It can be understood that when the output shaft 4 rotates, the brake disc 2 is driven to rotate, the brake disc 2 is in contact with the brake cover plate 1 and the brake box body 6, and due to the action of friction force, the brake cover plate 1 and the brake box body 2 are driven to move together, and at the moment, the brake block 5 performs centrifugal motion; when the rotating speed of the output shaft 4 reaches the braking speed, the front end of the brake block 5 is embedded into the vortex groove of the anti-falling box body 8, the brake box body 6 and the brake cover plate 1 are forced to stop rotating, at the moment, the output shaft 4 drives the brake disc 2 to continue rotating, the brake disc 2, the brake cover plate 1 and the brake box body 6 generate large braking torque, the speed of the output shaft 4 is forced to stop gradually, and the braking anti-falling effect is achieved.
