Specifically, this embodiment may be implemented based on a campus provided with a plurality of office areas, and after a visitor enters a certain range of the campus, the server may locate the user terminal of the visitor in real time, and the server may detect first location information of the user terminal, and then show which visited areas (office buildings, etc.) around the user terminal.
For example, the campus a has 4 visited areas, such as an office building a, an office building B, an office building C, and an office building D, and after the user enters the campus a, the server may acquire the first location information of the user carrying the terminal, where the preset distance may be 100 meters, for example, and the office building a and the office building B are within 100 meters of the user terminal, the server may show the office building a and the office building B to the user, but the office building C and the office building D may not be shown to the user.
It should be noted that, for the privacy of the user, the user may select whether to start the function located by the server on the user terminal, if the user terminal is started, the server may obtain the location information of the user terminal, and then perform the subsequent steps, if the user terminal is not selected to be started, the server may not obtain the location information of the user terminal, and the subsequent steps cannot be implemented, so that the embodiment is implemented on the premise that the user needs to allow the server to collect the location information of the user terminal. In addition, the user can access the server through a webpage or a WeChat public number and the like, and follow-up information of the user is filled in and the like.
S102, acquiring a region to be visited and a registration page of the region to be visited based on the selection operation of the user on one of the plurality of regions to be visited.
Specifically, if the user selects office building a of office building a and office building B, the registration page of office building a may be acquired.
S103, receiving access information input by a user based on the registration page of the area to be visited, wherein the access information at least comprises a name, an identity card number and a contact way.
Specifically, the user may input his or her own information, such as name, identification number and contact address, in advance on the registration page of the office building a, and in practical applications, the user may also include a company name to be accessed.
And S104, triggering detection equipment based on the user terminal, and detecting epidemic prevention characteristic information of the user based on the detection equipment, wherein the epidemic prevention characteristic information comprises temperature identification information and mask identification information.
Specifically, when the user enters the office building a, the user needs to pass through the entrance guard of the office building a, and for protection against an epidemic situation, information of the user needs to be registered, for example, personal information, body temperature information, and information about whether to wear a mask or not of the user need to be registered.
Wherein, user terminal with connect through near field communication module or bluetooth module between the check out test set, and utilize user terminal to trigger check out test set, include: and if the distance between the user terminal and the detection equipment is smaller than a preset value, establishing the connection between the user terminal and the detection equipment, and triggering the detection equipment to start working. It can be understood that, in the embodiment, the user terminal is close to the detection device, the near field communication module or the bluetooth module is used to establish a connection with the detection device, and then the detection device is triggered to start detecting the user.
In practical application, the detection process may be based on an infrared temperature measurement module of the detection device to measure the temperature of the user and obtain the temperature identification information; identifying the mask of the user based on a face identification module of the detection equipment to acquire mask identification information; the face recognition module is an off-line face recognition module, and recognition information is stored in the off-line face recognition module in advance and is used for recognizing the mask of the user based on the recognition information.
And S105, updating a preset registration table based on the access information, the temperature identification information and the mask identification information.
Specifically, the server can acquire personal information which is filled in by the visitor in advance based on the user terminal while detection is carried out by the detection equipment, the temperature of the user is measured by the detection equipment, whether the user wears the mask is detected, and then the access information, the temperature identification information and the mask identification information are automatically recorded into the registration table, so that the manual registration time of the visitor is saved, and the registration efficiency of the visitor is improved. In addition, the user can register the information (register in the way) after entering the park, and can transmit the information to the server by directly scanning at the entrance guard, thereby saving a great deal of time.
In practical application, the method may further include generating alarm information if the temperature identification information exceeds a preset temperature value and/or the mask identification information indicates that the mask is not worn, and performing sound prompt based on the voice module of the second instrument and the alarm information. It can be understood that if the body temperature of the user exceeds a certain value and/or the user does not carry the mask, the user does not meet the epidemic prevention and control conditions, and the detection equipment can send alarm information in time.
In some embodiments, in order to allow the visitor to confirm whether the information of the visitor is correct and prevent the information in the registry from being incorrect, after the updating the preset registry based on the access information, the temperature identification information and the mask identification information, the method further includes:
acquiring a registration form and sending the registration form to the user terminal; and receiving a confirmation request of the user terminal and storing the registration table.
It will be appreciated that the server will only store the registry after the user has confirmed the information in the registry, improving the accuracy of the information in the registry.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to assist the user to find the area to be visited more conveniently, after the area to be visited is obtained, the embodiment further includes:
acquiring second position information of the area to be visited, and generating a route map based on the first position information and the second position information; sending the route map to the user terminal for display; and displaying the detailed floor information of the area to be visited according to the user terminal.
It can be understood that the present embodiment provides the user with navigation based on the location selected by the user, and also provides the user with detailed floor information of the selected area, so that the user can know the location to be visited in detail and clearly.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the method may further include limiting and reminding an access duration of the user, where the access information further includes the access duration, and after the detecting device is triggered based on the user terminal, the method further includes:
acquiring trigger time, generating access cut-off time according to the trigger time and the access duration, and sending prompt information to the user terminal based on the current time and the access cut-off time.
It can be understood that, when the user inputs the personal information, the access duration that needs to be accessed may be simultaneously input, for example, 3 hours, and the trigger time of the user triggering the detection device is taken as a starting point, and the 3 hours are taken as a duration, the access deadline is calculated, and when the access deadline is reached, a prompt is sent to the user terminal to remind the user terminal to leave as soon as possible.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to register the access time and the departure time of the user, the present embodiment further includes:
acquiring a real-time distance between the user terminal and the area to be visited based on the first position information and the second position information; if the real-time distance is larger than the preset length, generating an interrupt signal, and disconnecting the server from the user terminal based on the interrupt signal; and acquiring interrupt time based on the interrupt signal, and updating a registration table corresponding to the user terminal according to the trigger time and the interrupt time.
It can be understood that the server judges the real-time distance between the user terminal and the area to be visited in real time, the preset length may be 100 meters, when the distance between the user terminal and the area to be visited exceeds 100 meters, the server disconnects the user terminal, proves that the user access is finished, and then obtains the interruption time, and updates the registry by taking the interruption time as the access finishing time so as to perfect the content of the registry.
