Referring to fig. 5, the internal rotation wheel set and the driving device 13 thereof include an internal gear guide rail 36, and an internal circumferential driving device, an internal radial driving device and an internal rotation wheel set mounted thereon;
referring to fig. 5, the inner circumferential driving device includes a first inner sliding table 38a, a second inner sliding table 38b, and a third inner sliding table 38c, a fifth servo motor 37a, a fifth servo motor 37b, and a fifth servo motor 37c are mounted on the first inner sliding table 38a, the second inner sliding table 38b, and the third inner sliding table 38c, a main shaft of the fifth servo motor 37a, the fifth servo motor 37b, and the fifth servo motor 37c are connected with an internal gear 43, and the internal gear 43 is engaged with the internal gear guide rail 36; the first fifth servo motor 37a, the second fifth servo motor 37b and the third fifth servo motor 37c rotate to drive the internal gear 43 to rotate, the internal gear 43 is meshed with the internal gear guide rail 36 to move circumferentially, and then the first internal rotating wheel set 12, the second internal rotating wheel set 10 and the third internal rotating wheel set 8 on the first internal sliding table 38a, the second internal sliding table 38b and the third internal sliding table 38c are driven to move circumferentially.
Referring to fig. 5, the inner radial driving device includes a first sixth servo motor 40a, a second sixth servo motor 40b, and a third sixth servo motor 40c, the first sixth servo motor 40a, the second sixth servo motor 40b, the third sixth servo motor 40c, a fourth ball screw module 39a, a fifth ball screw module 39b, and a lead screw on the sixth ball screw module 39c are connected, and the first sixth servo motor 40a, the second sixth servo motor 40b, and the third sixth servo motor 40c rotate to drive the fourth ball screw module 39a, the fifth ball screw module 39b, and the sixth ball screw module 39c to move radially, so as to realize radial movement of the first inner rotary wheel set 12, the second inner rotary wheel set 10, and the third inner rotary wheel set 8, that is, to realize thin-wall rectangular cylinder corrugation forming.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the first external rotation wheel set 7, the second external rotation wheel set 9, and the third external rotation wheel set 11 have 4 external rotation wheels, while the first internal rotation wheel set 8, the second internal rotation wheel set 10, and the third internal rotation wheel set 12 have 3 internal rotation wheels, and the number of the rotation wheels mainly depends on the finally formed corrugated shape and number; meanwhile, two external rotating wheels two 11-9 at the outer ends of the first external rotating wheel group 7, the second external rotating wheel group 9 and the third external rotating wheel group 11 also play a certain supporting role in the radial direction of the thin-wall rectangular cylinder during molding, so that the molding precision can be improved; when the shape and the quantity of the processed corrugations are changed, the rotating wheel set can be adjusted to adapt to different processing requirements.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the integrated distribution box 6 provides electric energy for the first servo motors 4-9 and the electric cylinders in the lower support 2 and the upper support 3.

step two: referring to fig. 2 and 11, the first radial telescopic mechanism 17, the second radial telescopic mechanism 18 and the third radial telescopic mechanism 19 drive the first upper electric cylinder group 23, the second upper electric cylinder group 24 and the third upper electric cylinder group 25 to extend radially outwards, and then the vertical moving device 4 drives the first upper electric cylinder group 23, the second upper electric cylinder group 24 and the third upper electric cylinder group 25 to descend to a specified height; the first upper electric cylinder group 23, the second upper electric cylinder group 24 and the third upper electric cylinder group 25 do stretching movement and are matched with the first lower electric cylinder group 26, the second lower electric cylinder group 27 and the third lower electric cylinder group 28 to realize the compaction of the thin-wall rectangular cylinder blank 44;

step four: due to the radial pressing of the rotary wheel group in the first pass, the materials at the upper end and the lower end of the thin-wall rectangular cylinder blank 44 flow towards the middle, and the two ends are separated from the clamping of the electric cylinder group instantly; the sensor is arranged in the electric cylinder, the sensor quickly responds according to the deformation of the thin-wall rectangular cylinder blank 44, and the thin-wall rectangular cylinder blank 44 is continuously pressed under constant pressure; axial deformation generated by subsequent spinning is compensated by the displacement of the electric cylinder, and meanwhile, the electric cylinder keeps constant pressure;
step five, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 11, the first external rotation wheel set 11 and the first internal rotation wheel set 12 in the first pass are driven by a first second servo motor 32a and a first fifth servo motor 37a to respectively move circumferentially along the external gear guide rail 31 and the internal gear guide rail 36, so as to realize circumferential continuous forming of the first pass of ripple; at this time, the second and third external rotation wheel sets 7, the third internal rotation wheel set 8, the second external rotation wheel set 9 and the second internal rotation wheel set 10 also perform circumferential motion around the external gear guide rail 31 and the internal gear guide rail 36, but do not perform radial press-in motion;

step seven: the movement of the third secondary rotating wheel set is the same as the sixth step, and the circumferential continuous forming of the third secondary corrugation is realized on the basis of the second corrugation forming; similarly, the radial indentation amount of the third secondary corrugation reaches the maximum, and the radial indentation amount is the wave height of the finally formed corrugation; meanwhile, the shape of the third secondary rotating wheel is consistent with the shape of the formed corrugation;
step eight: after the first primary rotating wheel set moves circumferentially for a circle and reaches the initial machining position, the ball screw module drives the first primary rotating wheel set to be withdrawn radially; meanwhile, the fourth servo motor 11-12 and the seventh servo motor 12-12 do not drive the first-pass rotary wheel set to perform rotary motion any more, but the first-pass rotary wheel set still performs circumferential motion along the gear guide rail for the purpose that the subsequent two-pass machining can be continued;
step nine: after the second-pass rotating wheel set moves circumferentially for a circle to reach the initial machining position, the movement is the same as the eighth step;
step ten: after the third secondary rotating wheel set moves circumferentially for one circle and reaches the initial machining position, the original moving state is still kept, and the third secondary rotating wheel set continuously moves circumferentially for 1-3 circles around the rectangular corrugated pipe, so that the corrugated machining quality is guaranteed; after the third secondary rotating wheel set finishes the last circumferential movement and reaches the initial processing position, the movement is the same as the step eight;

the internal rotation wheel set and the driving device (13) thereof comprise an internal gear guide rail (36) and an internal circumferential driving device, an internal radial driving device and an internal rotation wheel set which are arranged on the internal gear guide rail;
the inner circumferential driving device comprises a plurality of inner sliding tables, each inner sliding table is provided with a fifth servo motor, a main shaft of each fifth servo motor is connected with an inner gear (43), and the inner gear (43) is meshed with an inner gear guide rail (36); the fifth servo motor rotates to drive the inner gear (43) to rotate, the inner gear (43) is meshed with the inner gear guide rail (36) to move circumferentially, and then the inner sliding table and the inner rotating wheel set on the inner sliding table are driven to move circumferentially;
the inner radial driving device comprises a plurality of sixth servo motors, each sixth servo motor is connected with a lead screw on one ball screw module, and the sixth servo motors rotate to drive the ball screw modules to move radially, so that the radial movement of the inner rotating wheel group is realized, and the corrugation forming of the thin-wall rectangular cylinder is realized.
