Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a play control method according to the present invention.
The embodiments of the present invention provide embodiments of a playback control method, and it should be noted that although a logic sequence is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than that shown or described herein.
In various embodiments of the playback control method, the execution subject is a playback control device.
The play control method is applied to the play equipment, and comprises the following steps:
step S10, detecting a preset audiovisual area of the playing equipment when the playing equipment is in a playing state;
in the process of watching video or listening to music, when a user leaves temporarily, the video or music is often required to be paused manually, and play is continued after the user returns. In some special cases, the user may forget or not come to pause the video or music when leaving due to an emergency, and the playing device may continue playing the video or music. After the user returns, if the user needs to continue playing the previous video or music, the user can drag the playing progress bar of the video or the music, but the method is not accurate and simple.
In order to solve the technical problem that the prior playing control technology cannot reasonably control the playing device when a user leaves the audiovisual area of the playing device, the embodiment of the invention provides a playing control method, which aims to detect the preset audiovisual area of the playing device when the playing device is in a playing state, determine the control mode of the playing device when the first user leaves the preset audiovisual area, and then control the playing device according to the control mode. According to the invention, when the user leaves the preset audio-visual area, the playing equipment can be controlled to reserve the playing program for the user who leaves, so that convenience is brought to the user, and the user experience is improved.
The play control method in this embodiment is applicable to a device having a play control function.
In this embodiment, the playing device includes, but is not limited to, one or more of a television, a computer, a portable media player, a mobile phone, a smart music player, etc.; broadcast programs include, but are not limited to, one or more of video, movies, real-time news, webcasts, television shows, radio broadcasts, music, and the like. When the playing device is in a playing state, a preset audio-visual area of the playing device is detected, the playing device is in the playing state, the playing device is playing a program, the preset audio-visual area refers to a preset user watching and/or listening area, the preset audio-visual area can be an area in a preset range around the playing device, and when different programs are played, the preset audio-visual area can be the same or different. For example, the preset audiovisual area is an area within 5m around the playback device; when watching video, the preset audiovisual area can be a part of the area in front of the playing device; the preset audiovisual area may be all areas within 5m around the playback device while listening to the radio station broadcast.
Step S20, when the first user is detected to leave the preset audiovisual area, determining a control mode of the playing device;
when the first user is detected to leave the preset audiovisual area, a control mode of the playing device is determined, wherein the control mode comprises a pause playing mode and a progress recording mode, and the control mode can be freely set by the user.
And step S30, controlling the playing device according to the control mode.
In this embodiment, the playback control apparatus controls the playback apparatus to perform different operations according to different control modes. For example, if the determined control mode is a pause play mode, the play control device controls the play device to pause play; if the determined control mode is a progress recording mode, the playing control equipment records the playing progress of the current playing program and controls the playing equipment to continue playing.
The invention detects the preset audio-visual area of the playing device when the playing device is in a playing state, and determines the control mode of the playing device when detecting that the first user leaves the preset audio-visual area, and then controls the playing device according to the control mode. According to the invention, when the user leaves the preset audio-visual area, the playing equipment can be controlled to reserve the playing program for the user who leaves, so that convenience is brought to the user, and the user experience is improved.
Further, a second embodiment of the play control method of the present invention is provided, where the step S30 includes:
step a1, if the control mode is a pause play mode, controlling the play equipment to pause play, and when the first user is detected to return to the preset audiovisual area, controlling the play equipment to resume play;
in this embodiment, if the control mode is the pause play mode, the play device is controlled to pause playing the current play program until the first user is detected to return to the preset audio-visual area, and the play device is controlled to resume playing the current play program. For example, if the current playing program of the playing device is movie a, the movie a is not a real-time program and only user a exists in the preset audio-visual area, when it is detected that the user a leaves the preset audio-visual area, the playing control device controls the playing device to pause playing the movie a, so that the playing progress of the movie a is kept unchanged until it is detected that the user a returns to the preset audio-visual area, and controls the playing device to resume playing.
Step a2, if the control mode is a progress recording mode, determining a playing progress point of the currently played program, and judging whether to play again or not when the first user is detected to return to the preset audiovisual area;
and a3, if yes, controlling the playing equipment to start playing from the playing progress point of the current playing program.
If the control mode is a progress recording mode, determining a playing progress point of the current playing program, at this time, the playing control device controls the playing device to continue playing the current playing program, and when the first user returns to the preset audio-visual area, judging whether to need to play again. The mode of judging whether to replay or not may be that a judgment result is preset, and whether to replay or not is directly judged according to the judgment result. For example, a determination result "replay is required" may be preset by the user, and when the user returns to the preset audio-visual area, the user directly determines that replay is required. The preset judgment result can be changed at any time in the running process of the playing control equipment.
The mode of judging whether to replay or not may also be that prompt information is sent to the first user, so that the first user selects whether to replay or not according to the prompt information. The mode of judging whether to replay or not may also be that, according to the historical use condition of the first user, the result with the largest number of first user selections is determined to determine whether to replay or not, and the result is the judgment result.
If the replay is judged to be needed, the replay control device controls the replay device to replay from the replay progress point of the current replay program. For example, if the currently played program is movie a, the playing progress point of the first user leaving the preset audiovisual area is 56%, and when the first user returns to the preset audiovisual area, the playing program is movie a, the playing progress point is 70%, and if it is determined that the playback is required, the playing control device controls the playing device to start playing from the playing progress of 56% of movie a.
According to the embodiment, when the user is detected to leave the preset audio-visual area, the playing progress point of the current playing program can be paused or recorded, and when the user returns to the preset audio-visual area, the playing equipment is controlled to resume playing from the pause state or to replay from the recorded playing progress point, so that the user does not need to actively adjust the playing progress, convenience is brought to the user, and the user experience is improved.
Further, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a playback control method, where in step S10, after the step of detecting the preset audio-visual area of the playback device, the method further includes:
step b1, judging whether other users except the first user exist in the preset audio-visual area;
step b2, if there are no other users, executing the steps of: when the first user is detected to leave the preset audio-visual area, determining a control mode of the playing device;
in this embodiment, it is determined whether other users than the first user exist in the preset audio-visual area, and if no other user exists, when it is detected that the first user leaves the preset audio-visual area, a control mode is determined, and the playback device is controlled according to the control mode.
If other users exist in the preset audio-visual area, the program playing is not suitable to be directly paused at the moment, the playing progress point of the currently played program can be determined when the first user is detected to leave the preset audio-visual area, the first user is prompted according to the playing progress point when the first user is detected to return to the preset audio-visual area, and the first user can select whether to control the playing equipment to start playing again from the playing progress point at the current moment or at the later moment. Meanwhile, the current playing program can be recorded from the time when the first user leaves the preset audiovisual area until the first user returns to the preset audiovisual area, so as to obtain the recorded program, and the first user can play the recorded program.
Step b3, if other users exist, when the first user is detected to leave the preset audiovisual area, starting to record the current playing program of the playing device, and stopping recording until the first user is detected to return to the preset audiovisual area, so as to obtain a recorded program, and allowing the first user to play the recorded program;
specifically, if other users exist, recording a current playing program from the time when the first user leaves the preset audio-visual area until the first user is detected to return to the preset audio-visual area, stopping recording, and obtaining a recorded program for the first user to play. The program may be recorded by the playing control device itself, or the playing control device may control the playing device to record the program. After the playing control device records the program, the recorded program can be sent to the playing device for the user to play.
It should be noted that, when the first user returns to the preset audio-visual area, the playing control device or the playing device obtains the recorded program, the first user may be prompted immediately by means of a voice prompt, displaying a text prompt on the playing interface of the playing device, or displaying a text prompt on the display interface of the playing control device, to determine whether to play the recorded program; the user may be prompted after the currently playing program is finished. If the user does not select to play the recorded program, the recorded program can be stored in a local storage space or a network server, and the user can actively play the recorded program at any time.
Step b4, or when the first user is detected to leave the preset audiovisual area, determining a playing progress point of the currently played program, and when the first user is detected to return to the preset audiovisual area, judging whether to play again;
and b5, if the replay is required, controlling the replay device to start replaying from the replay progress point of the current replay program.
Or if other users exist, determining a playing progress point of the currently played program when the first user is detected to leave the preset audiovisual area, and judging whether the currently played program needs to be replayed or not when the first user returns to the preset audiovisual area. The mode of judging whether to replay or not may be that a judgment result is preset, and whether to replay or not is directly judged according to the judgment result.
According to the embodiment, when other users except the first user exist in the preset audio-visual area, if the first user leaves the preset audio-visual area, the playing equipment is not easy to control to pause playing at the moment, and the program can be reserved for the first user in a mode of recording the program or recording the playing progress point, so that the user experience is improved.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the present invention is directed to a playback control method, where in the step a2 or b4, the step of determining whether playback is required includes:
step c1, sending prompt information to the first user according to the playing progress point, and receiving a selection instruction sent by the first user according to the prompt information;
and c2, judging whether replaying is needed according to the selection instruction.
In this embodiment, the mode of determining whether to replay may be that after determining the replay progress point of the current broadcast program, if it is detected that the first user returns to the preset audio-visual area, prompt information is sent to the user according to the replay progress point, and the user sends a selection instruction to the broadcast control device according to the prompt information to select whether to replay. The mode of sending the prompt message by playing control can be that a voice prompt is sent to the user; the text prompt may be displayed on a playing interface of the playing device or displayed on a display interface of the playing control device. The user may send the selection instruction to the play control device in a voice manner; the selection instruction may be sent by a virtual key or an entity key. For example, if the play progress point is 47% of movie a, the play control device may send a voice prompt to the user to "whether to skip to 47% of movie a" or display a text prompt on the play interface of the play device to "whether to skip to 47% of movie a", and the user may select to replay by "skip" voice, or select to replay by "determining" a virtual key or an entity key.
According to the embodiment, the prompt information is sent to the user according to the playing progress point, so that the user can select whether to start playing again from the playing progress point or not, the user can make the most appropriate selection according to the situation of the user, and the user experience is improved.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the present invention is directed to a playback control method, where in step S10, after the step of detecting the preset audio-visual area of the playback device, the method further includes:
step d1, judging whether the current playing program of the playing device is a real-time program or not;
step d2, if the program is not a real-time program, executing the steps of: when the first user is detected to leave the preset audio-visual area, determining a control mode of the playing device;
in this embodiment, the current playing program of the playing device is determined, and whether the current playing program is a real-time program is determined, where the real-time program refers to a program that the user cannot pause or change the playing progress at will.
If the currently played program is not a real-time program, determining a control mode when the first user is detected to leave the preset audio-visual area, and controlling the playing device according to the control mode.
And d3, if the real-time program is the real-time program, starting to record the current playing program when the first user is detected to leave the preset audio-visual area, stopping recording until the first user is detected to return to the preset audio-visual area, and obtaining a recorded program for the first user to play the recorded program.
If the current playing program is a real-time program, at the moment, the playing cannot be paused or the playing cannot be resumed according to the playing progress point, the current playing program is recorded from the moment that the first user leaves the preset audio-visual area until the first user is detected to return to the preset audio-visual area, and recording is stopped to obtain a recorded program for the first user to play. For example, if the currently played program "radio station broadcast a" is a real-time program, when it is detected that the user leaves the preset audio-visual area, recording of the real-time program is started, and recording is stopped until it is detected that the user returns to the preset audio-visual area, so as to obtain a recorded program for playing by the user.
If the user does not select to play the recorded program, the recorded program can be stored in a local storage space or a server, and the user can actively play the recorded program at any time.
According to the embodiment, when the playing program is a real-time program which can not be randomly paused or the playing progress can not be changed, if the user leaves the preset audio-visual area, the real-time program starts to be recorded from the time of leaving the user until the user returns, so that the user is prevented from missing the real-time program, and the user experience is improved.
Further, a sixth embodiment of the present invention is directed to a method for controlling playing, in the step b3 or d3, the step of obtaining a recorded program further includes:
and e1, playing the recorded program in a preset playing area of a playing interface of the playing device.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the recorded program, the recorded program may be played on a playing interface of the playing device, specifically, a playing area, that is, a preset playing area, may be preset at any position of the playing interface, and the size of the preset playing area may be any proportion of the size of the playing interface, where the position and the size of the preset playing area may be freely adjusted by a user through voice, virtual keys or physical keys. The embodiment is mainly applied to viewing scenes.
It should be noted that, besides playing the recorded program in the preset playing area, the playing interface of the playing device may be further divided into two or more areas, where the recorded program and the currently played program are played in one or more areas, and no overlapping occurs between the recorded program and the currently played program. For example, after the recorded program is obtained, the playing interface of the playing device may be divided into a left area and a right area, the recorded program is played in the left area of the playing interface, the currently played program is played in the right area, and no overlapping is generated between the recorded program and the currently played program.
It should be noted that, when playing the recorded program, the user may adjust the playing rate of the recorded program, for example, play the recorded program at a rate of 2 times or 0.5 times.
According to the embodiment, after the recorded program is obtained, the recorded program is played in the preset playing area of the playing device, so that the recorded program can be played while the current program is played, and the user experience is improved.
Further, a seventh embodiment of the present invention provides a playing control method, where in step S10, the step of detecting the preset audio-visual area of the playing device includes:
step f1, acquiring an image of a preset audio-visual area of the playing device through an imaging device, and detecting the preset audio-visual area according to the image of the preset audio-visual area;
and f2, determining that the first user leaves the preset audiovisual area when the first user does not exist in images acquired in continuous preset time.
In this embodiment, when the playback control apparatus is operating, an image of a preset viewing area of the playback apparatus is acquired by the image capturing apparatus, and the preset viewing area is detected from the image of the preset viewing area. The image capturing apparatus includes, but is not limited to, one or more of a video camera, a still camera, a computer, a mobile phone, and the like. The image acquisition mode can be that the image is acquired in real time; the images may be acquired at intervals of 0.1s, 1s,2s,3s, 5s, or the like, and the embodiment is not particularly limited. For example, an image of a preset viewing area is acquired by the image pickup apparatus every 0.5 s.
And when the first user does not exist in the images acquired in the continuous preset time period, determining that the first user leaves the preset audio-visual area. Since the user may accidentally leave the preset viewing area so that the image capturing apparatus cannot capture the user, a determination period may be predetermined, and if the image capturing apparatus cannot capture the first user for a continuous determination period, it is determined that the first user leaves the preset viewing area. For example, if the preset duration is 5s, the image capturing apparatus determines that the first user is detected to leave the preset audio-visual area when no first user exists in the images acquired by the image capturing apparatus for a certain period of continuous 5s, and the image capturing apparatus determines that the first user leaves the preset audio-visual area every 0.5 s. The present embodiment does not limit the size of the preset time period.
The number of times may be preset, and when no first user exists in the images acquired by the image capturing apparatus continuously for preset times, it is determined that the first user leaves the preset audio-visual area, and the size of the preset times is not limited in this embodiment. For example, if the first user is not present in the images acquired by the image capturing apparatus 1 or 3 times in succession, it is determined that the first user is detected to leave the preset viewing area.
It should be noted that, an image of a preset audiovisual area may be acquired by using an image capturing apparatus included in the playback apparatus; or the image of the preset audiovisual area can be acquired by the image pickup device contained in the play control device; the image capturing apparatus may be connected to the playback control apparatus via a wireless or wired network, and the image captured by the image capturing apparatus may be transmitted to the playback control apparatus.
It should be noted that, the mobile terminal of the user, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a notebook computer, may be connected to the play control device through a wireless or wired network, and the image of the preset audiovisual area may be obtained through the image capturing device of the mobile terminal. In this case, it may occur that the user leaves the preset viewing area, but the first user is still present in the image acquired by the mobile terminal, so it may be determined that the first user is detected to leave the preset viewing area when the mobile terminal is disconnected from the play control device.
When a first user exists in the image acquired by the image pickup device, the first user is determined to be detected to return to a preset audio-visual area.
According to the embodiment, the image of the preset audio-visual area is acquired through the image pickup device, the user watching condition in the preset audio-visual area is determined through image detection of the preset audio-visual area, and the accuracy of detecting that the user leaves or returns to the preset audio-visual area is improved, so that the accuracy of controlling the playing device is improved.
