Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent lockset and a method for locking by lifting a lockset handle in a normally open mode, wherein the intelligent lockset comprises a panel shell, an outer handle, an electric control plate, a clutch motor and a lock body, wherein the electric control plate, the clutch motor and the lock body are arranged in the panel shell; the device also comprises a poking sheet and a switch element; the shifting piece is arranged at the top end of the manual linkage piece, can rotate along with the lifting of the outer handle and is used for triggering the switch element; the switch element is arranged on the rear side surface of the panel shell, is positioned on the rotating track of the shifting piece and is connected with the main controller; the master controller detects the state of the switch element in real time, and once the switch element is triggered, the lock body is driven to extend out through the clutch motor. The method can lock the intelligent lockset in a normally open mode by lifting the outer handle of the lockset, and is simple and reliable to operate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for locking a lock handle in a normally open mode by lifting the lock handle, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent locks.
Background
The existing intelligent lock can be set to a mode that the lock is not automatically locked after being unlocked so as to be convenient to access, and the mode is generally used for public spaces and is called as a normally open mode or a channel mode and the like. In the mode, a user presses down the handle, the bolt retracts, and then the door can be opened; after releasing the handle, the bolt pops out, the door is locked temporarily, but the user presses down on the handle to unlock the door. The locking operation of the intelligent lockset is mainly completed by entering a setting interface or pressing a specific key of the intelligent lockset, and after the intelligent lockset is locked, a user can not unlock the intelligent lockset by pressing down a handle until the intelligent lockset is unlocked next time.
In the normally open mode of the intelligent lockset, the handle is only lifted up, so that continuous locking cannot be completed, and the handle is pressed down to be unlocked; if the intelligent lockset enters a setting interface by operating the setting function of the intelligent lockset, a position for recovering locking is found, the intelligent lockset is locked by operation, or the intelligent lockset is locked by unlocking operation (such as passwords, fingerprints, cards and the like) of electronic verification once, so that the intelligent lockset is complex in operation, time-wasting, easy to cause operation errors and not humanized. If the intelligent lockset is locked by pressing a specific key (such as an x key) or a combined key, panel operation is required, and simplicity and humanization are still insufficient.
Therefore, a more humanized locking method for intelligent lock is urgently needed to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above existing technical problems, the present invention provides an intelligent lock and a method for locking by lifting up a lock handle in a normally open mode, so as to realize the locking operation in a channel mode by the simplest and most intuitive method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an intelligent lockset for locking by lifting a lockset handle in a normally open mode, which comprises a panel shell, an outer handle, an electric control plate, a clutch motor and a lock body, wherein the electric control plate, the clutch motor and the lock body are arranged in the panel shell;
the rotating shaft of the outer handle is inserted into the panel shell, and the outer end of the rotating shaft is sleeved with a handle linkage piece;
the electric control board comprises a main controller and an electronic verification module, and the main controller is connected with the clutch motor and can control the stretching of the lock body;
the device also comprises a poking sheet and a switch element;
the shifting piece is arranged at the top end of the manual linkage piece, can rotate along with the lifting of the outer handle and is used for triggering the switch element;
the switch element is arranged on the rear side surface of the panel shell, is positioned on the rotating track of the shifting piece and is connected with the main controller;
the main controller detects the state of the switch element in real time, and once the switch element is triggered, the lock body is driven to extend out through the clutch motor.
Further, the switch element is a microswitch, a Hall element or a photoelectric switch.
According to the technical scheme, the intelligent lockset is additionally provided with the micro switch, the Hall element or the photoelectric switch so as to detect the action of lifting the outer handle of the lockset. The switch element can be arranged in the rear side surface of the panel shell and is positioned near the insertion shaft of the outer handle, and a shifting sheet is arranged on the handle linkage part and is used for triggering the switch element when the outer handle is lifted. Because the switch element is connected with the electric control board of the lockset, when the outer handle is lifted, the switch element is triggered by the plectrum to be switched on, and the main controller on the electric control board executes the locking operation.
Furthermore, the electronic verification module comprises a fingerprint verification module, a password keyboard module or a card verification module.
In the above technical solution, except for a newly added detection circuit for detecting the on-state of the switch element, other parts of the electric control board, such as the electronic verification module and the communication module, are the same as the electric control part of the existing intelligent lock in structure and principle.
Furthermore, the invention provides a method for locking by lifting up a lock handle in a normally open mode, which comprises the following specific steps:
A. setting a mode:
a-1, setting the intelligent lockset into a normally open mode;
a-2, the master controller executes unlocking action, the clutch motor keeps meshing, and the master controller detects the state of the switching element in real time.

In order to facilitate understanding of the invention, the invention will be described more fully and in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments, but the scope of the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments below. Unless otherwise defined, all terms of art used hereinafter have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the intelligent lock of the present invention locks by lifting up the handle of the lock in the normally open mode, includes a panel housing 1, an outer handle 2, a handle linkage 4, and a master controller, a clutch motor and a lock body installed inside the panel housing 1, and particularly, a switch element 5 and a dial 3 are added.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rotating shaft of the outer handle 2 is inserted into the mounting hole of the panel housing 1, and a handle linkage 4 is sleeved on the rotating shaft.
As shown in fig. 2, a pull tab 3 is connected to the top end of the handle linkage 4 for triggering the switch element 5 when the outer handle 2 is lifted up.
As shown in fig. 2, the switch element 5 is installed on the rear side of the panel housing 1, located on the rotating track of the paddle 3, and electrically connected to the electric control board for detecting the action of lifting the outer handle 2. In practice, the switch element 5 may be a micro switch, a hall element or an electro-optical switch.
As shown in fig. 3, the electric control board includes a main controller, an electronic verification module and a communication module, and the main controller is connected to the electronic verification module, the communication module, the clutch motor and the switch element 5 respectively.
The master controller controls the extension and retraction of the lock body through a clutch motor, wherein the clutch is a transmission part, and the motor is a power part determining the opening and closing of the clutch. Clutches are commonly used to control the transmission of the amount of depression force to open the door. When the clutch is in an opening and closing state, the force for opening the door cannot be transmitted to the square rod, so that the lock body has no power, the lock tongue cannot be driven to retract, the door cannot be opened, and the displayed form is that the handle idles; when the clutch is in a closed state, the force of opening the door and pressing down is transmitted to the square rod, so that the gear of the lock body is driven to move, the lock tongue is pulled to retract, and the door can be normally opened; the rotation of the motor realizes the opening and closing of the clutch, when the motor rotates forwards and pushes the clutch dial plate, the clutch is closed, otherwise, the clutch is opened and closed.
And the master controller detects the state of the switch element in real time, and once the switch element is triggered, the intelligent lock is driven to be locked, the clutch is disengaged from the motor, and when the clutch is in an opening and closing state, the intelligent lock can not be unlocked from the outside of a door.
When the intelligent lockset is in a normal mode, all operation methods are the same as the control logic of the existing intelligent lockset, and the newly added switch element 5 (such as a microswitch) does not work, and the specific conditions are as follows:
a. before the operation of unblanking, this intelligence tool to lock's separation and reunion motor breaks away from, and when pushing down outer handle 2, this tool to lock does not have the action.
b. After the operation of unblanking, this intelligent lockset's separation and reunion motor interlock:
b-1, if the outer handle 2 is pressed down, all lock bolts of the lock body retract, the door can be opened at the moment, the lock body is automatically locked after a few seconds, and the clutch motor is disengaged again and cannot be unlocked;
b-2, if the outer handle 2 is lifted up, all the lock tongues of the lock body extend out to lock the door.
When the intelligent lockset is set to be in a normally open mode, the technical scheme of the invention plays a role, and the specific conditions are as follows:
a-1, setting the intelligent lockset into a normally open mode;
a-2, the master controller executes unlocking action, and the clutch motor keeps meshing and is not automatically locked. And the master controller detects the state of the switching element in real time.
B. Selecting operation:
a. the external handle is pressed down to unlock:
when the outer handle 2 is pressed down, all the lock tongues of the lock body retract, and the door can be opened; after releasing the outer handle 2, the latch bolt of the lock extends out and locks the door temporarily by the latch bolt. Meanwhile, the plectrum 3 comes to the switch element 5 along with the lifted outer handle 2, triggers the switch element 5 to switch on the master controller, the master controller drives the clutch motor to be disengaged, and a user can not unlock from the outside. Thus, the person who finally leaves the room can lock the door by simply lifting the outer handle 2.
c. Electronic verification unlocking:
after the outer handle 2 is lifted up to lock the door, the user can enter the room by pressing the outer handle 2 down only by unlocking the door once again through the way of passwords, cards, fingerprints and the like, and the user can press the outer handle 2 down all the time to enter the room until the outer handle 2 is lifted up again to lock the door.
