A civil engineering material mixing arrangement as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the device is characterized in that a movable shaft (2) on one side of the top of a device body (1), a movable cover plate (3) on the outer wall of the movable shaft (2), a fixed cover plate (4) on the other side of the top end of the device body (1), a fixed limiting groove (5) on the back of one side of the top of the fixed cover plate (4), a movable groove (6) on the back of the other side of the top of the fixed cover plate (4), a magnetic limiting block (7) inside the movable groove (6) and a handle (8) in front of the movable groove (6) jointly form a dustproof sealing mechanism.

A civil engineering material mixing arrangement as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the feeding column (9) at the middle part of the top of the fixed cover plate (4), the movable cover (10) at the top of the feeding column (9), the connecting rod (11) at the middle part of the bottom of the movable cover (11), the dredging plate (12) at the bottom of the connecting rod (11), the snap-in plate (13) at the other side of the middle part of the feeding column (9), the limiting ring (14) inside the snap-in plate (13), the movable shaft (15) inside the limiting ring (14), and the blanking baffle (16) at the bottom of the movable shaft (15) jointly form an auxiliary blanking mechanism.

A civil engineering material mixing arrangement as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the device comprises a water storage tank (17) on the other side of the top of a device main body (1), a surplus observation window (18) on the front side of the water storage tank (17), a liquid inlet end (19) on the top of the water storage tank (17), a liquid outlet end (20) at the bottom of the water storage tank (17), and a surplus liquid stop valve (21) inside the liquid outlet end (20) which jointly form a controllable temporary water adding mechanism.
