Please refer to fig. 5, a contact position between the third rotating rod 901 and the third chain 902 is provided with a latch matching with an inner wall of the third chain 902, a contact position between the fourth rotating rod 903 and the third chain 902 is provided with a latch matching with an inner wall of the third chain 902, the fourth rotating rod 903 is fixedly connected with the driving wheel 904, an outer wall of the driving wheel 904 is provided with a latch matching with an inner wall of the fourth chain 905, an outer wall of the driven wheel 906 is provided with a latch matching with an inner wall of the fourth chain 905, the driven wheel 906 is fixedly connected with the fifth rotating rod 907, the rotating plate 908 is fixedly connected with the fifth rotating rod 907, and by providing gears and chains with different sizes, the stirring mechanism 9 can be used more easily by constructors.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 6, the number of the fifth rotating rods 907 is three, the number of the rotating plates 908 is three, the three rotating plates 908 are distributed inside the hopper 1 in a stepped manner, and the contact position between the driven wheel 906 and the hopper 1 is provided with a mechanical seal, so that the constructor can stir the concrete in different levels inside the hopper 1 through the three rotating plates 908, and the concrete is prevented from entering the hopper to damage the internal mechanical structure.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, a constructor pushes a trolley through a push rod 7, the trolley drives the trolley to move through rotation of a rotating wheel 8, the rotating wheel 8 rotates to drive a third rotating rod 901 to rotate, the third rotating rod 901 rotates to drive a third chain 902 to move, so as to drive a fourth rotating rod 903 to rotate, the fourth rotating rod 903 rotates to drive a driving wheel 904 to rotate, the driving wheel 904 rotates to drive a fourth chain 905 to move, so as to drive a driven wheel 906 to rotate, the driven wheel 906 rotates to drive a fifth rotating rod 907 to rotate, so as to drive a rotating plate 908 to rotate, three groups of rotating plates 908 are driven to rotate through transmission of the fourth chain 905, so as to stir concrete at different levels, the constructor can stir the concrete in a hopper 1 through a stirring mechanism 9 while consuming less force, and the uniform mixed concrete in the hopper 1 is ensured;
in the transportation process, due to the uneven ground of the construction site, a downhill road section and an uphill road section often occur, when the trolley is bumped, two ends of the balance plate 203 move along with the bumping, when the trolley encounters a downhill road section, the concrete inside the hopper 1 moves towards the outside of the hopper 1 due to the influence of the gradient, due to the granular solid matter contained inside the balance plate 203, the front end of the balance plate 203 moves downwards by taking the connecting block 214 as the center, so as to drive the fixture block 204 to move, the fixture block 204 moves to drive the first chain 205 to move, the first chain 205 moves to drive the first rotating rod 207 to rotate, so as to drive the second chain 208 to move, the second chain 208 moves to drive the first bevel gear 209 to rotate, so as to drive the second bevel gear 210 to rotate, the second bevel gear 210 rotates to drive the second rotating rod 211 to rotate, so as to cause the screw rod 212 to rotate, and the connecting hole drives the screw rod 604 to move upwards, the connecting sleeve 603 is driven to move upwards, the connecting sleeve 603 moves upwards to drive the first baffle 601 to move upwards, the first baffle 601 moves upwards to stop the concrete poured outwards from the hopper 1 back to the hopper, the loss of constructors to the concrete in the transportation engineering is reduced, and the difficulty of later-stage cleaning work is reduced;
when constructor transported the concrete to assigned position department through the handcart, constructor promoted the movable block 4 with the foot and moves to fixed cover 3 inside, after movable block 4 and kicking block 5 contacted mutually, movable block 4 drove kicking block 5 rebound, when movable block 4 removed when unable removal, the top of kicking block 5 was the vertical form with the bottom of balance plate 203, can empty the inside concrete of hopper through push rod 7, kicking block 5 carries on spacingly effectively to balance plate 203 and prevents when empting the concrete, elevating system 6 hinders the normal of concrete and emptys.

the power mechanism (2) comprises a base (201) connected with the hopper (1), a first limiting rod (202) is fixed at the top end of the base (201), the base (201) is installed inside the base (201), a connecting block (214) is connected to the bottom end of the balance plate (203), a clamping block (204) is fixed at one end of the balance plate (203), a first chain (205) is connected to the outer wall of the clamping block (204), a second limiting rod (206) is connected to the inner wall of the first chain (205) below the second limiting rod (206), a first rotating rod (207) is installed on the inner wall of the first chain (205) below the first limiting rod, a second chain (208) is arranged on one side, located on the first chain (205), of the outer wall of the first rotating rod (207), a first helical gear (209) is connected to one end, located on the first rotating rod (207), of the inner wall of the second chain (208), a second bevel gear (210) is installed on the outer wall of the first bevel gear (209), a second rotating rod (211) is fixed at the top end of the second bevel gear (210), a screw rod (212) is arranged at the top end of the second rotating rod (211), and a bearing (213) is connected to the outer wall of the second rotating rod (211);
the lifting mechanism (6) comprises a first baffle (601) connected with the power mechanism (2), a second baffle (602) is arranged at one end of the first baffle (601), a connecting sleeve (603) is fixedly connected to the top end of the first baffle (601), a connecting hole (604) is mounted at the top end of the connecting sleeve (603), and a limiting hole (605) is fixed to the top end of the first baffle (601);
stirring mechanism (9) are including third dwang (901) that link to each other with swiveling wheel (8), the outer wall of third dwang (901) is connected with third chain (902), the upper that the inner wall of third chain (902) is located third dwang (901) is fixed with fourth dwang (903), one side that the inner wall of third chain (902) is located fourth dwang (903) is provided with action wheel (904), fourth chain (905) are installed to the outer wall of action wheel (904), the one end that the inner wall of fourth chain (905) is located action wheel (904) is fixed with from driving wheel (906), the inner wall of following driving wheel (906) is fixed with fifth dwang (907), the one side that the outer wall of fifth dwang (907) is located from driving wheel (906) is connected with rotor plate (908).
