The problem that the bending angle of a COB flexible belt produced by adopting a flip-chip process is too large is solved by arranging the limiting balls 5 which are hinged with each other in the flexible belt, the long-life work of the flexible belt is ensured, the excessive bending of the flexible belt is limited by utilizing the characteristic that the rotating angle of the hinged balls 9 is smaller than 90 degrees, the separation of the chip 3 and the flexible circuit board 2 is effectively prevented, hydraulic materials are creatively added into the flexible belt body 1, the flexible belt body 1 is shaped by utilizing the characteristic that the hydraulic materials are hardened when meeting water, the flexible belt is particularly suitable for the condition that the patterns are inconvenient to fix when spliced, the trouble of firstly installing a lamp belt clamp is saved, the installation time is saved, the efficiency is improved, quick-drying adhesive is released by extruding the flexible belt body 1, the installation convenience is improved, and the flexible belt is suitable for places which are inconvenient to fix in a narrow space.
