Air duct systems often deliver or store irritating or harmful gases, especially in non-stop operating environments throughout the year, where the irritating or harmful gases leak into the environment when the air duct flange covers are operated, thereby causing damage or injury to the natural environment or operators. There is a need in the art for a closure that is operable with a flange cover on-line and has zero leakage.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1-2, the zero-leakage sealer is operated on line, and comprises a main body 1, a feeding device 2, an operating device 3 and an observing device 4; the main body 1 is a hollow cube, the feeding device 2, the operating device 3 and the observing device 4 are hermetically arranged on the main body 1, and the sealed space is a closed environment for operation.
Operating means 3 contains sealing ring 6 and sealed operation portion, and 6 one end of sealing ring and main part 1 fixed sealing connection, and 6 other ends of sealing ring and sealed operation portion can dismantle sealing connection, and sealed operation portion is leak protection gas gloves. The air leakage prevention gloves are detachably and hermetically connected with the sealing rings 6 through convenient fastening devices such as O-shaped sealing rings and the like. An operator can extend hands into the sealer through the air leakage prevention gloves to operate and maintain the part to be maintained.
The observation device 4 includes a see-through glass 5. The perspective glass 5 is fixedly and hermetically connected with the main body 1 through a matched bolt. In practice, the feeding device 2 seals and ties up the cylindrical air leakage-proof film through an O-shaped sealing ring, the operation device 3 seals and ties up the air leakage-proof gloves, an air pipe or equipment to be maintained extends into the sealer, and the other end of the air leakage-proof film is tied up to prevent air leakage; at this moment, the operator can wear the air leakage prevention gloves and observe through the see-through glass 5 to maintain the air pipe flange cover.

as shown in fig. 3, the zero-leakage sealer is operated on line, and comprises a main body 1, a feeding device 2, an operating device 3 and an observing device 4; the main body 1 is a hollow cube, the feeding device 2, the operating device 3 and the observing device 4 are hermetically arranged on the main body 1, and the sealed space is a closed environment for operation.
Operating means 3 contains sealing ring 6 and sealed operation portion, and 6 one end of sealing ring and main part 1 fixed sealing connection, and 6 other ends of sealing ring and sealed operation portion can dismantle sealing connection, and sealed operation portion is leak protection gas gloves. The air leakage prevention gloves are detachably and hermetically connected with the sealing rings 6 through convenient fastening devices such as O-shaped sealing rings and the like. The feeding device 2 is arranged on a single side face, so that the sealing performance of the sealer is improved, and the maintenance treatment of a single air pipe or part is facilitated; two operating devices 3 are arranged on one side surface, and the two operating devices 3 on the single side surface are convenient for a single-side operator to operate with both hands. The observation device 4 is arranged on the other side surface of the main body 1, so that the visual operation is convenient.
This zero reveals the sealer and has created a sealed operational environment, operates the tuber pipe blind flange under sealed visual environment, has effectively prevented that irritability or harmful gas in the tuber pipe from leaking to the environment, avoids irritability or harmful gas to cause pollution or injury to natural environment or operating personnel.

An on-line operation zero-leak sealer characterized by: the sealer comprises a main body (1), a feeding device (2), an operating device (3) and an observing device (4), wherein the main body (1) is provided with the feeding device (2), the main body (1) is provided with the operating device (3), the main body (1) is provided with the observing device (4), the feeding device (2) comprises a sealing part, the operating device (3) is provided with a sealing operating part, and the observing device (4) is fixedly and hermetically connected with the main body (1).

5. An in-line zero-leak sealer as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the sealing operation part is an air leakage prevention glove.
6. An in-line zero-leak sealer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the observation device (4) comprises a see-through glass (5).
7. An in-line zero-leak sealer as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the perspective glass (5) is fixedly and hermetically connected with the main body (1) through a matched bolt.
8. An in-line zero-leak sealer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the main body (1) is a hollow cube.
9. An in-line zero-leak sealer according to any of claims 1-8, wherein: the feeding device (2) is contained on two sides of the main body (1).
10. An in-line zero-leak sealer according to any of claims 1-8, wherein: the body (1) comprises the operating device (3) on both sides.
