The supporting seat 31 of the present invention has an inverted triangle base 313, the inverted triangle base 313 is enclosed by a plane plate 3131 parallel to the ground and two side plates 3132, and the intersecting included angle edge 3133 of the two side plates 3132 is pressed against the ground; the stress position of the supporting seat 31 is concentrated on the included angle edge 3133, so that the supporting seat is not limited by unevenness of the rock surface, and the supporting structure is firm; and then, the two adjusting feet 515 are matched to form a three-point supporting structure, so that the supporting structure is more stable.
The supporting seat 31 of the present invention further comprises a square base 314 disposed on the inverted triangular base 313, wherein the square base 314 has a supporting flat plate 3141 disposed in parallel with the flat plate 3131 at an interval, and two supporting side plates 3142 disposed on the flat plate 3131 for supporting and erecting the supporting flat plate 3141; one end of the square base 314 is provided with a fixing hole for fixing the first fixing arm 32, and the other end of the square base 314 extends upwards in an inclined manner to form a second fixing arm 33; the first fixing arm 32 and the second fixing arm 33 are positioned on the same straight line; when the small arm rotary disc motor 312 drives the small arm rotary disc 311 to rotate 180 degrees, the transposition operation of the rock drilling machine 1 and the splitting machine 2 is realized, and the distance between the drill rod 11 of the rock drilling machine 1 and the small arm rotary disc 311 is almost the same as the distance between the splitting machine 2 and the small arm rotary disc 311, so that the operation positions of the rock drilling machine 1 and the splitting machine 2 are convenient to align during the transposition operation, if the transposition operation is needed, the splitting oil cylinder 21 can be manually pulled to swing the splitting oil cylinder 21 up and down and left and right by virtue of a spring in the balancer 23, the splitting rod 22 and the hole are convenient to align, the fracture surface is more neat during the splitting, the stone yield is higher, and the working efficiency can be improved.
The first fixing arm 32 of the present invention has a horizontal arm parallel to the ground and an inclined arm connected to the support base, and the horizontal rail 4 is suspended below the horizontal arm.
Referring to fig. 7, the present invention further discloses a multifunctional excavator, wherein the excavator 10 has a mechanical arm 101 and the drilling and splitting integrated machine.
According to the multifunctional excavator, the mechanical arm 101 of the multifunctional excavator is pivoted with the supporting seat 31, the supporting seat 31 supports the rock drill 1 and the splitting machine 2, during rock drilling and mining, the rock drill 1 and the splitting machine 2 are conveyed to a mining position by the excavator 10, firstly, the rock drill 1 is aligned to the rock working position to carry out drilling operation, after the drilling operation, the small arm rotating disk 311 is rotated, the splitting machine 2 is aligned to the drilling position to carry out splitting operation, the working efficiency is improved, and the time required for transposition movement adjustment of the rock drill 1 and the splitting machine 2 is saved; and under the condition that the whole machine does not need to be moved, a plurality of holes can be drilled on the same straight line, the working efficiency is higher, and the practicability is stronger.
The mechanical arm 101 of the excavator of the multifunctional excavator is provided with a connecting seat 102 pivoted with the forearm rotating disc 311; the connecting base 102 is provided with a bottom plate 103 pivoted with the small arm rotating disc 311, two side plates 104 arranged on the bottom plate 103 in parallel, a pivoting rod 105 and two pivoting pieces 106, the bottom end of the mechanical arm 101 is pivoted to one end of the two side plates 104 through a shaft, one end of the pivoting rod 105 is pivoted to the other end of the two side plates 104 through a shaft, two sides of the other end of the pivoting rod 105 are respectively pivoted to one end of the pivoting piece 106, and the other end of the pivoting piece 106 is pivoted to the mechanical arm 101; the connecting base 102 may securely connect the support base 31 and the robot arm 101 together.
The excavator 10 of the multifunctional excavator of the present invention is provided with a water storage tank 107; the water storage tank 107 can provide a water source for the rock drill during drilling, so that the drill bit is cooled conveniently during drilling, and stone powder is prevented from flying upward.
