Abstract
The invention relates to the field of oilfield equipment, in particular to a diagram liquid level tester which is simple in structure, convenient to monitor and high in efficiency and a control system thereof. The indicator diagram liquid level tester comprises an MCU (microprogrammed control Unit), a power supply module, a sensor module and a wireless module, wherein the wireless module, the power supply module and the sensor module are all connected with the MCU, and the MCU is further connected with a storage module, a display module and an input module. The indicator diagram liquid level tester and the control system thereof can conveniently detect the working condition of the oil pumping unit by the cooperation of the MCU, the power supply module, the sensor module, the wireless module, the storage module, the display module, the input module and the like, and have the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in monitoring and efficiency improvement.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oilfield equipment, in particular to a diagram liquid level tester which is simple in structure, convenient to monitor and high in efficiency and a control system thereof.
Background
The tests of the indicator diagram and the liquid level depth of the oil pumping unit are the key points of the well testing work of the oil field. The working state of the pumping unit and the internal condition of the oil well can be judged through the indicator diagram liquid level data so as to adjust the working parameters of the pumping unit in time and achieve the purposes of improving the efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption. The diagram is the relation curve of the displacement of the horse head motion of the pumping unit and the load value of the sucker rod. The surface depth is the distance from the surface to the surface of the oil in the well and is typically measured by echogenicity. However, the existing instrument for testing work diagram and liquid level mainly has the following disadvantages: the structure is complex, the operation is complex and the monitoring is inconvenient.

the sensor module is used for acquiring pressure information, temperature information and flow information of the oil pumping unit and transmitting the pressure information, the temperature information and the flow information to the MCU;
the MCU obtains the working condition information of the pumping unit through calculation and displays the working condition information through the display module;
the storage module is used for storing pressure information, temperature information, flow information and working condition information;
the input module controls the MCU to carry out operation through manual input instructions;
the wireless module is connected with remote network equipment and used for remote display and control;
and the power supply module is used for supplying electric energy to the MCU.
In order to better realize the invention, the sensor module comprises a plurality of temperature sensors, pressure sensors and flow sensors which are arranged at the working position of the oil pumping unit.

the indicator diagram liquid level tester control system comprises a control operation module, a data collector and an indicator diagram liquid level tester which are sequentially connected, wherein the data collector is in wireless connection with the control operation module and the indicator diagram liquid level tester.
In order to better realize the invention, the indicator diagram liquid level tester comprises an MCU, a power supply module, a sensor module and a wireless module, wherein the wireless module, the power supply module and the sensor module are all connected with the MCU, and the MCU is also connected with a storage module, a display module and an input module; the wireless module is connected with the data acquisition unit.
In order to better realize the invention, the control operation module adopts a TeamViewer remote controller.
In order to better realize the invention, the wireless module adopts a GPRS module and is matched with a corresponding SIM card.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the indicator diagram liquid level tester and the control system thereof can conveniently detect the working condition of the oil pumping unit by the cooperation of the MCU, the power supply module, the sensor module, the wireless module, the storage module, the display module, the input module and the like, and have the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in monitoring and efficiency improvement.

Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the indicator diagram liquid level tester of the invention comprises an MCU, a power supply module, a sensor module and a wireless module, wherein the wireless module, the power supply module and the sensor module are all connected with the MCU, and the MCU is further connected with a storage module, a display module and an input module;
the sensor module is used for acquiring pressure information, temperature information and flow information of the oil pumping unit and transmitting the pressure information, the temperature information and the flow information to the MCU;
the MCU obtains the working condition information of the pumping unit through calculation and displays the working condition information through the display module;
the storage module is used for storing pressure information, temperature information, flow information and working condition information;
the input module controls the MCU to carry out operation through manual input instructions;
the wireless module is connected with remote network equipment and used for remote display and control;
and the power supply module is used for supplying electric energy to the MCU. The indicator diagram liquid level tester and the control system thereof can conveniently detect the working condition of the oil pumping unit by the cooperation of the MCU, the power supply module, the sensor module, the wireless module, the storage module, the display module, the input module and the like, and have the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in monitoring and efficiency improvement.
Preferably, the sensor module comprises a plurality of temperature sensors, pressure sensors and flow sensors which are arranged at the working position of the oil pumping unit, so that various information of the working condition of the oil pumping unit can be conveniently acquired, and the control operation is convenient.
Preferably, the storage module adopts a flash memory.

the sensor module is used for acquiring pressure information, temperature information and flow information of the oil pumping unit and transmitting the pressure information, the temperature information and the flow information to the MCU;
the MCU obtains the working condition information of the pumping unit through calculation and displays the working condition information through the display module;
the storage module is used for storing pressure information, temperature information, flow information and working condition information;
the input module controls the MCU to carry out operation through manual input instructions;
the wireless module is connected with remote network equipment and used for remote display and control;
and the power supply module is used for supplying electric energy to the MCU.
