The pushing piece 6 comprises a sliding rod 61 penetrating through the upper cup body 2, a driving block 62 is arranged above the sliding rod 61, a limiting block 63 is arranged below the sliding rod 61, and a through hole 64 is formed in the sliding rod 61 in the axial direction.
The engaging piece 8 includes a rotating lever 81 that rotates in the through hole 64, a cup 82 is provided above the rotating lever 81 through the driving block 62, an engaging block 83 is provided below the stopper 63, the engaging piece 8 is inserted into the insertion hole 55 by pressing the pusher 6, and the engaging block 83 is engaged with the engaging groove 56 by rotating the engaging piece 8.
