The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the nursing plate is used, as shown in fig. 1, the head and neck of a patient can be placed on the headrest 3 and the neck headrest 4 respectively, then the two elastic belts 24 are pulled to bypass the forehead and the chin of the patient respectively, as shown in fig. 4, the sliding button 30 is pressed to drive the reset spring 34 to compress through the U-shaped sliding plate 31, then the limiting plate 33 on one end of the elastic belt 24 is inserted into the fixing box 23, the sliding button 30 is loosened to enable the U-shaped sliding plate 31 to drive the fixing insertion rod 32 to be inserted into the fixing hole under the action of elastic force, one end of the elastic belt 24 is fixed in the fixing box 23, and therefore the head and neck of the patient are fixed, the situation that the head of the patient is inclined due to the unintentional or careless external force is prevented, secondary injury is caused, meanwhile, the head and neck of the patient can rotate along with the overturn of the head and neck plate 2, and vomit can be discharged conveniently.
