Abstract
The invention provides a PET heat-sealing film coating antifogging agent, a PET antifogging easy-to-uncover film, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the antifogging agent comprises 8-11% of acrylic acid graft modified polyester polyol by mass percent; 2-4% of hexamethylene diisocyanate; 3-5% of acetone; 3-4% of dimethylolpropionic acid; 1.5-3.5% of 3-allyloxy-2-hydroxy-1-propanesulfonic acid sodium salt; 1.1-2.2% of maleic anhydride; 2.5-3.5% of isopropanol; 2.0-3.5% of ethylene glycol; 0.1-1.0% of an initiator; 0.2-1.2% of a catalyst; 0.3-0.5% of defoaming agent; 1.5-2.5% of a palm wax anti-sticking agent; SiO 220.5-1.0% of an anti-sticking agent; 60-70% of soft water. The antifogging agent adopting the components has a good antifogging effect, and also has good heat-sealing strength with a PET box body, so that the effect of easy uncovering is achieved; meets the requirement of environmental protection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of food box packaging, and particularly relates to a PET heat-sealing film coating antifogging agent, a PET antifogging easy-to-tear film, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The high-quality packing carton that uses in the current fresh food package on the market requires to have the requirement of high transparency, easily take off lid, cold and hot antifog function etc. consequently, has used the PET film heat-seal on the transparent box of PET. However, the PET optical film and the PET box are not easy to be thermally sealed and bonded, and the PET optical film and the PET box are required to have a cold and hot anti-fog function after being bonded, so that a plurality of technical obstacles are caused to the development and application of products.
The traditional food box package sealing for fresh food in China realizes sealing by film spraying or compounding on the surface of a film and then heat sealing with a PET box. However, the laminating method has the following disadvantages: 1) the film is difficult to uncover, the heat seal is too large and the film is not easy to uncover due to the thick film, generally 20-70 μm, and the uneven thickness of the film, the fluctuation of the heat seal strength is large due to the uneven thickness of the film, and the cover film is easy to tear; 2) the base material of the laminated film is paper which is relatively common, poor in transparency or completely opaque; 3) not conform to the same material requirement of environmental protection requirement because the box that is used for splendid attire fresh fruit generally all adopts the PET material. But the material for laminating the film base material is paper and the material for laminating the film is PP and the composite film is PE or CPP, which does not meet the requirement of recycling the environment-friendly unified material.
Therefore, the market urgently develops an easily-torn antifog PET cover film which can be applied to packaging of fresh packaging boxes, and the existing market demand is met.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a coating antifogging agent for a PET heat-sealing film, a PET antifogging easy-to-uncover film, a preparation method and an application thereof.
