is mounted to the bottom end of the top beam 23. A first fixed sheave 27 is fixedly attached to the side of the top beam 23 facing the elevator assembly 4. The second fixed sheave 28 is provided below the hoist 25. A carrying connecting rod can be arranged below the hoisting machine 25, which carrying connecting rod is fixedly connected to the two longitudinal beams 21, 22. The second fixed pulley 28 is fixedly attached to the load bearing link. The wire rope 26 extends from the hoist 25 and is detachably connected to the elevator assembly 4 through the second fixed sheave 28 and the first fixed sheave 27. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lifter assembly 4 includes a base plate 42 and a lifter body (not shown in its entirety) provided to the base plate 42. The first end (left end as viewed in fig. 4) of the base plate 42 is pivotally connected to the fixed plate 29. A second end (right end in fig. 4) of the base plate 42 is provided with a pull ring 46. In the folded condition, the cable 26 is connected to the pull ring 46. Under the assistance of the winch 25, the wire rope 26 is wound up, so that the base plate 42 is vertically turned to the support assembly 2.
Alternatively, the lifter body may include two lifting mechanisms spaced apart from each other. Therefore, the lifting requirement of the vehicle with the long wheelbase can be met. The lifting mechanism includes a support plate 41 and a scissors lift pivotally connected to the support plate 41. The scissor lift is placed on the base plate 42. The scissors lifter may include first and second scissors portions 45 and 44 that are cross-pivotally connected, and a hydraulic cylinder 43. The hydraulic cylinder 43 is connected to the base plate 42 and the second scissor portion 44. In the operating state, the hydraulic cylinder 43 extends and contracts, so that the second scissor portion 44 rotates along the pivot shaft. Thereby raising or lowering the support plate 41.

the connecting assembly can rotate relative to the base to lift or lower the support assembly and the lifter assembly, so that the vehicle-mounted lifter can be folded or unfolded.

The vehicle lift of claim 1, wherein said linkage assembly includes two horizontally spaced linkages, said linkages including vertically spaced first and second links pivotally connected at opposite ends to said base and said support assembly, and a push-pull portion connected to ends of said base and said second links facing said support assembly, said push-pull portion extending and retracting in an operative condition to pivot said first and second links about said base to raise or lower said support assembly.
3. The vehicle lift of claim 2, wherein said linkage further comprises a connecting plate fixedly secured to said support assembly, said connecting plate pivotally connecting said first link and said second link.
4. The vehicle lift of claim 3, wherein said support assembly comprises a support frame formed by two longitudinal beams, a top beam and a bottom beam, said two linkages pivotally connected to first ends of said two longitudinal beams in a one-to-one correspondence, second ends of said longitudinal beams being connected to a mounting plate engaged with said contact surface, said mounting plate being pivotally connected to said lift assembly.
5. The vehicle-mounted lift of claim 4, wherein the support assembly further comprises a winch assembly, the winch assembly comprising a winch fixedly attached to the top beam and a wire rope, a free end of the wire rope being detachably connected to the lift assembly for securing the lift assembly when the vehicle-mounted lift is folded.
6. The vehicle-mounted lifter of claim 5, wherein the winding assembly further comprises a first fixed pulley fixed to a side of the top beam facing the lifter assembly and a second fixed pulley fixed to a bottom of the winding machine, and the wire rope is connected to the lifter assembly through the second fixed pulley and the first fixed pulley.

The vehicle-mounted lifter according to claim 6, wherein the lifter assembly comprises a base plate and a lifter body provided to the base plate, a first end of the base plate is pivotally connected to the fixing plate, and a second end of the base plate is provided with a pull ring for connecting the wire rope.
8. The vehicle-mounted lifter according to claim 7, wherein the lifter body includes two lifting mechanisms spaced apart from each other, the lifting mechanisms include a support plate and a scissor lift pivotally connected to the support plate, and the scissor lift is placed on the base plate.
9. The vehicle-mounted lift of claim 8, wherein the push-pull section comprises at least one of: hydraulic cylinder, electromagnetism push rod.
