Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In many game scenarios, containers are typically provided to hold items to which the user belongs, such as backpacks, safes, equipment areas, warehouses, and the like. Depending on the game requirements, the user may need to transfer the virtual items between multiple containers, for example, from a warehouse to a backpack, from a backpack to an equipment area, and so forth.
In the related technology, different games have different virtual article transfer modes, in one game, a secondary interface can be displayed by clicking an icon of a virtual article, and equipment or an embedded control is clicked in the secondary interface, so that the transfer of the virtual article from a backpack to an equipment area is realized; in the method, the transfer of each virtual article needs two times of clicking operation, and when a plurality of virtual articles need to be transferred or the virtual articles need to be frequently transferred, the clicking operation is complicated; the secondary interface is frequently displayed, so that the user is easy to interrupt the flow of sorting the backpack; in addition, when the virtual article can be transferred to a plurality of areas, a transfer button needs to be displayed on the secondary interface for each area, and more interface areas are occupied. The method has certain limitation, and can only be suitable for scenes that virtual articles are not frequently sorted in the container and the virtual articles are transferred only in two areas.
In another game, a display area with multiple containers is usually displayed in the interface, and a user can remove a virtual item from an original container, drag the virtual item to the display area of a target container, release the virtual item, and transfer the virtual item to the target container. If the display areas of the two containers are far away from each other, the user is required to drag the virtual object for a long distance to reach the target container, which is easy to cause poor convenience in operation of the user. Especially for the hand game, the operation comfort area of the fingers is limited, the distance of the display area between the containers easily exceeds the operation comfort area of the fingers, for example, when the virtual object is controlled to move from the edge of the interface to the middle of the interface, the user firstly needs to slide from outside to inside, the comfort area is very limited, the object is difficult to drag for a long distance, the transfer operation of the virtual object is difficult, and the operation efficiency and the game experience of the user are reduced.
Based on the above problems, the operation control method, the operation control device and the electronic device for the virtual article according to the embodiments of the present invention need to place the virtual article in a virtual scene or a game scene, and perform position transfer and management among multiple areas.
The operation control method of the virtual article in one embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed on a terminal device or a server. The terminal device may be a local terminal device. When the operation control method of the virtual article runs on the server, the method can be implemented and executed based on a cloud interaction system, wherein the cloud interaction system comprises the server and the client device.
In an optional embodiment, various cloud applications may be run under the cloud interaction system, for example: and (5) cloud games. Taking a cloud game as an example, a cloud game refers to a game mode based on cloud computing. In the cloud game operation mode, the game program operation main body and the game picture presentation main body are separated, the storage and the operation of the virtual article operation control method are completed on the cloud game server, and the client device is used for receiving and sending data and presenting the game picture, for example, the client device can be a display device with a data transmission function close to a user side, such as a mobile terminal, a television, a computer, a palm computer and the like; however, the terminal device performing the information processing is a cloud game server in the cloud. When a game is played, a player operates the client device to send an operation instruction to the cloud game server, the cloud game server runs the game according to the operation instruction, data such as game pictures and the like are encoded and compressed, the data are returned to the client device through a network, and finally the data are decoded through the client device and the game pictures are output.
In an alternative embodiment, the terminal device may be a local terminal device. Taking a game as an example, the local terminal device stores a game program and is used for presenting a game screen. The local terminal device is used for interacting with the player through a graphical user interface, namely, a game program is downloaded and installed and operated through an electronic device conventionally. The manner in which the local terminal device provides the graphical user interface to the player may include a variety of ways, for example, it may be rendered for display on a display screen of the terminal or provided to the player through holographic projection. For example, the local terminal device may include a display screen for presenting a graphical user interface including a game screen and a processor for running the game, generating the graphical user interface, and controlling display of the graphical user interface on the display screen.
In a possible implementation manner, an embodiment of the present invention provides an operation control method for a virtual article, where a graphical user interface is provided through a terminal device, where the terminal device may be the aforementioned local terminal device, and may also be the aforementioned client device in a cloud interaction system. Providing a graphical user interface through the terminal equipment, wherein the graphical user interface comprises a first display area of a first storage container and a second display area of a second storage container; the first storage container and the second storage container comprise a plurality of article placement positions; the container display area displays the placement positions of parts of articles in the article storage container; the first storage container is provided with a virtual article, and the virtual article can be placed at an article placement position in the first display area.
The first storage container and the second storage container can be a virtual warehouse, a virtual backpack, a virtual safe, a virtual equipment area and the like arranged in a game scene; when a user performs an opening operation for one of the storage containers, displaying a first container display area and a second container display area in the graphical user interface; if the capacity of the storage container is large, the storage container comprises a large number of article placing positions, the virtual articles placed in the first storage container are specifically placed at different article placing positions, and the virtual article placing positions can be article grids or other forms; the plurality of virtual article placement positions may be arranged in sequence or in a list. Each item placement location may be used to place one or more virtual items, such as virtual weapons, virtual drugs, virtual equipment, and the like. The display area may display all the article placement positions, or may display only a part of the article placement positions. The user may view the virtual item in the other item placement location through a page turn or a pull down operation.
Referring to fig. 1, the operation control method of the virtual article includes the following steps:
step S102, responding to the movement control operation aiming at the virtual article, and controlling the movement of the virtual article;
the first storage container may be a virtual warehouse, a virtual safe, a virtual backpack, and a virtual equipment area, and the second storage container may also be a virtual warehouse, a virtual safe, a virtual backpack, and a virtual equipment area, where the first storage container and the second storage container are generally different. The graphical user interface can display a first container display area and a second container display area, and can also display a plurality of container display areas; for example, a backpack display area and a warehouse display area are displayed at the same time, or a safe display area, a backpack display area, a warehouse display area and an equipment area are displayed at the same time, and the like.
The movement control operation for the virtual object may be specifically a dragging operation or a touch sliding operation applied to the virtual object, and generally, the virtual object needs to be clicked first, and the finger or the mouse is moved in a clicked state, where the virtual object changes in position along with the movement of the finger or the mouse. For example, in the initial state, the virtual item is located at the item placement position 1 in the backpack display area, the user can select the virtual item from the item placement position 1, and the virtual item is dragged out from the item placement position 1 in the selected state, at this time, the virtual item moves along with the dragging operation of the user, so that the virtual item is controlled to move in the graphical user interface.
Step S104, displaying an associated display area of the second storage container at a designated position relative to the first display area; wherein the associated display area is to: providing an operating area for placing the virtual item in the second storage container;
as can be seen from the foregoing, the second display area of the second storage container is displayed in the graphical user interface, but the container display area of each container usually occupies a certain area, so if the virtual article is moved from the first storage container to the second storage container, the user is required to control the virtual article to move for a longer distance, which results in inconvenient operation of moving the article.
In this embodiment, in order to make the time and distance for the user to control the movement of the virtual object shorter, the associated display area is usually displayed at a designated position of the first display area, and the designated position may be located inside the first display area, may be located at a position partially overlapping the first display area, or may be located in an outer area near the first display area; in most cases, the designated position is located in the vicinity of the first display region, and the designated position is at a distance from the first display region that is at least shorter than the distance from the second display region to the first display region. For example, the edge position of the virtual article area in the first display area, the position in the first display area closest to the virtual article and without the control, the outer edge position of the edge frame of the first display area, the position in the outer edge area of the edge frame of the first display area closest to the virtual article, or the positions of other designated controls in the outer edge area of the edge frame of the first display area, etc. In short, the position of the associated display area is closer to the position where the virtual article is originally placed, so that the user can smoothly and comfortably control the virtual article to move to the associated display area.
The associated display area of the second storage container may be one or more. The associated display area of the second storage container may be a text or icon, and the text or icon may be provided to prompt the user, so that the user may correspond the associated display area to the second storage area through the identifier in the area, for example, a "backpack" text or an icon pattern of a backpack may be displayed in the associated display area of the backpack, so as to guide the user to move the virtual item to the associated display area, thereby implementing the associated operation area of the container display area. The associated display area is used for providing an operation area for placing the virtual article in the second storage container, specifically, the associated display area is displayed while controlling the movement of the virtual article in response to the movement control operation for the virtual article, and when the user continues to control the movement of the virtual article to the associated display area, the second display area of the associated second storage container displays a screen with the same action as that of actually moving the virtual article to the second storage container. In this way, the virtual item can be moved to the associated display area, which corresponds to moving the virtual item to the second display area.
It should be noted that, if the graphical user interface further includes display areas of other storage containers, when the virtual item is moved, associated display areas of the other storage containers may also be displayed, where the associated display areas may also be at designated positions relative to the first display area, so as to provide the user with a variety of area selections.
And step S106, responding to the movement control ending operation on the associated display area aiming at the virtual article, and placing the virtual article in the second storage container.
The virtual article is in a clicked or selected state and is dragged at the same time in the moving process; the above operation of ending the movement control of the virtual object may specifically be that when the virtual object is selected and moved by a finger or a mouse of a user, the finger is separated or the mouse is bounced, which may be understood as a click release operation or a drag release operation. When the movement control end operation for the virtual article is monitored, the movement of the virtual article is stopped in response to the operation. In addition, if the movement control for the virtual item on the associated display area is ended, the movement of the virtual item is first stopped while the virtual item is placed in the second storage container. In addition, an icon of a virtual article is displayed at the article placement position in the second display area, and the article amount in the second storage container is updated.
The operation control method of the virtual article responds to the movement control operation aiming at the virtual article, and controls the movement of the virtual article; displaying an associated display area of a second storage container; wherein the associated display area is at a specified position relative to the first display area, the associated display area being for: providing an operating area for placing the virtual item in the second storage container; in response to the move control ending operation on the associated display area for the virtual item, the virtual item is placed in the second storage container. In the mode, when the virtual article moves, the associated display area of the second storage container is displayed at the designated position relative to the first display area, the user can move the virtual article to the associated display area only by controlling the virtual article to move for a short distance, and then the virtual article is placed in the second storage container.
A specific application scenario of the present embodiment is described below. The virtual article is placed in a first position in a first storage container in advance; the virtual item is controlled to move out of the first position in response to a movement control operation for the virtual item. The first position refers to a position in the first display area where the virtual object is placed, and the position can be in a display form of a square. When a partial area of the virtual article leaves the first position, or the whole area of the virtual article leaves the first position, the virtual article is removed from the first position. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the display area of the virtual warehouse in the figure is the second display area, the virtual article is placed in the first position of the display area in advance, that is, the square 1 in the figure, the virtual article is moved out of the square 1, and when all the areas of the virtual article leave the area of the square 1, the associated display area of the second storage container is displayed at the specified position. The present embodiment is not limited to the display position of the associated display area shown in the figure, and may be displayed in other positions of the graphical user interface.
The scene defines a display timing of an associated display area, and when the user controls the virtual article to move out of the first position, the associated display area is displayed. And the feedback is immediately made on the operation of moving the article, so that the understanding and the operation of the user are facilitated.
In a specific embodiment, in order to make the user try to complete the moving operation of the article in the operation comfort zone, specific positions of the associated display areas are described below; the distance between the associated display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the second display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface; and/or the distance between the associated display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the first display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface.
It is to be understood that the above two conditions for associating the display position of the display area are set, where condition 1 is: the distance between the associated display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the second display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface; the condition 2 is: the distance between the associated display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the first display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface. The display position of the associated display area may satisfy both of the condition 1 and the condition 2, or may satisfy only one of the condition 1 and the condition 2.
The above condition 1 may be understood that the associated display area is closer to the edge position of the interface than the second display area; especially, when the second display area is located in the middle area of the interface, the associated display area is arranged at the edge of the interface, and a user does not need to control the article to slide towards the middle area of the interface, so that the article can be transferred by the user in a finger operation comfortable area or near the finger operation comfortable area, and the operation is more comfortable. Condition 2 may be understood as the associated display area being closer to an edge position of the interface than the first display area. At this moment, when the user controls the virtual article to move from the display area associated with the first display area, the moving direction slides to the edge of the interface, the operation direction is more in line with the operation habit of the user, and the operation is more convenient.
The first display area and the second display area are generally located in a middle region of the graphical user interface or in a region near one side of the graphical user interface. Typically, the first display area and the second display area are located in the right region of the graphical user interface. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a graphical user interface in a game, which includes a display area of a virtual warehouse (corresponding to the first display area) and a display area of a virtual backpack (corresponding to the second display area).
The graphical user interface edge position can be a left edge position, a right edge position, an upper edge position or a lower edge position of the graphical user interface; in a specific implementation manner, if the user uses a right finger to control the movement of the virtual object in the graphical user interface, in order to make the operation of the user more comfortable and more in line with the operation habit of the user, the associated display area may be displayed at a position corresponding to the right area of the first display area; the distance between the associated display area of the position and the edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the second display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface; and the distance between the associated display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the first display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface. Of course, it may also be that only the distance between the associated display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the second display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface; or the distance between the associated display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the first display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface.
Continuing to refer to fig. 2, specifically describing the position of the associated display area, the associated display area in fig. 2 is located at the right edge position of the first display area, and is located at the right edge position of the graphical user interface; the second display area is located at the middle position of the graphical user interface; according to the associated display area of the virtual backpack shown in fig. 2, the distance between the associated display area and the right edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the second display area and the right edge position of the graphical user interface; and meanwhile, the distance between the associated display area and the right edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the first display area and the right edge position of the graphical user interface.
In addition, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the associated display area is located at a designated position in the first display area, for example, the associated display area position in fig. 3 floats above other virtual articles or tiles in the first display area, and at this time, the distance between the associated display area and the right edge position of the graphical user interface is smaller than the distance between the second display area and the right edge position of the graphical user interface.
In the above mode, the distance between the associated display area and the edge position of the graphical user interface is limited, the associated display area can be located at a more reasonable position, the user controls the virtual article to move towards the associated display area, the moving distance is shorter compared with the moving distance of the virtual article towards the second display area, the moving mode is more in line with the operation habit of the user for moving outwards, the user can carry out the transfer operation of the virtual article at high frequency, and the operation efficiency and the game experience of the user are improved.
In a possible implementation manner, a first control is displayed in advance at a second position where the associated display area is located; in order to make the display position of the associated display area more reasonable, the available area in the graphical user interface can be fully utilized, and the virtual article is controlled to move by responding to the movement control operation aiming at the virtual article; canceling the display of the first control at the second position, and displaying an associated display area of the second storage container at the second position; or, overlaying the first control at the second location, displaying the associated display area of the second storage container.
The second position may be a right edge region of the first display region, or may be another region having a control, for example, an upper region of the first display region, an inner region of the first display region, or the like. Generally, before the associated display area is displayed, the first control displayed in the area where the second position is located is generally a useless control in the process of moving the virtual article, for example, various controls of a quick operation bar and an article classification bar located in the right edge area of the first display area; in addition, the first control may be one or more controls included in the quick action bar and the item classification bar. As shown in (a) of fig. 4, the graphical user interface before displaying the associated display area, the area where the second location is located includes a plurality of controls, such as control 1, control 2, control 3, and control 4 in (a) of fig. 4. As shown in (b) of fig. 4, when the virtual item in the first display area is controlled to move, the first control is not displayed in the second position, the associated display area of the backpack container is displayed in the second position, or the first control is not displayed in the second position, and the first control may be directly overlaid on the second position to display the associated display area of the backpack container, and the display icon of the associated display area may be the same as the icon of the virtual backpack, for example, the associated display area in (b) of fig. 4 is an icon of a bag style to indicate that the associated display area is the associated display area of the virtual backpack. As shown in (c) of fig. 4, if the safe area is also included in the graphical user interface, when controlling the movement of the virtual item in the first display area, the first control is not displayed in the second position, the associated display area of the backpack container and the associated display area of the safe area may be simultaneously displayed in the second position, or the first control is not displayed but directly overlaid on the second position, and the associated display area of the backpack container and the associated display area of the safe area are simultaneously displayed; likewise, the icon of the associated display area of the safe area may be a safe style icon.
It should be noted that, in the case that the operation is convenient and the second position for displaying the associated display area in the graphical user interface is sufficient, the number of the associated display areas of the same storage container may be multiple, and the displayed position may be multiple different positions. In addition, if the container display areas of a plurality of storage containers are displayed in the graphical user interface, when the virtual article is controlled to move, the associated display areas of a plurality of different storage containers may be displayed, the associated display area of each storage container may be a plurality of, and the displayed position may be a plurality of different positions.
In the above manner, when the virtual article is controlled to move, the first control is useless, the display is cancelled, the first control is covered or the first control is hidden, so that the understanding and the operation of the user are not influenced, and under the condition that the useful content and the information in the graphical user interface are more, the manner does not occupy excessive interface space. In addition, as long as the user controls the virtual object to move, the first control can be automatically hidden by the graphical user interface, the hidden dynamic effect and the dynamic effect of the display related to the display area can be displayed, the attention of the user to the area can be attracted, and the learning cost is reduced.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the virtual article from being affected by the first control in the moving process, the display of the first control is cancelled or the first control is covered, and the function corresponding to the first control cannot be triggered in the moving process of the virtual article. The first control can be locked, and a response for triggering the function corresponding to the first control cannot occur in the process of controlling the virtual article to move by a user; the mode can not be influenced by other factors in the moving process of the virtual article, and the stability of the moving operation control of the virtual article is improved.
The manner in which the associated display area is canceled from being displayed after the associated display area is displayed is described further below. In response to the operation of ending the movement control on the associated display area aiming at the virtual article, canceling the display of the associated display area at the second position, and displaying the first control at the second position; or, in response to the operation of controlling the end of the movement of the virtual article on the associated display area, covering the associated display area at the second position, and displaying the first control. The movement control ending operation may specifically be that when a finger or a mouse of a user selects a virtual article and moves, the finger leaves or the mouse pops up, when the movement control ending operation for the virtual article is monitored, in response to the operation, the movement of the virtual article is stopped first, the display of the associated display area is cancelled at the second position, and the first control is displayed at the second position, so as to return to the original interface.
In addition, after the virtual article is moved to be in contact with the associated display area, the associated display area can prompt the user that the associated display area is triggered through display modes such as color changing and highlighting, and meanwhile can prompt the user to place the moved virtual article in the associated display area.
When the control of the movement of the virtual item on the associated display area is finished, if the virtual item can be placed in the associated display area and the virtual item is also placed in the second storage container, the capacity of the second storage container is updated after the virtual item is placed in the second storage container, that is, the total amount of the item amount of the virtual item added to the item amount of the virtual item in the second storage container before the virtual item is placed in the second storage container is updated to the current item amount in the second storage container. If the second storage container refuses to place the virtual article in the associated display area, only the associated display area is canceled to be displayed at the second position, the first control is displayed at the second position, and the article quantity in the second storage container is not updated.
In the above manner, when the movement control of the virtual article on the associated display area is finished, the associated display area displayed on the second position is cancelled in real time, the first control is restored to be displayed on the second position, the display is updated and displayed in real time according to the movement control operation of the virtual article, the display content can be changed in real time according to the user operation, when the movement operation is finished, the original interface is restored, the occupied space and time of the interface are short, and the use efficiency of each area in the graphical user interface is improved under the condition that other operation controls are not influenced.
In a possible implementation manner, in order to further make the transfer operation of the user quick and convenient, the virtual article is placed in a first position in the first storage container in advance; displaying the associated display area in a designated area relative to the first location; and the display priority of the associated display area is higher than that of the object or control pre-displayed in the designated area.
The specified area with respect to the first position may be a nearby area other than the first position, for example, a right area of the first position; the first position generally has an overlapping portion with the first display area; the object or control pre-displayed in the designated area may be a virtual article of the first storage container, may also be an article placement position of the first storage container, in which no virtual article is placed, may also be other controls in the game, and the like. Or the designated area displays a blank area without any object or control, or a common picture in advance. When an object or a control is displayed in the designated area in advance, and the virtual article is controlled to move, the associated display area is preferentially displayed in the designated area relative to the first position; the associated display area can be displayed above the object or the control in a floating manner, the object or the control is displayed in a covering manner, and meanwhile, when the associated display area is displayed, the object or the control in the designated area cannot be triggered, so that the user operation is not influenced.
As shown in FIG. 5, after the virtual item is controlled to move out of the first position, the associated display area is displayed in the right area of the first position, including the associated display area of the virtual backpack and the associated display area of the virtual safe. Wherein the virtual item pre-displayed in the area to the right of the first position is covered by the currently displayed associated display area. Of course, if a control is pre-displayed in the area to the right of the first position, the control will also be covered by the currently displayed associated display area. It should be noted that the objects or controls displayed in advance in the designated area are generally useless objects and controls in the process of moving the virtual object, and the display priority of the objects or controls is lower than that of the associated display area, so that the operation of the user is not affected.
In the above manner, the associated display area may also be displayed in the designated area relative to the first position, and the object and the control in the designated area are covered by the associated display area in the process of moving the virtual article, so that the understanding and the operation of the user are not affected, and when the content and the information in the graphical user interface are more, no more interface space is occupied, and the use efficiency of the interface is improved. In addition, because the associated display area is positioned in the vicinity of the first position, the distance for the user to control the movement of the virtual article is further reduced, so that the user can complete the transfer operation more quickly.
In one specific embodiment, in order to further enable a user to quickly know the effect of the associated display area, prompt information is displayed in the associated display area and the second display area in response to the virtual article moving to the associated display area; wherein the prompt message is used for: prompting the virtual item to move to the associated display area.
When the edge area of the virtual article is in contact with the associated display area of the second storage container, or at least a part of area of the virtual article moves into the associated display area of the second storage container, the virtual article can be triggered to move to the associated display area; the prompt message can be changed in color, highlighted or flickered at the same time in the associated display area and the second display area; the prompt message is used for prompting the user that the associated display area is triggered and the virtual article is moved to the associated display area, and simultaneously prompting the user that the virtual article can be or cannot be finally placed in the second display area after the virtual article is moved to the associated display area through the prompt message of the second storage area.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, when the virtual item moves to the associated display area and comes into contact with the edge of the associated display area, the associated display area and the second storage area are highlighted at the same time (highlighted by hatching in the figure), which prompts the virtual item to move to the associated display area. Wherein the highlighted color may be gray, or other color. At this time, the virtual item is not yet placed in the second display area, and it can be known by the prompt message that the virtual item is placed in that display area.
In the above manner, the prompt information is displayed in the associated display area and the second display area, so that the user can understand the operation result of moving the virtual article to the associated display area, and the consistency between the operation result of moving the virtual article to the second display area is facilitated, and the game experience of the user is further improved.
In order to further understand the effect of the prompt message and improve the operation efficiency of a user, whether the second storage container has a position for placing the virtual article is determined in response to the virtual article moving to the associated display area; displaying the associated display area and a second display area of the second storage container in the first display format in a case where the second storage container has a position in which the virtual article is placed; in a case where the second storage container does not have a position where the virtual item is placed, the associated display area and the second display area of the second storage container are displayed in a second display format.
In general, storage containers for storing articles limit the maximum weight of the articles and the number of positions for storing the articles, the storage containers usually include a certain number of article placement positions, and when virtual articles are placed at the article placement positions in the storage containers, it can be determined that the second storage container does not have positions for placing the virtual articles; in addition, since the maximum containable item weight is limited in the storage container, when the virtual item in the storage container reaches or approaches the maximum containable item weight, it can be determined that the second storage container does not have a location for placing the virtual item.
The above determining whether the second storage container has a location for placing the virtual article may specifically be that, if the virtual article is placed in the second storage container, the weight of the virtual article in the second storage container exceeds the maximum weight of the articles that can be placed in the second storage container, and it is determined that the second storage container does not have a location for placing the virtual article; alternatively, if the virtual item is placed in the second storage container, the number of item placement positions in the second storage container where the virtual item can be placed is smaller than the number of placement positions required for the virtual item, and it is determined that there is no position in the second storage container where the virtual item is placed.
For example, the first display format may be a highlighted green display, and when the second storage container has a position for placing a virtual article, the highlighted green display is displayed simultaneously in the associated display area and the second display area, indicating that the virtual article moved to the associated display area may be placed in the second storage container. In addition, a "placeable" prompt message may also be displayed in the second display area, further prompting the user that the virtual item may be placed in the second storage container. For another example, the second display format may be a highlighted red display, and a rejection identifier, such as an "x" identifier, may be displayed in the red area, and a word indicating that the virtual article is rejected, such as "overweight" or "full" may be displayed in the second display area. For example, in an example shown in fig. 7, the virtual item is moved to the associated display area, and in a case that the second storage container does not have a position for placing the virtual item, the associated display area and the second storage container simultaneously display a highlighted red color, wherein both the highlighted red color and the highlighted red color are identified by a rejection icon (the highlighted red color is shown in a shaded manner in the figure), and a word "overweight" may also be displayed in the second display area to indicate that the virtual item moved to the associated display area may not be placed in the second storage container.
In the above manner, the user can directly judge whether the second storage container has a position for placing the virtual article according to the display format of the associated display area and the second display area, so that the understanding cost of the user is reduced, the user can quickly know whether the next perception operation is performed, and the decision efficiency and the game experience of the user are improved.
