The display screen 24, the keypad 25, the delivery pump 27 and the electrical heating pad 29 are all controlled by a control assembly in the interior cavity of the magazine 1.
The control assembly comprises a power module 31 and a PCB 32, wherein the PCB 32 is provided with a processing module (in the embodiment, a single chip microcomputer is selected) and a storage module (for storing corresponding control programs and data); a liquid level sensor (for monitoring the residual amount of the solution in the liquid storage barrel 28) and a temperature sensor (for monitoring the temperature of the solution in the liquid storage barrel 28 in real time) controlled by a control component are also arranged in the liquid storage barrel 28. The outer wall of the needle storage box 1 is also provided with an interface module 33 controlled by the control component, and the interface module is used for charging the power module 31.
The working principle is as follows:
in the present embodiment, the number of the guide rods 4 is 2.
Before acupuncture treatment, a doctor firstly removes the box cover 22 from the needle storage box 1 and injects a proper amount of solution (note: the component of the solution is water, and other safe and nontoxic liquids can be used in the same way) into the liquid storage barrel 28.
In the first step, the doctor activates the electric heating pad 29 through the button module, thereby heating the solution in the solution storage tank 28 to a designated temperature (in this process, the processing module can detect the temperature of the solution in real time through the temperature sensor, and when the solution temperature reaches the designated temperature, the processing module can instruct the electric heating pad 29 to enter the heat preservation mode).
In the second step, the doctor takes out a needle, connects the one-way normally closed valve 18 of the nut 10 with the output connector 30, and instructs the delivery pump 27 through the button plate 25 to inject the hot solution in the reservoir 28 into the threaded rod 7 until the piston rod 11 is pushed into contact with the gasket 20, i.e., the needle body 2 is pushed out of the threaded rod 7.
Thirdly, the doctor adjusts the length of the needle body 2 of the part of the needle body 2 exceeding the limiting column 3 to be proper through rotating the driving column 8 according to the requirements of the patient on the weight and the effective depth of acupuncture points and the like.
Fourthly, the doctor disinfects the needle body 2 exceeding the limiting column 3 part by means of alcohol cotton balls or alcohol lamps and the like.
Fifthly, the doctor holds the limiting column 3, and then the doctor pricks the moxibustion needle into the body of the patient to a designated depth.
Sixthly, repeating the second step to the fifth step; the acupuncture needle is inserted into all the parts of the body of the patient needing acupuncture
In the process of acupuncture treatment, the inside solution of threaded rod 7 can transmit the heat for patient's health through needle body 2 to promote patient's travelling comfort, also can promote acupuncture treatment's effect simultaneously.

the moxibustion needle comprises a needle body (2), a limiting column (3), a guide rod (4), a baffle (5), a connecting ring body (6), a threaded rod (7), a driving column (8), a return spring (9) and a screw cap (10); the tail part of the needle body (2) is coaxially and fixedly connected with a piston column (11), a first sliding groove (12) matched with the needle body (2) penetrates through the limiting column (3) along the central axis direction of the limiting column, a second sliding groove (13), a third sliding groove (14) and a fourth sliding groove (15) which are communicated with each other are sequentially arranged in the threaded rod (7) along the central axis direction of the threaded rod, the second sliding groove (13) and the fourth sliding groove (15) are communicated with the outside, the sizes of the notches of the second sliding groove (13) and the fourth sliding groove (15) are smaller than that of the notch of the third sliding groove (14), a baffle plate (5) is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the rod body of the threaded rod (7) close to the notch of the outer end of the second sliding groove (13), a sealed sliding connection relation is kept between the needle body (2) and the second sliding groove (13), the piston column (11) is in a sealed sliding connection mode in the third sliding groove (14), an inner threaded groove (16) which is matched with the threaded rod (7) along the central axis direction of the driving column (8) penetrates through the driving column (8), the driving column (8) is in threaded connection with the outer portion of the threaded rod (7) through the inner threaded groove (16), one end, close to the baffle (5), of the driving column (8) is coaxially and rotatably connected with a connecting ring body (6), a group of guide rods (4) are symmetrically arranged on the bottom wall, close to one end of the baffle (5), of the connecting ring body (6), the other ends of the guide rods (4) penetrate through holes (17) in the baffle (5) which correspond to and are matched with the guide rods and then are connected with the bottom wall of the same end of the limiting column (3), the reset spring (9) is arranged in a third sliding groove (14), two ends of the reset spring (9) are fixedly connected with the bottom walls of the piston column (11) and the third sliding groove (14) respectively, and the nut (10) is in threaded connection with the other end of the threaded rod (7) in a sealing mode, and the screw cap (10) is also provided with a one-way normally-closed valve (18) communicated with the fourth chute (15);
a display screen (24), a key board (25), a cylindrical groove (26) and a delivery pump (27) are further arranged on the bottom wall of the interior of the needle storage box (1), a liquid storage barrel (28) is arranged in the cylindrical groove (26), an electric heating pad (29) is arranged on the inner wall of the cylindrical groove (26), the input end of the delivery pump (27) is communicated with the interior of the liquid storage barrel through a liquid guide pipe, and the output end of the delivery pump (27) is provided with an output connector (30) matched with the one-way normally-closed valve (18);
the display screen (24), the key board (25), the delivery pump (27) and the electric heating pad (29) are all controlled by a control component in the inner cavity of the needle storage box (1).
2. The acupuncture device of traditional Chinese medicine according to claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the piston post (11) is in a regular polygonal shape with the number of sides being between 3 and 8.
3. The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture device according to claim 1, wherein the outer side walls of the driving column (8) and the limiting column (3) are provided with anti-slip threads (19).
4. The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture device according to claim 1, wherein a gasket (20) is arranged on the bottom wall of the third chute (14) close to one end of the second chute (13);
when the baffle plate (5) is contacted with the connecting ring body (6) and the piston column (11) is contacted with the sealing gasket (20), the tip of the needle body (2) completely passes through the first sliding groove (12) and extends out of part of the needle body (2);
when the elastic force on the return spring (9) is zero, the limit column (3) has to have a point in the travel range thereof to enable the tip of the needle body (2) to be completely positioned in the first sliding groove (12).

The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture device according to claim 1, wherein the needle body (2), the piston column (11), the limiting column (3), the guide rod (4), the baffle plate (5), the connecting ring body (6), the threaded rod (7), the driving column (8), the return spring (9) and the nut (10) are all made of metal materials which meet medical standards and are corrosion-resistant.

The acupuncture device of traditional Chinese medicine according to claim 5, wherein the needle body (2) and the piston post (11) are made of metal material with thermal conductivity more than 100(W/mK), and the threaded rod (7) and the nut (10) are made of metal material with thermal conductivity less than 80 (W/mK).

The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture device according to claim 5, wherein scale marks (21) are arranged on the rod body of the guide rod (4); and the zero point of the scale mark (21) is positioned on the rod body at one end of the guide rod (4) close to the limiting column (3), and the numerical value on the scale mark (21) means the length value from the tip of the needle body (2) to the bottom wall of one side of the limiting column (3) close to the tip of the needle body (2) on the premise that the piston column (11) is contacted with the sealing ring gasket (20).

The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture device according to claim 1, wherein a box cover (22) matched with the needle storage box (1) is detachably mounted at a box opening at the top of the needle storage box (1), a group of placing grooves (23) matched with the needles are symmetrically arranged on the bottom wall of the interior of the needle storage box (1), and the needles are placed in the placing grooves (23).

The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture device according to claim 8, wherein the control assembly comprises a power module (31) and a PCB (32), the PCB (32) is provided with a processing module and a storage module, and the liquid storage barrel (28) is internally provided with a liquid level sensor and a temperature sensor controlled by the control assembly.
10. The acupuncture device of traditional Chinese medicine according to claim 8, wherein an interface module (33) controlled by a control component is further provided on the outer wall of the needle storage box (1).
