Claims (7)
1. An adjustable low-voltage switch cabinet is characterized by comprising a frame body (02) arranged on one side of a wall (01), wherein a low-voltage switch cabinet body (03) is movably arranged in the frame body (02); a lifting component (04) and a limiting component (05) are arranged on the frame body (02);
the limiting assembly (05) comprises a limiting mechanism and a driving mechanism, the limiting mechanism is arranged on the wall (01), and the driving mechanism is arranged on the frame body (02);
the limiting mechanism comprises a groove plate (517) fixed on the wall (01), a movable block (516) is connected on the groove plate (517) in a sliding mode, and the movable block (516) is connected with the groove plate (517) through a spring (518); the limiting mechanism further comprises a matching block (519) fixed on the frame body (02), and the matching block (519) is matched with the movable block (516) for use;
the driving mechanism comprises a fixed seat (51) fixed on a low-voltage switch cabinet body (03), a jack (52) is formed in the fixed seat (51), the jack (52) is matched with a hook (53) arranged on a first telescopic rod (54) for use, and one end, far away from the hook (53), of the first telescopic rod (54) penetrates through a supporting sleeve (56) arranged on a frame body (02) and is fixedly connected with a triangular block (55);
the driving mechanism further comprises a supporting seat (58) fixed on the frame body (02), a first moving block (57) is connected onto the supporting seat (58) in a sliding mode, the contact surface of the first moving block (57) and the triangular block (55) is an inclined surface, a second sliding groove (59) is formed in the first moving block (57), and the second sliding groove (59) is connected with a second limiting shaft (510) arranged on the supporting seat (58) in a sliding mode; a hinge seat (511) is fixed on the first moving block (57), the hinge seat (511) is hinged with one end of a connecting rod (512), the other end of the connecting rod (512) is hinged with a hinge shaft (514) arranged on a cam (513), the cam (513) is rotatably arranged at the top of the frame body (02), and the cam (513) is matched with a butt strap (515) arranged on a moving block (516) for use;
the lifting assembly (04) comprises a supporting plate (41) attached to the bottom of the low-voltage switch cabinet body (03), the bottom of the supporting plate (41) is fixedly connected with one end of a threaded sleeve (42), and the threaded sleeve (42) is in threaded connection with a first threaded rod (43) rotatably arranged on the frame body (02);
the first threaded rod (43) is connected with a rotating rod (49) which is rotatably arranged in the installation cavity (21) through a bevel gear set (47), and the output end of the motor (48) is fixedly connected with a fixed frame body (02) at one end of the rotating rod (49).

The adjustable low-voltage switchgear cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the number of the supporting plate (41), the threaded sleeve (42), the first threaded rod (43) and the bevel gear set (47) is multiple and symmetrically arranged on the frame body (02); the threaded sleeve (42) is provided with a first sliding groove (45).
3. The adjustable low-voltage switch cabinet according to claim 2, characterized in that the first sliding groove (45) is slidably connected with a first limiting shaft (46) arranged on a fixing frame (44), and the fixing frame (44) is fixed on the frame body (02).

The adjustable low-voltage switch cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that cleaning assemblies (06) are detachably mounted on two sides of the low-voltage switch cabinet body (03), and each cleaning assembly (06) comprises a rotating mechanism arranged at two ends of the low-voltage switch cabinet body (03) and a cleaning mechanism connected with the rotating mechanism.

The adjustable low-voltage switch cabinet according to claim 4, characterized in that the rotating mechanism comprises rotating shafts (61) rotatably arranged at two sides of the low-voltage switch cabinet body (03), a first gear (62) is fixed on the rotating shafts (61), and the first gear (62) is meshed with teeth (64) arranged in a first synchronous belt (63); two ends of the first synchronous belt (63) are respectively meshed with a rotating wheel (65) and a driven wheel (66), the rotating wheel (65) is fixed on the rotating rod (49), and the driven wheel (66) is installed on a wheel seat (67).

The adjustable low-voltage switch cabinet according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a frame plate (68), a connecting shaft (69) is rotatably arranged on the frame plate (68), a third limit shaft (610) is fixed on the connecting shaft (69), the third limit shaft (610) is slidably connected with a third limit groove (611) arranged on the rotating shaft (61), the connecting shaft (69) is connected with one end of a second synchronous belt (612), the other end of the second synchronous belt (612) is connected with a second threaded rod (613) rotatably arranged on the frame plate (68), and the second threaded rod (613) penetrates through a supporting block (614) arranged on the frame plate (68); the second threaded rod (613) is in threaded connection with a second moving block (615), and a brush plate (616) is fixed on the second moving block (615).
7. The adjustable low-voltage switch cabinet according to claim 6, characterized in that the frame plate (68) is further inserted into an insertion rod (618) arranged on a second telescopic rod (617), and the second telescopic rod (617) is fixed on the low-voltage switch cabinet body (03).
