Referring to fig. 8, the connecting rings 222 are arranged along the axis of the block body, the connecting rings 222 are all sleeved on the outer wall of the block body, and the connecting rings 222 are fixedly connected with two ends of each U-shaped rod 221 by using a bolt locking or welding mode; each connecting ring 222 comprises a plurality of arc-shaped rods 223, and two ends of each arc-shaped rod 223 are respectively connected with two adjacent U-shaped rods 221. When the reinforcing cage 22 is installed in the tub 1, the outer wall of at least one of the connection rings 222 abuts against the outer wall of each of the rollers 142.
Referring to fig. 8, the screen cylinder 23 includes a plurality of arc plates 231, a bottom plate 234 attached to the bottom surface of the basket body is disposed at the lower end of each arc plate 231, a plurality of through holes 233 are disposed on each arc plate 231, each arc plate 231 is attached to the inner wall of the basket body, a protruding portion 232 is disposed on the outer surface of each arc plate 231, two side edges of each protruding portion 232 are attached to the side surface of the U-shaped rod 221, and the arc plates 231 can be quickly positioned and clamped in the basket body by the cooperation between the protruding portions 232 and the U-shaped rod 221, so that the quick installation of the mutual plates is realized; wherein, the upper end of each arc 231 all is provided with turn-ups portion 235, and when arc 231 was installed in the basket body, the lower surface of turn-ups portion 235 and the up end butt of basket body, and outside the basket body was stretched out to one side that arc 231 was kept away from to turn-ups portion 235.
When the filter bag 3 is installed in the screen drum 23, the upper end opening of the filter bag 3 is flanged outwards and wraps the flanging part 235, then the cover 4 is covered, at the moment, the edge of the inner cover 42 can be attached to the upper surface of the flanging part 235, and therefore the inner cover 42 and the flanging part 235 can be matched with each other to achieve the effect of clamping the filter bag 3.
The implementation principle of the filtering centrifuge of the embodiment of the application is as follows:
when needs carry out centrifugal work, utilize cooperation control staving 1 between three-way valve 46 and the pump machine to switch on with the former feed bin who has stored the raw materials, thereby make the raw materials in the former feed bin can fall automatically and cross the filter bag 3 in, when the raw materials sprays on crossing filter bag 3 inner wall through reposition of redundant personnel joint 44, solid-liquid separation can take place for centrifugal force for the raw materials, and simultaneously, the raw materials can be in the effect of gravity downflow down, thereby make the raw materials can be slow be covered with whole filter bag 3, avoid crossing filter bag 3 and go up the local too much raw materials that adhere to, ensure centrifugal effect.
After the centrifugation is finished, compressed air is blown into the barrel body 1 by using a pump arranged on the water discharge pipe 13, and meanwhile, the filter bag 3 is vacuumized by using the pump arranged on the three-way valve 46, so that the part of the filter bag 3 extending into the through hole 233 can be retracted, and a worker can conveniently and directly lift the filter bag 3; among them, it should be noted that, because the raw material will slowly spread over the whole filter bag 3 during the centrifugation process, the tiny holes existing on the filter bag 3 can be sealed, and the sealing effect between the filter bag 3 and the inner cover 42 is ensured.
During the centrifugation process, the three-way valve 46 can be controlled to conduct an external water source, and the external water source is used for providing clean water to submerge the raw materials, so that the rinsing effect is achieved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a using method for the filtering type centrifuge, which comprises the following steps:
s1, communicating the raw material with the interior of the barrel body 1 by using the three-way valve 46, so that the raw material can be conveyed into the centrifugal drum 2 in a pumping mode;
s2, controlling the centrifugal drum 2 to start to rotate at a high speed in the process of conveying the raw materials into the centrifugal drum 2, and carrying out centrifugal treatment on the raw materials;
s3, after the raw material centrifugal treatment is finished, controlling the three-way valve 46 to cut off, and pumping compressed air from the water discharge port to the barrel body 1 by using the external pump 16;
and S4, opening the cover body, taking out the filter bag 3, and directly replacing the filter bag 3 with a new one.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (9)
1. A filtering centrifuge, comprising:
the barrel body (1), the upper end opening of the barrel body (1) is arranged, and a barrel cover (4) is arranged on the upper end opening of the barrel body (1);
the centrifugal drum (2) is arranged in the barrel body (1) in a highly rotatable manner, an opening is formed in the upper end of the centrifugal drum (2), and a plurality of through holes (233) are formed in the side wall of the centrifugal drum (2);
and the filter bag (3) is placed in the centrifugal rotary drum (2), an opening at the upper end of the filter bag (3) is arranged, and the edge at the upper end of the filter bag (3) is detachably connected with the opening at the upper end of the centrifugal rotary drum (2).
2. The filtering centrifuge according to claim 1, characterized in that the tub (1) comprises:
the device comprises a body (11), wherein an opening is formed in the upper end of the body (11), and the middle of the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the body (11) is arranged in an upward arch manner;
the supporting legs (12), the supporting legs (12) are provided with a plurality of pieces, each supporting leg (12) is arranged on the outer wall of the body (11), and the supporting legs (12) are circumferentially arranged around the axis of the body (11);
and the drain pipe (13), the drain pipe (13) is arranged at the bottom edge of the body (11), and one end of the drain pipe (13) is communicated with the inside of the body (11).
3. The filtering centrifuge of claim 1, wherein the bowl further comprises:
the supporting frames (141), a plurality of pieces are circumferentially arranged around the axis of the barrel body (1) of the supporting frames (141), each supporting frame (141) is arranged at the upper end of the barrel body, and each supporting frame (141) is arranged on the inner wall of the barrel body;
the roller (142) is provided with a plurality of pieces, each roller (142) is rotatably connected with one end of each supporting frame (141) far away from the inner wall of the barrel body (1), and the axis of each roller (142) is vertically arranged;
wherein, the outer wall of the rotary drum body (11) is in rolling connection with the outer wall of each roller (142).
4. The filtering centrifuge according to claim 1, wherein the lid (4) comprises:
the edge of the outer cover (41) is detachably connected with the upper end opening of the barrel body (1);
and the lower end of the communicating pipe (43) penetrates through the outer cover (41) and extends into the centrifugal drum (2), the upper end of the communicating pipe (43) is communicated with a three-way valve (46) through a hose (45), and two interfaces of the three-way valve (46) far away from the communicating pipe (43) are respectively communicated with the raw materials and an external water source.
5. The filtering centrifuge according to claim 4, wherein the lid (4) further comprises:
the inner cover (42) is arranged below the outer cover (41), the inner cover (42) is connected with the outer wall of the communication pipe (43) in a sealing mode, and the inner cover (42) is rotatably connected with the outer wall of the communication pipe (43);
wherein, the edge of the inner cover (42) is arranged at the opening of the upper end of the centrifugal rotary drum (2).
6. The filtering centrifuge according to claim 4, wherein the lid (4) further comprises:
the cross section of the cover body (441) is arranged in a circular truncated cone shape, the opening area of the upper end of the cover body (441) is smaller than that of the lower end, and the upper end of the cover body (441) is connected with the lower end of the communication pipe (43);
the cross section of the flow distribution plate (442) is arranged in a conical shape, and the flow distribution plate (442) is arranged in the cover body (441);
the connecting rods (443) are arranged, one end of each connecting rod (443) is connected with the top of the flow dividing plate (442), and the other end of each connecting rod (443) is connected with the inner wall of the communicating pipe (43);
the inner wall of the cover body (441) and the outer surface of the flow distribution plate (442) are directly encircled to form a flow distribution channel (444) with the cross section in the shape of the Chinese character 'ba'.
7. A filtering centrifuge according to claim 1, wherein the centrifuge drum (2) comprises:
the outer wall of the upper end of the reinforcing framework (22) is rotatably connected with each roller (142);
the upper end of the screen drum (23) is provided with an opening, the outer wall of the screen drum (23) is fixedly connected with the reinforcing framework (22), and each through hole (233) is formed in the screen drum (23);
and the driving device (21) is arranged at the lower end of the barrel body (1), and the output end of the driving device (21) penetrates through the barrel body (1) and is connected with the bottom of the reinforcing framework (22).

s2, controlling the centrifugal drum (2) to start to rotate at a high speed in the process of conveying the raw material into the centrifugal drum (2), and centrifuging the raw material;
s3, after the raw material centrifugal treatment is finished, controlling the three-way valve (46) to cut off, and pumping compressed air from the water discharge port to the barrel body (1) by using the external pump (16);
and S4, opening the cover body, taking out the filter bag (3), and directly replacing the filter bag (3) with a new one.
