The gear shifting reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application is based on the same idea, and the embodiment of the application further provides a gear shifting reminding system. Referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of a shift reminding system 300 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown, the system 300 includes a driving monitoring device 310, a reminding device 320, and a controller 330, wherein the driving monitoring device 310 and the reminding device 320 are respectively connected to the controller 330.
The driving monitoring device 310 may collect driving state information of the vehicle. The reminder device 320 may output a prompt message, wherein the prompt message may be in a form including, but not limited to, one or more of voice, text, light, and the like.
The controller 330 may obtain driving state information of the vehicle collected 310 by the driving monitoring device in response to a received shift request for the vehicle, where the shift request is used to request that a gear of the vehicle is switched from a current gear to a target gear; whether a gear shifting operation corresponding to the gear shifting request is executed or not is determined based on the driving state information of the vehicle and the gear shifting condition corresponding to the gear shifting request, if not, the reminding device 320 is controlled to output gear shifting prompt information corresponding to the gear shifting request based on the driving state information and the corresponding gear shifting condition, and the gear shifting prompt information is used for prompting the reason of executing failure of the gear shifting operation.
In one embodiment, the driving monitoring device 310 may include a displacement sensor, a speed sensor, a charging management module, and other modules or sensors capable of monitoring driving state information of the vehicle, wherein the displacement sensor may monitor an opening degree of a brake pedal and identify whether the brake pedal is pressed based on the monitored opening degree, the speed sensor may monitor a driving speed of the vehicle, the charging management module may monitor whether a charging wire of the vehicle is connected to an external charging device, and the like.
In one embodiment, the reminder device 320 may include, for example, but not limited to, one or more of a center screen, a Head-up Display (HUD), a dashboard, and the like.
In one embodiment, the driving state information includes at least one of the following parameters: the system comprises a running speed, brake pedal state information, a working mode and charging information, wherein the brake pedal state information is used for indicating whether a brake pedal is pressed down;
the controller 330 is specifically configured to:
determining a gear shifting condition corresponding to the gear shifting request based on current gear information and target gear information carried in the gear shifting request;
detecting whether the driving state information of the vehicle meets the corresponding gear shifting condition;
if not, the shift operation requested by the shift request is denied.
In one embodiment, the controller 330 is specifically configured to:
outputting gear shift prompt information corresponding to the gear shift request based on a difference between the driving state information and the corresponding gear shift condition, the gear shift prompt information including at least one of: the system comprises a first gear shifting prompt message used for prompting that the vehicle speed exceeds the limit, a second gear shifting prompt message used for prompting that the vehicle is not in a driving state, a third gear shifting prompt message used for prompting that a brake pedal is not stepped down and a fourth gear shifting prompt message used for prompting that the connection between the vehicle and external charging equipment is not disconnected.
In one embodiment, when the current gear is a forward gear and the target gear is a reverse gear, or when the current gear is a reverse gear and the target gear is a forward gear, the corresponding shift condition includes: the running speed does not exceed a preset speed threshold value, and the working mode is a driving mode;
the controller 330 is specifically configured to:
if the running speed of the vehicle exceeds a preset speed threshold value, outputting the first gear shifting prompt message;
and if the working mode of the vehicle is a non-driving mode, outputting the second gear shifting prompt message.
In one embodiment, when the current gear is neutral and the target gear is reverse or forward, the corresponding shift condition includes: the running speed does not exceed a preset speed threshold value, the working mode is a driving mode, and a brake pedal is stepped down;
the controller 330 is specifically configured to:
if the running speed of the vehicle exceeds the preset speed threshold value, outputting the first gear shifting prompt message;
if the working mode of the vehicle is a non-driving mode, outputting second gear shifting prompt information;
and if the running speed of the vehicle does not exceed the preset speed threshold value and the brake pedal state information of the vehicle indicates that the brake pedal of the vehicle is not pressed, outputting the third gear shifting prompt information.
In one embodiment, when the current gear is a parking gear or a gear error and the target gear is a forward gear or a reverse gear, the corresponding preset gear shifting condition includes: the charging request signal is not received, the brake pedal is stepped down, and the working mode is the driving mode;
the controller 330 is specifically configured to:
if the working mode of the vehicle is a non-driving mode, outputting the second gear shifting prompt message;
outputting the third gear shifting prompt message if the brake pedal state information of the vehicle indicates that the brake pedal of the vehicle is not pressed;
and if the charging information of the vehicle indicates that a charging request signal is received, outputting the fourth gear shifting prompt information.
In one embodiment, when the current gear is a parking gear or a gear error and the target gear is a neutral gear, the corresponding preset gear shift condition includes: the brake pedal is stepped on and does not receive the charging request signal;
the controller 330 is specifically configured to:
outputting the third gear shifting prompt message if the brake pedal state information of the vehicle indicates that the brake pedal of the vehicle is not pressed;
and if the charging information of the vehicle indicates that a charging request signal is received, outputting the fourth gear shifting prompt information.
In one embodiment, the controller 330 is further configured to:
monitoring whether the driving state information of the vehicle satisfies the corresponding shift condition after outputting shift prompt information corresponding to the shift request based on a difference between the driving state information and the corresponding shift condition;
and when the driving state information of the vehicle meets the corresponding gear shifting condition, stopping outputting the gear shifting prompt information, and executing the gear shifting operation corresponding to the gear shifting request.
By adopting the gear shifting reminding system provided by the embodiment of the application, whether the gear shifting operation corresponding to the gear shifting request is executed or not is determined based on the driving state information of the vehicle and the gear shifting condition corresponding to the received gear shifting request, so that the damage to a driver or the vehicle caused by mistaken gear shifting or improper gear shifting operation can be avoided, and the safety of the vehicle is ensured; when the gear shifting operation corresponding to the gear shifting request is refused to be executed, the gear shifting prompt information corresponding to the gear shifting request is output based on the driving state of the vehicle and the gear shifting operation corresponding to the gear shifting request, so that a driver can timely know the gear shifting failure reason and take corresponding improvement measures, the effect of assisting the driver in gear shifting is achieved, the probability of gear shifting failure can be reduced, and the reliability of the gear shifting operation is improved.
Based on the same idea, the embodiment of the present application further provides a vehicle, and the vehicle includes the gear shifting reminding system described in any one of the above embodiments of the present application.
Based on the same idea, an embodiment of the present application further provides a shift reminding device, please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic structural diagram of the shift reminding device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, in a hardware level, the shift reminder device includes a processor, and optionally further includes an internal bus, a network interface, and a memory. The Memory may include a Memory, such as a Random-Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile Memory, such as at least 1 disk Memory. Of course, the shift reminder device may also include hardware required for other services.
The processor, the network interface, and the memory may be connected to each other via an internal bus, which may be an ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) bus, a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 4, but that does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
And the memory is used for storing programs. In particular, the program may include program code comprising computer operating instructions. The memory may include both memory and non-volatile storage and provides instructions and data to the processor.
The processor reads the corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory into the memory and then runs the computer program to form the gear shifting reminding device on the logic level. The processor is used for executing the program stored in the memory and is specifically used for executing the following operations:
acquiring running state information of a vehicle in response to a gear shifting request for the vehicle, wherein the gear shifting request is used for requesting to switch a gear of the vehicle from a current gear to a target gear;
determining whether to perform a shift operation corresponding to the shift request based on the driving state information and a shift condition corresponding to the shift request;
if not, gear shifting prompt information corresponding to the gear shifting request is output based on the driving state information and the corresponding gear shifting condition, and the gear shifting prompt information is used for prompting the reason of the failure execution of the gear shifting operation.
The method executed by the shift reminding device according to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 of the present application can be applied to or implemented by a processor. The processor may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor or instructions in the form of software. The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory, and a processor reads information in the memory and completes the steps of the method in combination with hardware of the processor.
The gear shift reminding device can also execute the method shown in fig. 1 and realize the functions of the gear shift reminding device in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the embodiment of the application is not described herein again.
Of course, the shift reminding device of the present application does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, besides software implementations, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
Embodiments of the present application also propose a computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which when executed by a portable shift reminder device comprising a plurality of application programs, enable the portable shift reminder device to perform the method of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and in particular to perform the following operations:
acquiring running state information of a vehicle in response to a gear shifting request for the vehicle, wherein the gear shifting request is used for requesting to switch a gear of the vehicle from a current gear to a target gear;
determining whether to perform a shift operation corresponding to the shift request based on the driving state information and a shift condition corresponding to the shift request;
if not, gear shifting prompt information corresponding to the gear shifting request is output based on the driving state information and the corresponding gear shifting condition, and the gear shifting prompt information is used for prompting the reason of the failure execution of the gear shifting operation.
In short, the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.

The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A shift reminder method, comprising:
acquiring running state information of a vehicle in response to a gear shifting request for the vehicle, wherein the gear shifting request is used for requesting to switch a gear of the vehicle from a current gear to a target gear;
determining whether to perform a shift operation corresponding to the shift request based on the driving state information and a shift condition corresponding to the shift request;
if not, gear shifting prompt information corresponding to the gear shifting request is output based on the driving state information and the corresponding gear shifting condition, and the gear shifting prompt information is used for prompting the reason of the failure execution of the gear shifting operation.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the driving state information comprises at least one of the following parameters: the system comprises a running speed, brake pedal state information, a working mode and charging information, wherein the brake pedal state information is used for indicating whether a brake pedal is pressed down;
the determining whether to perform the shift operation corresponding to the shift request based on the driving state information and the shift condition corresponding to the shift request includes:
determining a gear shifting condition corresponding to the gear shifting request based on current gear information and target gear information carried in the gear shifting request;
detecting whether the driving state information of the vehicle meets the corresponding gear shifting condition;
if not, the shift operation requested by the shift request is denied.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein outputting shift prompt information corresponding to the shift request based on the driving state information and the corresponding shift condition comprises:
outputting gear shift prompt information corresponding to the gear shift request based on a difference between the driving state information and the corresponding gear shift condition, the gear shift prompt information including at least one of: the system comprises a first gear shifting prompt message used for prompting that the vehicle speed exceeds the limit, a second gear shifting prompt message used for prompting that the vehicle is not in a driving state, a third gear shifting prompt message used for prompting that a brake pedal is not stepped down and a fourth gear shifting prompt message used for prompting that the connection between the vehicle and external charging equipment is not disconnected.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the corresponding shift condition includes, when the current gear is a forward gear and the target gear is a reverse gear, or when the current gear is a reverse gear and the target gear is a forward gear: the running speed does not exceed a preset speed threshold value, and the working mode is a driving mode;
the outputting of the shift prompt information corresponding to the shift request based on the difference between the driving state information and the corresponding shift condition includes:
if the running speed of the vehicle exceeds a preset speed threshold value, outputting the first gear shifting prompt message;
and if the working mode of the vehicle is a non-driving mode, outputting the second gear shifting prompt message.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein when the current gear is neutral, the target gear is reverse or forward, the corresponding shift condition comprises: the running speed does not exceed a preset speed threshold value, the working mode is a driving mode, and a brake pedal is stepped down;
the outputting of the shift prompt information corresponding to the shift request based on the difference between the driving state information and the corresponding shift condition includes:
if the running speed of the vehicle exceeds the preset speed threshold value, outputting the first gear shifting prompt message;
if the working mode of the vehicle is a non-driving mode, outputting second gear shifting prompt information;
and if the running speed of the vehicle does not exceed the preset speed threshold value and the brake pedal state information of the vehicle indicates that the brake pedal of the vehicle is not pressed, outputting the third gear shifting prompt information.

The method according to claim 3, wherein when the current gear is a parking gear or a gear error and the target gear is a forward gear or a reverse gear, the corresponding preset shift condition comprises: the charging request signal is not received, the brake pedal is stepped down, and the working mode is the driving mode;
the outputting of the shift prompt information corresponding to the shift request based on the difference between the driving state information and the corresponding shift condition includes:
if the working mode of the vehicle is a non-driving mode, outputting the second gear shifting prompt message;
outputting the third gear shifting prompt message if the brake pedal state information of the vehicle indicates that the brake pedal of the vehicle is not pressed;
and if the charging information of the vehicle indicates that a charging request signal is received, outputting the fourth gear shifting prompt information.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein when the current gear is park or gear error and the target gear is neutral, the corresponding preset shift condition comprises: the brake pedal is stepped on and does not receive the charging request signal;
the outputting of the shift prompt information corresponding to the shift request based on the difference between the driving state information and the corresponding shift condition includes:
outputting the third gear shifting prompt message if the brake pedal state information of the vehicle indicates that the brake pedal of the vehicle is not pressed;
and if the charging information of the vehicle indicates that a charging request signal is received, outputting the fourth gear shifting prompt information.
8. The method of claim 2, wherein after outputting shift prompt information corresponding to the shift request based on a difference between the driving state information and the corresponding shift condition, the method further comprises:
monitoring whether the running state information of the vehicle meets the corresponding gear shifting condition;
and when the driving state information of the vehicle meets the corresponding gear shifting condition, stopping outputting the gear shifting prompt information, and executing the gear shifting operation corresponding to the gear shifting request.
9. A shift reminder system, comprising:
the driving monitoring device is used for acquiring the driving state information of the vehicle;
the reminding device is used for outputting prompt information;
the controller is used for responding to a gear shifting request aiming at the vehicle, acquiring the driving state information of the vehicle acquired by the driving monitoring device, wherein the gear shifting request is used for requesting to switch the gear of the vehicle from the current gear to the target gear; and determining whether to execute the gear shifting operation corresponding to the gear shifting request or not based on the running state information and the gear shifting condition corresponding to the gear shifting request, and if not, controlling the reminding device to output gear shifting prompt information corresponding to the gear shifting request based on the running state information and the corresponding gear shifting condition, wherein the gear shifting prompt information is used for prompting the reason of executing failure of the gear shifting operation.
10. A vehicle comprising the shift reminder system of claim 8.
