In the prior art, two methods are generally used for testing the accuracy of the model, one method is to test the accuracy of different algorithms or models in an online shunting manner, but the method cannot ensure that the operating environments of the two models are completely consistent with the input sample; the other method is to simulate the on-line operating environment and then test the model in the simulated environment, but it is very difficult to make the simulated operating environment completely consistent with the real on-line operating environment, which consumes resources and is difficult to implement. The accuracy of the model directly affects the management of the system and further affects the utilization rate of system resources, so how to improve the accuracy of the test model is a very critical problem.
The cleaning service is taken as an example in the embodiment of the invention for illustration, and the method of the invention can also be used in model test and system management in other fields. In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a cleaning service management method, and fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of cleaning service management according to an embodiment of the present invention, a third-party cleaning institution registers information of cleaning personnel in the office into a server of the intermediary institution in advance, when a user logs in a client by using a terminal device, a cleaning service request is sent to a server by the client, the request contains the condition information of the user, the server screens the cleaning service request by a background algorithm after receiving the request of the user, cleaning staff meeting the requirements of the user are screened out according to the information of the user and the information in the conditions for the user to confirm, after the user confirms, the server reminds a third-party cleaning mechanism to send a notice to distribute work for the selected cleaning staff, and sending the order information to the cleaning personnel, and sending the cleaning personnel to the designated position of the user by the third-party cleaning mechanism for cleaning service.
In the whole process, the server usually uses a model and a strategy to screen proper cleaning personnel, the invention obtains the relevant data of the historical cleaning service, constructs a simulation operation system similar to the online operation environment, and operates different models for testing in the same constructed simulation system, so that the accuracy of the model can be tested, the error caused by the test environment is not needed to be considered, the accuracy of the test model can be increased, the screened model with high accuracy is used for screening the cleaning personnel, the utilization rate of cleaning resources can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
In order that the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following specific embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a cleaning service management method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s101, configuring a process and a model required by the cleaning service.
Specifically, to construct a simulation operation environment very close to a real online operation environment, a process required by the simulation operation environment, such as a process of ordering, acquiring data, matching cleaning personnel, performing cleaning service and the like by a user, needs to be configured, wherein each link in the process uses different models and algorithms, and each model sets different indexes according to order requirements.
Firstly, acquiring cleaning service request information submitted by a user, wherein the cleaning service request information comprises the request information for acquiring the cleaning service and the request information for canceling the cleaning service, when the request information for acquiring the cleaning service indicates that the user needs a cleaning worker to perform the cleaning service, at the moment, a server configures a process for acquiring the cleaning service and a corresponding model, and indexes of the model are focused on improving the utilization rate of cleaning resources; if the request information is the request information for canceling the cleaning service, the user needs to cancel the order, at the moment, the server configures a process for canceling the cleaning service and a corresponding model, and indexes of the model are focused on improving the satisfaction degree of the user; in addition, because the number of the tested users is large, the users in the same batch can generate various requests, and the server can also combine the process of acquiring the cleaning service and the process of canceling the cleaning service, and the two processes are carried out simultaneously.
The cleaning service types comprise empty room cleaning, non-use room cleaning, long renting room cleaning, returning room cleaning, on-site cleaning, wasteland cleaning and the like. It is to be understood that the above-described information of the type of cleaning is only a preferred embodiment, and the information of the type of cleaning may be, but not limited to, the above-described type information.
S102, obtaining data of the cleaning service finished historically.
Specifically, after the processes and models required by cleaning services are configured, the corresponding data are required for the operation of the processes, and the real data of the historical cleaning services are used as the data for the operation of the processes in the embodiment of the invention, such as the identity information of the user requesting the cleaning services in the historical three months, including the mobile phone number of the user and the position information of the user requiring the cleaning services. If the user obtains the cleaning service, the time period and the items of the cleaning service expected by the user are also required to be obtained; if the user cancels the cleaning service, the reason for canceling the user, the canceling time, whether to agree to rearrange cleaning staff or renew a bill, and the like need to be acquired.
After the cleaning service request information of the user is acquired, related information of a third-party cleaning mechanism, such as scheduling information of cleaning personnel, position information of the cleaning personnel, leave information of the cleaning personnel and historical evaluation information of the cleaning personnel, is acquired. The scheduling information is the working time period preset by the third-party cleaning mechanism for cleaning personnel.
In addition, corresponding information can be obtained according to the indexes of the model to be tested, and weights are set for different information, for example, the index of the model to be tested is the utilization rate of cleaning personnel, namely, each cleaning personnel cannot receive cleaning services, and too many cleaning services cannot be received, at the moment, the weights of the working time period of the cleaning personnel and the position information of the cleaning personnel are relatively high, if the cleaning personnel meeting the requirements of a client are not in the working time period or the cleaning personnel meeting the requirements of the client are too far away from the cleaning places appointed by the user, the cleaning personnel output by the model cannot be selected preferentially according to the algorithm of the weights.
S103, adding the data into the process to form a simulation online operation system, operating the model in the simulation online operation system, and screening out the model meeting preset conditions as a management model according to an output result.
Specifically, after enough historical data is obtained, a corresponding system module is configured according to each link in a configured flow, the obtained data is added into the corresponding module, for example, a user ordering link is configured, a module related to the user ordering is configured, the obtained information such as position information, cleaning service time period, cleaning service items and the like when the user orders is added into the module, after all the modules are configured, the modules are associated according to the flow sequence, so that the simulated online operation system is formed, and because the data in the simulated online operation system are all from historical real cleaning service data, the simulated online operation system is almost the same as a real online operation environment, so that the source of the tested model data is closer to the actual situation.
After the simulation on-line operation system is constructed, a model to be tested and a corresponding index are added into a corresponding module of the system, the process is operated in the system, the module operates the model to be tested in the link of the operation process, and the result is output. For example, the utilization rate of the model a and the model b to cleaning personnel is higher, the task allocation is more reasonable, the system takes the data of a historical user A applying for cleaning service through a client as a sample, acquires the position information of the user A, the expected cleaning service time period is 3 to 5 pm, the cleaning service item is in-live cleaning, and the scheduling information of the cleaning personnel, the position information of the cleaning personnel and whether the cleaning personnel is in an idle state on the same day, respectively inputs the information, the model a and the model b, the two models are calculated through different algorithms to screen out the cleaning personnel meeting the requirements, the result model a outputs the cleaning personnel a, the model b outputs the cleaning personnel b, wherein the time from the cleaning personnel a to the user position is 30 minutes, the time from the cleaning personnel b to the user position is 50 minutes, and therefore, the effect of the model a on the index cleaning personnel utilization rate can be obtained, model a may be used as the management model for the module.
And S104, inputting the order information of the current user into the management model to output the corresponding cleaning product.
Specifically, after a management model with better effect is screened out by a simulation online operation system, the model is configured in a corresponding module of the online operation system, after order information of a user is received, the obtained user order information and cleaning staff information of a third-party cleaning mechanism are input into the management model, the best cleaning staff information is output and notified to the cleaning staff, if the cleaning staff receives the order, the cleaning staff information is sent to the user, the position information of the current user and the cleaning staff is respectively obtained, and the best route is set according to the position information of the current user and the cleaning staff, so that the cleaning staff can quickly go to a cleaning place through the set route.
In an embodiment of the present invention, if the server receives an order cancel request from the user, the server first obtains a current order status and a reason for canceling the order of the user, and sets different reason options according to different order statuses for the user to select. For example, the order state is cancelled before the cleaning staff arrives at the cleaning place, and the reason is generally the reason of the user side, such as wrong cleaning project selection, wrong cleaning time period selection, or urgent user, and the matched cleaning staff is far away from the user; if the current order state is that the cleaning service is in progress or the cleaning is finished, namely the cleaning personnel arrives at the cleaning place, the reason for canceling the order state by the user is generally unsatisfied with the cleaning personnel, such as poor attitude of the cleaning personnel, low working efficiency, incomplete cleaning, overtime cleaning and the like.
After acquiring reason information of a user cancelling an order and verifying authenticity, the system inquires whether the user wants to replace cleaning staff, if the user selects that the reason information is input into the screened management model, the algorithm of the model automatically matches the cleaning staff meeting the requirement according to the reason of the user returning, for example, the reason of the user returning is that the distance of the cleaning staff is too far, the model uses the commuting distance of the cleaning staff as an index to screen out the idle cleaning staff nearest to the user, and the cleaning staff is dispatched to perform cleaning service after the confirmation of the two parties.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, by acquiring the related data of the historical cleaning service, constructing the simulation running system similar to the online running environment, and running different models for testing in the same constructed simulation system, the accuracy of the model can be tested, the error caused by the testing environment does not need to be considered, the accuracy of the test model can be increased, the order management is carried out by using the screened model with high accuracy, the utilization rate of cleaning resources can be improved, a manager can initiate the cleaning service as required, the cleaning resources are prevented from being idle, the management cost can be reduced, and the user experience is improved.
