It can be understood that when another operation object does not perform any operation within the time interval, the operation right is released, and both the user and the broker have the operation right. When one person sends the operation instruction again between the user and the broker, the operation instruction is an operation object, and S303 is executed again, which will not be described herein again.
It should be noted that the time interval T may specifically be: t ═ T1, T2], where T1 is the transmission time point at which another operand last transmitted an operation command, and T2 is the sum of the waiting time length and the transmission time point. That is, after the operation instruction is sent last time, another operation object needs to send the operation instruction for the second time within the waiting time, and the another operation object can continuously possess the operation authority.
In the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after executing the content of S308, the method may further include:
showing scene pictures of the updated VR scene to the user and the broker through the conversation room.
It is understood that, when the user or the broker sends the operation instruction and has the operation right, the server updates the VR scene according to the operation instruction, and displays a scene picture of the updated VR scene to the user and the broker.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user can realize online VR house-watching, and operate the VR scene according to will, thereby improving the house-watching experience of the user.
The specific implementation procedures and derivatives thereof of the above embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.
Corresponding to the method illustrated in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a VR house-viewing device, which is used for implementing the method illustrated in fig. 1 specifically, and the VR house-viewing device provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a server, and a schematic structural diagram of the VR house-viewing device is illustrated in fig. 4, and specifically includes:
a first obtaining unit 401, configured to obtain, when receiving a VR house-viewing request sent by a user, a request message included in the VR house-viewing request;
a constructing unit 402, configured to determine, based on the request message, a target house source and a broker corresponding to the VR house-viewing request, and construct a conversation room between the user and the broker;
a second obtaining unit 403, configured to obtain pre-generated VR source data corresponding to the target source;
a rendering unit 404, configured to perform VR rendering on the VR source data in the conversation room, so as to show a VR scene corresponding to the target source to the user and the broker through the conversation room;
a determining unit 405, configured to, when an operation instruction for operating the VR scene is received, determine an operation object to which the operation instruction belongs, and determine whether the operation object satisfies an operation condition, where the operation object is the user or the broker;
an updating unit 406, configured to update a scene picture of the VR scene based on the operation instruction when the operation object satisfies the operation condition;
a closing unit 407, configured to close the VR scene and the session room when a session end message is received.
In the VR house-watching device provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a user needs to perform online VR house-watching, a VR house-watching request is sent to a server. When the server receives the VR house-watching request, the request message contained in the VR house-watching request is obtained, the target house source and the broker are determined according to the request message, and a conversation room between the user and the broker is constructed. And obtaining VR room source data of the target room source, rendering the VR room source data in a VR rendering mode, and generating a VR scene corresponding to the target room source in the conversation room by the rendered VR room source data. The user and the broker can view the VR scene corresponding to the target house source through the conversation room. In the process of checking the VR scene, the user and the broker can operate the VR scene in real time, and when the user and the broker operate the VR scene on the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment sends a corresponding operation instruction to the server. After receiving the operation instruction, the server determines an operation object for sending the operation instruction, namely, determines whether a sender of the operation instruction is a user or a broker. After the operation object is determined, whether the operation object meets the operation condition or not is judged, namely whether the operation object has the authority to operate the VR scene or not is judged. And if so, updating the scene picture of the VR scene according to the operation instruction. And when a session ending message sent by the user or the broker is received, closing the VR scene and the session room, and ending the process of watching the room by the VR.
By applying the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, users can see rooms through the VR on the line without running to a plurality of sales centers, so that the room-viewing experience of the users is improved.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain user permission information preset by the user;
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the user starts the voice authority or not based on the user authority information;
and the starting unit is used for starting a voice module in the conversation room if the user starts the voice authority so as to enable the user and the broker to carry out voice communication through the voice module.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the building unit includes:
an obtaining subunit, configured to obtain a broker URL address of the broker and a user URL address of the user, which are included in the request message;
a sending subunit, configured to send, to the broker, a connection request carrying the request message based on the broker URL address;
a constructing subunit, configured to, when receiving a connection message fed back by the broker based on the connection request, construct a conversation room between the user and the broker based on the user URL address and the broker URL address.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the determining unit includes:
the first determining subunit is used for determining the authority state of the operation authority corresponding to the VR scene;
a judging subunit, configured to judge, based on the permission state, whether the operation object currently has an operation permission to operate the VR scene;
the second determining subunit is configured to determine that the operation object meets an operation condition if the operation object currently has an operation right to operate the VR scene;
and the third determining subunit is configured to determine that the operation object does not satisfy the operation condition if the operation object does not currently have the operation permission to operate the VR scene.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
a limiting subunit, configured to limit an operation authority of another operation object to operate the VR scene when it is determined that the operation object satisfies the operation condition; wherein, when the operation object is the user, the other operation object is the broker; when the operation object is the broker, the other operation object is the user.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
a fourth determining subunit, configured to determine that the other operation object owns the operation authority when it is determined that the operation object does not satisfy the operation condition;
the detection subunit is used for detecting whether an operation instruction sent by the other operation object is received within a preset time interval;
an updating subunit, configured to update a scene picture of the VR scene based on an operation instruction sent by the another operation object when the operation instruction is received within the preset time interval;
and the release subunit is configured to release the operation permission when the operation instruction sent by the other operation object is not received within the preset time interval, so that the operation object and the other operation object both have the operation permission.
The device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises:
and the display unit is used for displaying the scene picture of the updated VR scene to the user and the broker through the conversation room.
For the specific working processes of each unit and sub-unit in the VR room-viewing device disclosed in the above embodiment of the present invention, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the VR room-viewing method disclosed in the above embodiment of the present invention, and details are not described here again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which comprises stored instructions, wherein when the instructions are executed, the equipment where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the VR house watching method.
An electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the structural diagram of the electronic device is shown in fig. 5, which specifically includes a memory 501 and one or more instructions 502, where the one or more instructions 502 are stored in the memory 501, and are configured to be executed by one or more processors 503 to perform the following operations according to the one or more instructions 502:
when a VR house-watching request sent by a user is received, a request message contained in the VR house-watching request is obtained;
determining a target house source and a broker corresponding to the VR house-watching request based on the request message, and constructing a conversation room between the user and the broker;
obtaining pre-generated VR house source data corresponding to the target house source;
performing VR rendering on the VR house source data in the conversation room so as to show VR scenes corresponding to the target house source to the user and the broker through the conversation room;
when an operation instruction for operating the VR scene is received, determining an operation object to which the operation instruction belongs, and judging whether the operation object meets an operation condition, wherein the operation object is the user or the broker;
when the operation object meets the operation condition, updating a scene picture of the VR scene based on the operation instruction;
and when a session ending message is received, closing the VR scene and the session room.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. Claims (10)

1. A VR house-viewing method is applied to a server side, and the method comprises the following steps:
when a VR house-watching request sent by a user is received, a request message contained in the VR house-watching request is obtained;
determining a target house source and a broker corresponding to the VR house-watching request based on the request message, and constructing a conversation room between the user and the broker;
obtaining pre-generated VR house source data corresponding to the target house source;
performing VR rendering on the VR house source data in the conversation room so as to show VR scenes corresponding to the target house source to the user and the broker through the conversation room;
when an operation instruction for operating the VR scene is received, determining an operation object to which the operation instruction belongs, and judging whether the operation object meets an operation condition, wherein the operation object is the user or the broker;
when the operation object meets the operation condition, updating a scene picture of the VR scene based on the operation instruction;
and when a session ending message is received, closing the VR scene and the session room.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring user authority information preset by the user;
detecting whether the user starts the voice authority or not based on the user authority information;
and if the user opens the voice permission, opening a voice module in the conversation room so that the user and the broker can carry out voice communication through the voice module.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said building a conversation room between the user and the broker comprises:
obtaining a broker URL address of the broker and a user URL address of the user included in the request message;
based on the URL address of the broker, sending a connection request carrying the request message to the broker;
when a connection message fed back by the broker based on the connection request is received, a conversation room between the user and the broker is constructed based on the user URL address and the broker URL address.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the operation object satisfies an operation condition comprises:
determining the authority state of the operation authority corresponding to the VR scene;
judging whether the operation object currently has the operation authority for operating the VR scene or not based on the authority state;
if the operation object currently has the operation authority for operating the VR scene, determining that the operation object meets the operation condition;
and if the operation object does not have the operation authority for operating the VR scene currently, determining that the operation object does not meet the operation condition.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when the operation object is determined to meet the operation condition, limiting the operation permission of another operation object for operating the VR scene;
wherein, when the operation object is the user, the other operation object is the broker; when the operation object is the broker, the other operation object is the user.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
when the operation object is determined not to meet the operation condition, determining that the other operation object has the operation authority;
detecting whether an operation instruction sent by the other operation object is received within a preset time interval;
when an operation instruction sent by the other operation object is received within the preset time interval, updating the scene picture of the VR scene based on the operation instruction;
and when the operation instruction sent by the other operation object is not received in the preset time interval, releasing the operation authority, so that the operation object and the other operation object both have the operation authority.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising, after updating the scene picture of the VR scene:
showing scene pictures of the updated VR scene to the user and the broker through the conversation room.
8. A VR house-viewing apparatus, wherein the apparatus is applied to a server, and the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a processing unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a request message contained in a VR house-watching request when the VR house-watching request sent by a user is received;
the construction unit is used for determining a target house source and a broker corresponding to the VR house-watching request based on the request message, and constructing a conversation room between the user and the broker;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring pre-generated VR house source data corresponding to the target house source;
a rendering unit, configured to perform VR rendering on the VR source data in the conversation room, so as to display, to the user and the broker, a VR scene corresponding to the target source through the conversation room;
the judgment unit is used for determining an operation object to which the operation instruction belongs when receiving the operation instruction for operating the VR scene, and judging whether the operation object meets an operation condition, wherein the operation object is the user or the broker;
an updating unit, configured to update a scene picture of the VR scene based on the operation instruction when the operation object satisfies the operation condition;
and the closing unit is used for closing the VR scene and the conversation room when a conversation end message is received.
9. A storage medium comprising stored instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed, control a device on which the storage medium resides to perform the VR house-viewing method of any of claims 1-7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, and one or more instructions stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors to perform the VR house-viewing method of any of claims 1-7.
