1-3, a pallet 10 for stacking materials, comprising: a shoe 100 and a plurality of barriers 200. The shoe 100 is used to support the bottom of the sheet material, and the plurality of barriers 200 are used to form a space for accommodating the vertically placed sheet material and to support the sides of the sheet material.
The plurality of barriers 200 are fixed above the bottom support 100 in parallel at intervals, and a spacing space 300 is formed between two adjacent barriers 200, and the spacing space 300 is used for accommodating materials vertically supported on the bottom support 100. Specifically, the spacing distance between two adjacent barriers 200 may be set according to the thickness of the plate material, and may be an integral multiple of the thickness of the plate material.
According to the goods shelf 10 for stacking materials, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of barriers 200 are arranged above the bottom support 100, so that the plate materials are vertically placed in the space 300 formed between two adjacent barriers 200, an installer can conveniently and directly pick out the plate materials to be installed for installation, the materials are not required to be repeatedly carried and selected by the installer, the efficiency of finding the materials on the site of a decoration project is improved, the installation efficiency of the decoration project is improved, and the damage risk of the materials caused by secondary carrying is reduced. Moreover, the installation worker does not need to lift the materials for secondary carrying in the decoration field selection process, a large amount of time and labor force can be saved, extra labor expenditure is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the drawings, the bottom support 100 is a square frame structure formed by fixedly connecting a plurality of square pipes. Specifically, the selected square tube may be a square tube conventionally used in the market. In this embodiment, the bottom support 100 uses less material, saves cost, and intensity is high moreover, can place a large amount of panel materials.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the bottom base 100 is a square frame structure formed by welding and fixedly connecting a plurality of square pipes. In this embodiment, the mounting 100 is easy and reliable to assemble.
As a further improved embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of rows of insertion tubes 110 arranged in parallel and spaced are fixed on the top of the bottom base 100, the partition 200 includes a horizontal tube 210 and a plurality of vertical tubes 220, the plurality of vertical tubes 220 are fixed below the horizontal tube 210 in parallel and spaced, and the plurality of vertical tubes 220 of the plurality of partitions 200 are respectively fixed on the plurality of rows of insertion tubes 110 in a mating insertion manner.
In the above embodiment, the plurality of barriers 200 are detachably inserted and fixed to the plurality of rows of insertion pipes 110 through the plurality of vertical pipes 220, so that the racks 10 for stacking materials can be transported and recycled.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the insertion tube 110 is welded and fixed on the top of the bottom base 100. In this embodiment, the assembly of the insertion tube 110 on the bottom bracket 100 is simple and reliable.
