背景技术
随着市场需求的多样化，面料的功能性也越来越受到人们的重视。蚊虫，给人们的工作、生活造成了显著的危害，特别是在炎热的夏季，人们普遍穿的衣物非常单薄，单薄的衣物和裸露的手臂、腿部无法抵抗蚊子的叮咬，蚊虫叮咬不仅使人引起皮肤不适，而且蚊子本身携带的大量致病病原体，更是严重影响了人们的健康生活，特别是对于婴幼儿，婴幼儿的抵抗能力更为弱，蚊虫对其伤害更大，现有的防蚊虫面料透气性较差，而婴幼儿皮肤娇嫩，闷热的面料给婴幼儿带来不适，且在制作过程中，面料层需进行压合固定，但在压合过程中，容易造成压合受力不均匀，粘合效果不佳，影响生产的面料质量。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料及其制备方法，以解决上述背景技术中闷热性以及压合受力不均问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料，包括耐磨纤维层，所述耐磨纤维层的下表面连接有弹性基布层，所述弹性基布层远离耐磨纤维层的一侧设置有透气层，所述透气层远离弹性基布层一侧设置有吸汗棉层，所述吸汗棉层远离透气层的一侧设置有亲肤层。
所述透气层包括第一胶固层、承托层、弹性球体、气腔和第二胶固层，其中，所述第一胶固层与第二胶固层结构相同，且均为网状，所述承托层设置在第一胶固层与第二胶固层之间，所述弹性球体设置在承托层内部，且设置有若干个，所述气腔设置在弹性球体的内部。
优选的，所述承托层由丝瓜络压制而成。
优选的，所述耐磨纤维层内部固定镶嵌有多个防静电点珠。

一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将原料耐磨纤维层、弹性基布层、透气层、吸汗棉层、亲肤层利用生物胶依次粘合在一起，形成胚料；
步骤二：通过压合装置对其胚料进行压合处理，以保证牢固性，形成面料；
步骤三：将步骤二的面料放在防蚊虫液中浸轧处理，压力1-2MPa，带液率70-75％，烘干后，将面料在135-140℃恒温1-2小时；
步骤四：再将烘干后面料进行冷水冲洗，再放入到烘箱中进行烘干；
步骤五：将步骤四处理后的面料放入到定型机中，定型机以5℃/min升温至130-145℃进行定型，定型机的机速为8-12m/min，制得具有防蚊虫功效的婴幼儿服饰专用面料。

2、本发明的压合板对面料压合时，压合受力均匀，使粘合效果好，通过固定板来限位滑动杆和压合板的运动，通过第二滑块在滑行槽内滑行，保证升降的流畅，保证了滑动杆受力均匀，避免在运动过程中发生偏移，提高压合板下压的稳定性。
3、本发明设置的减震机构可有效消除压合过程中压合平台的震动，压合平台下压，带动滑动板下压，滑动板同时带动第一十字块下压，从而使转架的铰接角度变化，推动第一滑块在横杆向外侧滑动，通过压缩弹簧同时提供弹力，使得受力均匀，提供减震缓冲，消除震动，减震效果良好，从而增强压合平台的抗震性，使得平台损伤程度减轻，延长平台使用寿命。

步骤三：将步骤二的面料放在防蚊虫液中浸轧处理，压力1MPa，带液率75％，烘干后，将面料在135℃恒温1小时；
步骤四：再将烘干后面料进行冷水冲洗，再放入到烘箱中进行烘干；
步骤五：将步骤四处理后的面料放入到定型机中，定型机以5℃/min升温至130℃进行定型，定型机的机速为8m/min，制得具有防蚊虫功效的婴幼儿服饰专用面料

通过液压缸60推动液压杆70下降，从而推动滑动杆50和压合板80下压，通过固定板40来限位滑动杆50的运动，通过第二滑块140在滑行槽150内滑行，保证升降的流畅，且保证了滑动杆50受力均匀，避免在运动过程中发生偏移，提高下压的稳定性，从而保证压合板80压合时，压合受力均匀，粘合效果好。
实施例2
作为一种可选情况，参见图2-5，一种压合装置，包括减震机构20，减震机构20包括固定座201、压缩弹簧202、横杆203、转架204、第一十字块205、第一滑块206和第二十字块207，其中，第一十字块205设置在滑动板120的中心下端，第二十字块207设置在第一十字块205的下方，且第二十字块207与第一十字块205为相同机构，转架204设置在第一十字块205与第二十字块207的十字外端，第一滑块206设置在转架204的外端，横杆203贯穿设置在第一滑块206的内部，固定座201设置在横杆203的外侧一端，固定座201固定在支撑杆30内侧，压缩弹簧202设置在横杆203的外部，且与第一滑块206外侧以及固定座201内侧相连接，第二十字块207固定在机架10底部。
压合板80对其压合平台100上放置的面料进行压合时，压合时产生冲击震动，压合平台100下压，带动滑动板120下压，滑动板120同时带动第一十字块205下压，从而使转架204的铰接角度变化，推动第一滑块206在横杆203向外侧滑动，通过压缩弹簧202同时提供弹力，使得受力均匀，提供减震缓冲，消除震动，减震效果良好，从而增强压合平台100的抗震性，延长平台使用寿命。
该实施例中的方案可以与其他实施例中的方案进行选择性的组合使用。

1.一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料，包括耐磨纤维层(4)，其特征在于：所述耐磨纤维层(4)的下表面连接有弹性基布层(3)，所述弹性基布层(3)远离耐磨纤维层(4)的一侧设置有透气层(5)，所述透气层(5)远离弹性基布层(3)一侧设置有吸汗棉层(2)，所述吸汗棉层(2)远离透气层(5)的一侧设置有亲肤层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料，其特征在于：所述透气层(5)包括第一胶固层(51)、承托层(52)、弹性球体(53)、气腔(54)和第二胶固层(55)，其中，所述第一胶固层(51)与第二胶固层(55)结构相同，且均为网状，所述承托层(52)设置在第一胶固层(51)与第二胶固层(55)之间，所述弹性球体(53)设置在承托层(52)内部，且设置有若干个，所述气腔(54)设置在弹性球体(53)的内部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料，其特征在于：所述承托层(52)由丝瓜络压制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料，其特征在于：所述耐磨纤维层(4)内部固定镶嵌有多个防静电点珠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料，其特征在于：所述亲肤层(1)为莫代尔纤维交错编织的平滑结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料，其特征在于：所述亲肤层(1)远离吸汗棉层(2)的一侧固定镶嵌有多个均匀分布的海绵凸起。
7.一种功能性婴幼儿服饰专用面料的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将原料耐磨纤维层(4)、弹性基布层(3)、透气层(5)、吸汗棉层(2)、亲肤层(1)利用生物胶依次粘合在一起，形成胚料；
步骤二：通过压合装置对其胚料进行压合处理，以保证牢固性，形成面料；
步骤三：将步骤二的面料放在防蚊虫液中浸轧处理，压力1-2MPa，带液率70-75％，烘干后，将面料在135-140℃恒温1-2小时；
步骤四：再将烘干后面料进行冷水冲洗，再放入到烘箱中进行烘干；
步骤五：将步骤四处理后的面料放入到定型机中，定型机以5℃/min升温至130-145℃进行定型，定型机的机速为8-12m/min，制得具有防蚊虫功效的婴幼儿服饰专用面料。
