背景技术

一些现有的大豆基板的通风效果较差,使用一段时间后,出现潮湿的现象,容易滋生细菌,长时间的使用造成对人体的伤害,一些现有的大豆基板的表面用油漆喷刷,油漆内含有甲醛、氯乙烯等一些对人体有害的物质,长期的使用会对人体造成较大的伤害,该环氧改性大豆基板材及其制备方法的适用性变差,因此需要进行结构创新来解决具体问题。

本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种环氧改性大豆基板材及其制备方法,其中一种目的是为了解决一些现有的大豆基板的通风效果较差,使用一段时间后,出现潮湿的现象,容易滋生细菌,长时间的使用造成对人体的伤害,一些现有的大豆基板的表面用油漆喷刷,油漆内含有甲醛、氯乙烯等一些对人体有害的物质,长期的使用会对人体造成较大的伤害问题。

本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述步骤三:将干燥后的精品大豆放置在模型中,此时模型内部的温度加热至50°-60°,然后在热压装置上的热压板的温度达到110°-120°时,通过热压板的下降对模型内的精品大豆进行压制,压制1mm的大豆基板需要1分钟,以此类推,压制5mm的大豆基板需要用时5min,在对压制完成后,在大豆基板上洒落胶水,然后将装饰纸与三氧化二铝耐磨纸放置在大豆基板的上端,随后热压装置对大豆基板热压1min,使装饰纸与三氧化二铝耐磨纸稳固粘贴在大豆基板上。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述步骤四:将模型槽内压制好的大豆基板取出,去刺修边机对大豆基板的表面进行打磨与抛光,打磨抛光1dm2的大豆基板需要50s,以此类推,打磨抛光1m2的大豆基板需要500s。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述步骤五:利用裁剪包装一体机对打磨抛光后的大豆基板裁剪成同等大小的基板,从而方便利用防潮功能好的瓦楞纸对大豆基板进行包装。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明相对现有技术来说,取得的技术进步是:
1、本发明提供一种环氧改性大豆基板材及其制备方法,通过设计精妙,采用碳纤维透气网板层与通孔的结合,方便在使用大豆基板时,对大豆基板的内部进行通风散热,避免长时间地不通风,造成潮湿的现象,影响大豆基板内部组成的稳定。
2、本发明提供一种环氧改性大豆基板材及其制备方法,通过采用三氧化二铝耐磨层与聚氨酯防水层和防火层的组合设置,避免在搬运或使用时,造成对大豆基板表面的磕碰,影响大豆基板表面的美观,梯形支板的与三角孔的结合,不仅可以提高大豆基板的稳定性,还可以使大豆基板的通风效果较好。
3、本发明提供一种环氧改性大豆基板材及其制备方法,通过在制作时使用热压的工艺方法将装饰纸与耐磨纸粘贴在大豆基板上,避免传统使用油漆的方式造成对人体的损害。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
实施例1
如图1-图4所示,本发明提供了一种环氧改性大豆基板材及其制备方法,包括大豆中板1,大豆中板1的上端设置有碳纤维透气网层2,碳纤维透气网层2的上端设置有耐磨层3。
耐磨层3的上端设置有三氧化二铝耐磨纸层31,三氧化二铝耐磨纸层31的下端设置有防火层32,防火层内填充有无机材质,不燃烧,且在火中不爆裂、无毒气体释放,是优良的耐火材料,另外可以使大豆基板耐抗高温,具有防火的功效,防火层32的下端设置有聚氨酯防水层33,聚氨基甲酸酯是主链上含有重复氨基甲酸酯基团的大分子化合物的统称,它是由有机二异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯与二羟基或多羟基化合物加聚而成,可有效避免水流进入,起到很好的防水效果,耐磨层3的上端设置有梯形支板34,梯形支板34的右端设置有三角通孔35,采用三氧化二铝耐磨层与聚氨酯防水层和防火层的组合设置,避免在搬运或使用时,造成对大豆基板表面的磕碰,影响大豆基板表面的美观,梯形支板的与三角孔的结合,不仅可以提高大豆基板的稳定性,还可以使大豆基板的通风效果较好。
实施例2
如图2-4所示,在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种技术方案:碳纤维透气网层2的上端贯穿设置有透气通孔21,透气通孔21的右端填充有碳纤维22,采用碳纤维透气网板层与通孔的结合,方便在使用大豆基板时,对大豆基板的内部进行通风散热,避免长时间地不通风,造成潮湿的现象,影响大豆基板内部组成的稳定,造成对大豆基板的腐蚀。
下面具体说一下该环氧改性大豆基板材及其制备方法的工作原理。
如图1-4所示,大豆基板通过清洗粉碎、过滤干燥、热压、砂光修毛边、裁剪包装五个步骤来进行对大豆基板的制作,碳纤维透气网板层与通孔的结合,方便在使用大豆基板时,对大豆基板的内部进行通风散热,避免长时间地不通风,造成潮湿的现象,影响大豆基板内部组成的稳定,三氧化二铝耐磨层与聚氨酯防水层和防火层的组合设置,避免在搬运或使用时,造成对大豆基板表面的磕碰,影响大豆基板表面的美观,在制作时使用热压的工艺方法将装饰纸与耐磨纸粘贴在大豆基板上,避免传统使用油漆的方式造成对人体的损害。
一种环氧改性大豆基板材的制备方法,该环氧改性大豆基板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:清洗粉碎;
步骤二:过滤、干燥;
步骤三:环氧高分子加工热压;
步骤四:砂光修毛边;
步骤五:裁剪包装。
步骤一:首先将挑选的精品大豆放入到清洗池内进行清洗,在清洗10min-20min后,然后将清洗池内的大豆捞出通过搅拌轴对精品大豆进行搅拌粉碎。
步骤二:将粉碎后的金品大豆通过钢丝编织的不锈钢漏网进行过滤,不锈钢漏网,长期使用不会积垢、不易被细菌沾污,无需担心水质受影响,更能杜绝水的二次污染,耐高温、高压,使用范围广,不锈钢可以在-270℃-400℃的温度下长期安全工作,不锈钢漏网抗拉强度大于530N/mm,极大地降低了受外力影响漏水的可能性,使水资源得到有效地保护和利用,过滤下来的精品大豆利用热能将精品大豆中的水分进行蒸发,然后利用风机带动精品大豆周围的气流流动,从而将精品大豆周围的湿润空气中的水分带走。
步骤三:将干燥后的精品大豆放置在模型中,此时模型内部的温度加热至50°-60°,首先提高模型内的温度可以避免在热压的过程中较大的温度差造成对大豆基板内部组件的不稳定,然后在热压装置上的热压板的温度达到110°-120°时,通过热压板的下降对模型内的精品大豆进行压制,压制1mm的大豆基板需要1分钟,以此类推,压制5mm的大豆基板需要用时5min,在对压制完成后,在大豆基板上洒落胶水,然后将装饰纸与三氧化二铝耐磨纸放置在大豆基板的上端,随后热压装置对大豆基板热压1min,使装饰纸与三氧化二铝耐磨纸稳固粘贴在大豆基板上,在制作时使用热压的工艺方法将装饰纸与耐磨纸粘贴在大豆基板上,避免传统使用油漆的方式造成对人体的损害。
步骤四:将模型槽内压制好的大豆基板取出,去刺修边机对大豆基板的表面进行打磨与抛光,打磨抛光1dm2的大豆基板需要50s,以此类推,打磨抛光1m2的大豆基板需要500s,进行打磨抛光是将在热压时,基板周边会产生一些不规则的形状,增加大豆基板的美观。
步骤五:利用裁剪包装一体机对打磨抛光后的大豆基板裁剪成同等大小的基板,根据不同情况的需要,将整块的大豆基板裁剪成各种形状,从而方便利用防潮功能好的瓦楞纸对大豆基板进行包装,利用瓦楞纸对裁剪好的大豆基板进行包装,可以防止在搬运的过程中减少对大豆基板的摩擦与磕碰,避免造成对大豆基板的损害,瓦楞纸可在外部印刷不同色彩的图案及文字或写上文字符号,成本也相对便宜,忌水浸、潮湿、发霉、入水、手勾等,有时也用作手工艺材料。
上文一般性的对本发明做了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之做一些修改或改进,这对于技术领域的一般技术人员是显而易见的。因此,在不脱离本发明思想精神的修改或改进,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种环氧改性大豆基板材,包括大豆中板(1),其特征在于:所述大豆中板(1)的上端设置有碳纤维透气网层(2),所述碳纤维透气网层(2)的上端设置有耐磨层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环氧改性大豆基板材,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(3)的上端设置有三氧化二铝耐磨纸层(31),所述三氧化二铝耐磨纸层(31)的下端设置有防火层(32),所述防火层(32)的下端设置有聚氨酯防水层(33)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环氧改性大豆基板材,其特征在于:所述碳纤维透气网层(2)的上端贯穿设置有透气通孔(21),所述透气通孔(21)的右端填充有碳纤维(22)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环氧改性大豆基板材,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(3)的上端设置有梯形支板(34),所述梯形支板(34)的右端设置有三角通孔(35)。
5.一种环氧改性大豆基板材的制备方法,其特征在于:该环氧改性大豆基板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:清洗粉碎;
步骤二:过滤、干燥;
步骤三:环氧高分子加工热压;
步骤四:砂光修毛边;
步骤五:裁剪包装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环氧改性大豆基板材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一:所述首先将挑选的精品大豆放入到清洗池内进行清洗,在清洗10min-20min后,然后将清洗池内的大豆捞出通过搅拌轴对精品大豆进行搅拌粉碎。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种环氧改性大豆基板材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二:将粉碎后的金品大豆通过钢丝编织的不锈钢漏网进行过滤,过滤下来的金品大豆利用热能将精品大豆中的水分进行蒸发,然后利用风机带动精品大豆周围的气流流动,从而将精品大豆周围的湿润空气中的水分带走。
