When the external liquid is inputted from the liquid outlet member 200, it flows into the cavity of the liquid outlet member 200 through the liquid outlet hole 2111. The liquid is collected in the cavity of the liquid outlet member 200. In the cavity of the liquid inlet 100, the liquid pressure is not enough to maintain the deformation of the elastic sealing plate 310, so that the elastic sealing plate 310 is restored to the original state, thereby closing the liquid passing hole 311 and blocking the liquid. By providing the elastic sealing plate 310, the elastic deformation of the sealing member 300 can be stabilized and secured. Further, the installation plate 320 is provided, so that the seal 300 can be easily installed and the structure can be simplified. In addition, the liquid passing hole 311 is provided, which not only can effectively control the blocking or conducting of the liquid, but also can simplify the overall structure of the sealing member 300 and facilitate the production.
Further, with reference to fig. 4 and 5, a first boss 312 is convexly provided on a surface of the elastic sealing plate 310 facing the first connecting cylinder 120, a plurality of pads 3121 are provided on a surface of the first boss 312 facing the first connecting cylinder 120, the pads 3121 are annularly arranged, and a blocking groove 313 is concavely provided in a center of the first boss 312.
The sealing member 300 is provided with a first boss 312, the first boss 312 is provided with a cushion block 3121, and the first boss 312 can be arranged in a ring-shaped row, so that the elastic deformation part of the elastic sealing plate 310 is not adhered to the liquid inlet member 100, thereby allowing the elastic sealing plate 310 to be easily elastically deformed. The center of the first projection 312 may be concavely provided with a blocking groove 313 to cooperate with the sealing member 300 to control the blocking or conducting of the liquid. It can be understood that the 6 cushion blocks 3121 can effectively prevent the adhesion of the members due to the liquid. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, etc. may be provided for the cushion block 3121.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a blocking block 1214 is convexly provided on the surface of the first plate-shaped main body 121 facing away from the female liquid inlet joint 111, an annular blocking convex ring 1214a is convexly provided on the surface of the blocking block 1214 facing away from the female liquid inlet joint 111, and the annular blocking convex ring 1214a tightly presses the blocking groove 313, so that the blocking block 1214 blocks the liquid passing hole 311.
When the external liquid is inputted from the liquid inlet member 100, it flows into the cavity of the liquid inlet member 100 through the liquid inlet hole 1211. The liquid is gathered in the cavity of the liquid inlet member 100, and the liquid presses the elastic sealing plate 310 of the sealing member 300 to deform the elastic sealing plate 310, so that the blocking groove 313 is separated from the blocking block 1214, and the liquid passing hole 311 is opened to conduct the liquid. By arranging the blocking block 1214, the blocking and the conduction of the liquid passing hole 311 can be effectively controlled, thereby realizing the unidirectional conduction of the liquid.
Further, the end face of the block 1214 may be provided with an annular block bead 1214a, so that the contact area of the block 1214 with the block groove 313 is reduced, thereby making it easier for the block 1214 to separate from the block groove 313 when liquid is input from the liquid inlet member 100. When backflow occurs, the contact pressure between the blocking block 1214 and the blocking groove 313 is increased, the sealing effect is improved, and the reliability of backflow prevention is improved. By arranging the annular blocking convex ring 1214a, the liquid passing hole 311 can be quickly responded and effectively opened, the sealing performance can be improved, and the liquid blocking is more reliable. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the radial surface of the blocking block 1214 may be attached to the radial surface of the liquid passing hole 311 to achieve a sealing effect, so as to block the liquid. Similarly, the annular blocking convex ring 1214a of the blocking block 1214 can also be arranged in the radial direction of the blocking block 1214, or the radial hole wall of the liquid passing hole 311 can be provided with the annular blocking convex ring 1214a, or the blocking block 1214 can be radially provided with the annular blocking ring 1214a and a groove is radially arranged in the liquid passing hole 311, so as to improve the sealing effect.
Further, with reference to fig. 4 and 5, a liquid accumulation groove 323 may be formed on a surface of the mounting plate 320 facing away from the first connecting cylinder 120, the liquid accumulation groove 323 is located between the sealing ring body 321 and the second boss 322, and when the liquid flows back, the liquid accumulation groove 323 is easy to accumulate the liquid, so that the elastic sealing plate 310 is restored, and the liquid passing hole 311 is closed. By providing the liquid accumulation groove 323, the liquid passing hole 311 can be closed quickly and efficiently, and occurrence of backflow can be reliably avoided.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, in an embodiment of the present application, a surface of the first plate-like body 121 facing away from the female liquid inlet connector 111 is convexly provided with a limiting step 1213, and the limiting step 1213 abuts against the elastic sealing plate 310. First plate-like body 121 is provided with a limit step 1213 to abut against mounting plate 320 of seal 300 to assemble seal 300. Through the arrangement, the sealing element 300 can be more stable and reliable after being installed, and the assembly of the female adapter 1000 is facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5 in combination, a surface of the mounting plate 320 facing away from the first connecting cylinder 120 is provided with a second boss 322. The surface of the first plate-like body 121 facing away from the female inlet connector 111 is provided with a ring groove 1215, the ring groove 1215 is located between the limiting step 1213 and the blocking block 1214, and the ring groove 1215 receives the first boss 312 to assemble the sealing element 300. Through the above arrangement, the assembly of the female adapter 1000 can be facilitated.
With combined reference to fig. 4 and 5, in an embodiment of the present application, a surface of the mounting plate 320 facing away from the first connecting cylinder 120 is convexly provided with a sealing ring body 321, and a circumferential surface of the sealing ring body 321 is closely attached to a radial surface of the inner side plate 212. The surface of the mounting plate 320 is convexly provided with a sealing ring body 321, and the circumferential surface of the sealing ring body 321 is tightly attached to the radial surface of the inner side plate 212, so that the sealing effect is achieved. The surface of the sealing ring body 321 departing from the first connecting cylinder 120 is convexly provided with a sealing ring 3211, and the sealing ring 3211 is attached to the surface of the second plate-shaped main body 211 departing from the liquid outlet female joint 221, so that a sealing effect is achieved. It can be understood that, through the above arrangement, not only the sealing effect is more stable and reliable after the sealing element 300 is installed, but also the whole structure of the whole female adapter 1000 is simple, and the production and the assembly are convenient.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the liquid outlet holes 2111 have a gradually decreasing aperture in the liquid outlet direction, so that the liquid resistance is decreased, and the liquid flow is smoother. It can be understood that the liquid delivery efficiency can be effectively improved by providing the liquid outlet holes 2111 in the form of gradually changing holes.
The invention further provides an infusion device, which comprises a liquid inlet male connector, a liquid outlet male connector and a female adapter 1000, the specific structure of the female adapter 1000 refers to the above embodiments, and the infusion device adopts all technical schemes of all the above embodiments, so that the infusion device at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the above embodiments, and the details are not repeated herein. Wherein, the liquid inlet male joint is connected to the liquid inlet female joint 111 and communicated with the liquid inlet channel 112. The liquid outlet male joint is connected to the liquid outlet female joint 221 and communicated with the liquid outlet channel 222.

Claims (10)

1. A female adapter, comprising:
the liquid inlet piece is provided with a liquid inlet female joint and a liquid inlet hole;
the liquid outlet piece is connected with the liquid inlet piece, a cavity is formed between the liquid outlet piece and the liquid inlet piece, the liquid outlet piece is provided with a liquid outlet hole, and the liquid outlet piece is provided with a liquid outlet female joint; and
and the sealing element is arranged in the cavity to block or conduct liquid, so that the two male connector pipelines can be connected in a one-way conduction mode.
2. The female adapter coupling according to claim 1, wherein said inlet member comprises:
the liquid inlet pipe is provided with a liquid inlet channel, and one end of the liquid inlet pipe is provided with the liquid inlet female joint; and
the first connecting cylinder is arranged at one end, deviating from the liquid inlet pipe, of the liquid inlet female joint, the liquid inlet hole is formed in the first connecting cylinder and communicated with the liquid inlet channel.
3. The female adapter coupling of claim 2, wherein said first connecting cylinder comprises:
the first plate-shaped main body is arranged at one end, deviating from the liquid inlet female joint, of the liquid inlet pipe, and the liquid inlet hole is formed in the first plate-shaped main body; and
the coaming is arranged on the surface, deviating from the liquid inlet pipe, of the first plate-shaped main body, and the coaming and the first plate-shaped main body are encircled to form the first connecting cylinder.
4. The female adapter according to claim 3, wherein a peripheral edge of said first plate-like body protrudes from an outer peripheral surface of said first connecting cylinder to form a stopper boss;
and/or the number of the liquid inlet holes is multiple, and the liquid inlet holes are annularly arranged;
and/or an indication arrow is convexly arranged on the outer surface of the liquid inlet pipe, which is deviated from the circumferential direction of the liquid inlet channel, and the indication arrow is used for indicating the flowing direction of liquid;
and/or the liquid inlet female joint and the liquid outlet female joint are provided with external threads for connecting with a male joint;
and/or a chamfer is arranged between the coaming and the limiting boss.
5. The female adapter coupling of claim 3, wherein said liquid outlet member comprises:
the liquid outlet pipe is provided with a liquid outlet channel, and one end of the liquid outlet pipe is provided with a liquid outlet female joint; and
the second connecting cylinder is arranged at one end, deviating from the liquid outlet pipe, of the liquid outlet female joint, the liquid outlet hole is formed in the second connecting cylinder, and the first connecting cylinder and the second connecting cylinder are connected and enclose to form a cavity.
6. The female adapter coupling of claim 5, wherein said second connector barrel comprises:
the second plate-shaped main body is arranged at one end, deviating from the liquid outlet female joint, of the liquid outlet pipe, and the liquid outlet hole is formed in the second plate-shaped main body;
the inner side plate is arranged on the surface, deviating from the liquid outlet pipe, of the second plate-shaped main body; and
the outer side plate is arranged on the surface, deviating from the liquid outlet pipe, of the second plate-shaped main body and surrounds the inner side plate, an insertion groove is formed between the inner side plate and the outer side plate, and the enclosing plate is inserted into the insertion groove.
7. The female adapter coupling of claim 6, wherein said seal comprises:
the liquid passing hole is formed in the elastic sealing plate; and
the mounting panel is located the surface that deviates from of elastic sealing plate the first connecting cylinder, it link up to cross the liquid hole the mounting panel.
8. The female adapter according to claim 7, wherein a first boss is protruded from a surface of said elastic sealing plate facing said first connecting cylinder, a plurality of pads are disposed on a surface of said first boss facing said first connecting cylinder, said pads are arranged in a ring shape, and a blocking groove is concavely disposed in a center of said first boss.
9. The female adapter according to claim 8, wherein a surface of said first plate-like body facing away from said female inlet connector is convexly provided with a blocking block, and a surface of said blocking block facing away from said female inlet connector is convexly provided with an annular blocking convex ring, said annular blocking convex ring tightly presses against said blocking groove, so that said blocking block blocks said liquid through hole;
and/or a limiting step is convexly arranged on the surface of the first plate-shaped main body, which is far away from the liquid inlet female joint, and the limiting step is propped against the elastic sealing plate;
and/or a second boss is convexly arranged on the surface of the mounting plate, which is far away from the first connecting cylinder;
and/or a sealing ring body is convexly arranged on the surface of the mounting plate, which is far away from the first connecting cylinder, and the circumferential surface of the sealing ring body is tightly attached to the radial surface of the inner side plate;
and/or the diameter of the liquid outlet hole is gradually reduced in the liquid outlet direction.
10. An infusion device comprising the female adapter of any one of claims 1-9, the infusion device further comprising:
the liquid inlet male joint is connected to the liquid inlet female joint and communicated with the liquid inlet channel; and
and the liquid outlet male connector is connected with the liquid outlet female connector and is communicated with the liquid outlet channel.
