When there is a warp 4 broken or slackened, the arrangement of the warp 4 at the two yarn separating rollers is changed due to the tension change, and a missing or slackened warp is formed. The image recognition device 3 can determine the position of the broken or loose warp 4 by capturing the images before and after the broken warp 4 and comparing the difference.
The technical solution of the present application will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 3, the warp yarn 4 is divided into an upper layer warp yarn 41 and a lower layer warp yarn 42 after passing through the yarn guide roller 6, and alternately passes around the first yarn distribution roller 1 and the second yarn distribution roller 2, and the image recognition device 3 such as a high-speed camera captures an image as shown in fig. 4. The warp yarns 4 are evenly distributed on the two yarn-separating rollers. When there is a breakage of the warp 4, the arrangement of the warp 4 on one of the divided rollers is changed as shown in a circle a in fig. 5. The image recognition device 3 such as a high-speed camera continuously photographs at a constant frequency, and the captured image in fig. 5 is uploaded to a processing device and compared with the image in fig. 4 to detect the presence of the broken ends of the warp yarns 4. Similarly, alignment differences may also occur if warp yarns 4 relax, as shown in figure 6 within circle B.
