Abstract
The invention provides a graphene physiotherapy elbow guard, which comprises: the high-elastic elbow guard body comprises a surface layer, a middle layer and an inner layer; the inner layer is in contact with the skin; the telescopic heating module is arranged in the middle layer and is used for heating and physiotherapy on the elbow; the temperature control module is arranged in the middle layer and used for controlling the telescopic heating module to carry out heating physiotherapy on the elbow within a preset temperature interval; the sweat absorbing component is detachably arranged on one surface of the inner layer, which is contacted with the skin; the fixing part is arranged on the surface layer and used for surrounding and fixing the high-elasticity elbow guard body at the elbow joint; the graphene physiotherapy elbow guard provided by the invention solves the problem that heating materials of other elbow heating physiotherapy products are difficult to stretch when joints move, and the heating function of the graphene heating filaments is more excellent; the intelligent temperature control system can effectively prevent the overheating problem in the physical therapy process; the sweat absorbing component can solve the problem of sweat in the physiotherapy process, so that the graphene physiotherapy elbow pad is more comfortable to use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of physiotherapy medical equipment, in particular to a graphene physiotherapy elbow guard.
Background
Elbow joint strain is a common disease in orthopedic surgery and is characterized by elbow joint soreness and pain caused by non-acute injury. The pathogenesis of the external humeral epicondylitis mainly comprises external humeral epicondylitis, internal humeral epicondylitis, olecroanon bursitis and the like, and the pathogenesis of the external humeral epicondylitis mainly comprises external injuries such as improper long-term posture, overuse of elbow joints, impact and the like. The disease treatment method mainly comprises conservative treatment, and mainly comprises closed needle injection and subsequent physiotherapy rehabilitation. Elbow protectors are usually required to be worn on elbows for physical therapy of strain injuries, however, the existing elbow protectors are mainly designed for sport protection and labor protection, and elbow protectors with physical therapy functions are not available. The patient generally uses traditional physiotherapy equipment in order replacing, however, traditional physiotherapy equipment is not for elbow joint physiotherapy and design, wears to experience relatively poor, and traditional physiotherapy equipment generally uses the heating resistor silk moreover, and its effect of generating heat is not good, and is difficult to accomplish intelligent control by temperature change. In addition, sweat generated by physiotherapy may also affect the use experience of the physiotherapy apparatus.
The graphene heating principle is based on the characteristics of single-layer graphene, firstly, graphene is a material with the highest heat conductivity coefficient so far, the graphene has very good heat conduction performance, the total conversion rate of effective electric heating energy reaches more than 99%, and meanwhile, the superconductivity of a special graphene material is added, so that the stability of heating performance is ensured. There have graphite alkene products such as pad that generate heat in the existing market, it uses graphite alkene to replace traditional resistance wire to generate heat, and is more practical.

the plurality of graphene heating filaments are used for heating physiotherapy;
the graphene heating filaments are arranged on the elastic component in a surrounding manner and can stretch along with the elastic component;
the first control unit is connected with the plurality of graphene heating filaments and the temperature control module and used for controlling the graphene heating filaments to be started or closed; and
and the first power supply is connected with the first control unit and the graphene heating filament.
Furthermore, the elastic component is an ultra-fine spring metal wire, and is coiled in a Z shape and can be stretched in a telescopic way.
Further, the graphene heating filament is bent and wound around the superfine spring metal wire; a plurality of fixing points are arranged on the graphene heating filament, and the fixing points are bonded and fixed to the middle point between the Z-shaped break angles formed by the superfine spring metal wires.
Further, the temperature control module includes:
the temperature detection components are used for detecting and sending temperature information in the graphene physiotherapy elbow pad;
the analog-to-digital conversion unit is connected with the plurality of temperature detection components, receives the temperature information, converts the temperature information into a signal and sends the signal;
the second control unit is connected with the analog-to-digital conversion unit and the first control unit and used for receiving the signals and sending the control signals to the first control unit; and
and the second power supply is connected with the plurality of temperature detection components, the analog-to-digital conversion unit and the second control unit.
Furthermore, the temperature control module also comprises a remote control unit which is connected with the second control unit and the second power supply and used for remotely adjusting the temperature interval.
Furthermore, the temperature detection component is a temperature sensor and is made of graphene.
Furthermore, the surface layer and the inner layer are formed by three-dimensional weaving of polyurethane nano fibers and have elasticity.
Further, the preparation method of the polyurethane nanofiber comprises the following steps:
step one, dissolving polyurethane by taking tetrahydrofuran and N, N-dimethylformamide as solvents to prepare a polyurethane solution, and stirring at a constant speed to prepare a uniformly mixed suspension;
step two, carrying out electrostatic spinning to prepare a polyurethane nanofiber membrane;
cutting the polyurethane nanofiber membrane into fragments, adding tert-butyl alcohol, rotationally stirring to break the fragments and dissolve the fragments to prepare a solution, and freeze-drying the solution;
and step four, soaking the freeze-dried nano-fibers in glutaraldehyde for crosslinking, and continuing freeze-drying after crosslinking is finished to obtain the polyurethane nano-fibers.
Further, the sweat absorbing component is a replaceable sweat absorbing patch.
Further, the sweat-absorbent patch is made of a blend fiber of cotton and spandex.
Further, the fixing member includes:
the fixing belt is arranged on one side of the surface layer; and
the fixing ring is arranged on the other side of the surface layer;
the high-elastic elbow guard body surrounds the elbow, and the fixing band passes through the fixed ring and is fixed in the elbow with high-elastic elbow guard body.
Furthermore, the middle layer comprises a plurality of subareas, and each subarea is provided with a graphene heating filament, an elastic component and a temperature detection component.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
the graphene physical therapy elbow pad provided by the invention is characterized in that a surface layer and an inner layer which are connected are made of a high-elastic elbow pad body, a middle layer is formed between the surface layer and the inner layer, a telescopic heating module and a temperature control module are arranged in the middle layer, and a replaceable sweat-absorbing patch is arranged on the inner layer. The high-elasticity elbow guard body formed by 3D weaving of the high-elasticity polyurethane nanofiber can facilitate the movement of an elbow joint and is suitable for wearing; the telescopic heating system can solve the problem that heating materials of other elbow heating physiotherapy products are difficult to stretch due to joint movement in the prior art, the heating module can stretch and deform along with the elbow guard no matter how the elbow guard stretches, the heating function is not affected, and the heating function of the graphene heating filament is more excellent than that of a traditional resistance sheet, the heat conduction is fast, and the temperature is stable; the intelligent temperature control system can effectively prevent the overheating problem in the physical therapy process; the sweat accumulation problem in the physiotherapy process can be solved to removable sweat-absorbing paster, makes the use of graphite alkene physiotherapy elbow pad more comfortable.

Detailed Description
The present invention provides a graphene elbow pad for physiotherapy, and the following detailed description is made for better understanding of the technical scheme of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a graphene physiotherapy elbow pad, which includes a high-elasticity elbow pad body 10, a stretchable heating module 20 and a temperature control module 30. The high-elastic elbow pad body 10 comprises a surface layer 11, a middle layer 13 and an inner layer 12, wherein the inner layer 12 is a layer which is in contact with the skin. The surface layer 11 and the inner layer 12 are of an integral structure, a hollow structure is arranged between the surface layer and the inner layer to form a middle layer 13, and the telescopic heating module 20 and the temperature control module 30 are both arranged in the middle layer.
The surface layer 11 and the inner layer 12 are formed by three-dimensionally weaving polyurethane nanofibers and have elasticity. The polyurethane nanofiber used in the present invention is prepared by the following preparation method: preparing nano-fibers by using electrospinning equipment SS-2535H and Ucalery, dissolving polyurethane 10514005 and WEICON in a ratio of 3:1 by using tetrahydrofuran and N, N-dimethylformamide as solvents to prepare a 10% polyurethane solution, stirring at 800rpm by using a magnetic stirrer 81-2 and Shanghai Spira for 48 hours to prepare a uniformly mixed suspension, and performing electrostatic spinning at the room temperature of 24 ℃, the spinning voltage of 12kV, the acceptance distance of 13cm and the flow rate of a spinning solution of 0.3mm/min for 6 hours to obtain the polyurethane nano-fiber membrane. Cutting the fiber film into pieces with the size of 1cm multiplied by 1cm by a cutting die, adding the pieces into a beaker containing 100ml of tertiary butanol, homogenizing the pieces for 15min at the rotating speed of 12000rpm by a high-speed homogenizer, putting the solution into a cylindrical die with the diameter of 3mm and the length of 35cm, putting the die into a freeze dryer for 48 hours until the film is completely freeze-dried, then soaking the die into glutaraldehyde for 10min for crosslinking, washing the die with deionized water, and then continuing freeze-drying for 48 hours to prepare a 3D nano-fiber woven material which is used for carrying out three-dimensional weaving of the high-elastic elbow pad body 10. The polyurethane fiber prepared by the preparation method has a nano structure, so that the high-elasticity elbow pad body 10 prepared by weaving has better elasticity.
As shown in fig. 4, the retractable heating module 20 is used for heating therapy of elbows, and includes a plurality of graphene heating filaments 21, a plurality of elastic members 22, a first control unit 23 and a first power supply 24. The elastic member 22 is a wire made of ultra-fine spring metal, and is bent in a "Z" shape to be extended or shortened. The graphene heating filaments 21 are bent and accompany around the superfine spring metal wires; the graphene heating filament 21 is provided with a plurality of fixing points, the fixing points are bonded and fixed to the middle points of Z-shaped folding angles formed by the superfine spring metal wires by using polytetrafluoroethylene, the graphene heating filament 21 and the elastic part 22 are bonded and crosslinked, the stretching can be carried out along with the elastic part 22, when the graphene physiotherapy elbow pad is worn on an elbow, the graphene physiotherapy elbow pad can bend and stretch to deform when an arm is bent and stretched due to the fact that the elbow is a curved surface, and the heating function of the telescopic heating module 20 cannot be influenced when the elbow pad bends and stretches to deform due to the fact that the graphene heating filament 21 can bend and stretch to deform along with the elastic part 22, and a patient does not need to keep the arm in a stretching posture when using the graphene physiotherapy elbow pad provided by the invention, so that the elbow pad is more comfortable.
The first control unit 23 is connected to the plurality of graphene heating filaments 21 and the temperature control module 30, and controls the graphene heating filaments 21 to start heating or stop under the control of the temperature control module 30. The first power supply 24 is connected with the first control unit 23 and the graphene heating filament 21 and supplies power.
As shown in fig. 5, the temperature control module 30 is disposed in the middle layer 13 for controlling the retractable heating module 20 to perform a heating therapy on the elbow within a predetermined temperature range, and includes a plurality of temperature detecting components 31, an analog-to-digital conversion unit 32, a second control unit 33 and a second power supply 34. The plurality of temperature detection components 31 are arranged in the middle layer 13 and used for detecting temperature information in the graphene physical therapy elbow pad and sending the temperature information to the analog-to-digital conversion unit 32; the analog-to-digital conversion unit 32 is connected with the plurality of temperature detection parts 31, receives the temperature information, converts the temperature information into a signal and sends the signal to the second control unit 33; the second control unit 33 is connected to the analog-to-digital conversion unit 32 and the first control unit 23, compares the signal with a preset temperature interval, and sends a control signal to the first control unit 23. The second power supply 34 supplies power to the temperature detection part 31, the analog-to-digital conversion unit 32, and the second control unit 33.
The temperature control module 30 is configured to start with the retractable heating module 20 to control the temperature of the retractable heating module 20. Specifically, the temperature detection component 31 detects temperature information in the graphene physical therapy elbow pad, sends the temperature information to the analog-to-digital conversion unit 32 to be converted into a signal, and sends the signal to the second control power supply 33, compares the temperature information corresponding to the signal with a preset temperature range, for example, the temperature range is 37 ℃ to 39 ℃, and if the temperature is less than 37 ℃, the second control unit 33 sends a control signal to the first control unit 23 to start the graphene heating filament 21 to heat; if the temperature is higher than 39 ℃, the second control unit 33 sends a control signal to the first control unit 23 to turn off the heating of the graphene heating filaments 21 for cooling, so as to prevent the patient from feeling uncomfortable due to the overhigh temperature of the retractable heating module 20 and failing to achieve the purpose of physiotherapy treatment.
Can set up a plurality of subregion in the middle level 13, set up a graphite alkene heating filament 21, an elasticity part 22 and a temperature detection part 31 in every subregion respectively, carry out the heating physiotherapy alone in every subregion, and temperature detection part 31 can detect the temperature in every subregion alone and control, makes the effect of heating physiotherapy more even stable.
The temperature control module 30 further comprises a remote control unit 35 connected to the second control unit 33 and the second power source 34 for remotely adjusting the temperature range. The remote control unit 35 may specifically be configured with an intelligent terminal, such as an APP in a smart phone or a smart watch, which is wirelessly connected to the temperature control module 30 in a manner selected from a bluetooth connection, a local area network connection, or a WIFI connection. The preset temperature interval can be adjusted through the remote control unit 35, for example, to 39-41 ℃ or 35-37 ℃, and the like, and the adjustment is performed according to the respective requirements of different users, so that the heating physical therapy requirements at different temperatures are met.
Still be provided with a sweat-absorbing part 15 on the one side of inlayer 12 and skin contact, it specifically is a sweat-absorbing paster of dismantling more smooth interior, comprises 96% cotton and 4% spandex, can effectively adsorb the sweat of elbow skin when heating physiotherapy, makes the physiotherapy process more comfortable. The sweat absorbing component 15 is fixedly adhered to the inner layer 12 and can be replaced, and the sweat absorbing component is more sanitary.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cover 11 is provided with a fixing member 14, and the high elastic elbow pad body 10 is formed in a sheet shape, and the fixing member 14 fixes the high elastic elbow pad body 10 to the elbow when the high elastic elbow pad body 10 is fitted around the elbow. The fixing member 14 includes a fixing band 141 and a fixing ring 142, and the fixing band 141 is disposed on one side of the surface layer 11; the fixing ring 142 is disposed on the other side of the surface layer 11. One side on the fixed band 141 is provided with the magic and pastes sub-face, is provided with the female face of magic subsides on the another side, and high-elastic elbow pad body 10 encircles and the cladding in the elbow, and fixed band 141 passes solid fixed ring 142 to it is fixed to make the magic paste sub-face and the female face bonding of magic subsides, thereby is fixed in the elbow with high-elastic elbow pad body 10. The fixing parts 14 are provided in plural, and in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, three fixing parts 14 are provided at the end of the high elastic elbow pad body 10 corresponding to the large arm, the elbow joint and the end adjacent to the small arm, respectively, so that the fixing is stable.
The invention solves the problem that the elbow joint physiotherapy instrument can not flexibly stretch and move along with the joint, and is provided with the temperature control module 30 to facilitate the user to use the physiotherapy instrument when working and resting, the replaceable sweat-absorbing patch 15 can be detached and cleaned, thereby improving the use experience,
the principle that elbow joint strain is alleviated in graphite alkene physiotherapy elbow pad lies in promoting elbow microvascular circulation ability. The causes of elbow joint strain are due to improper posture for a long time, and the strain and stiffness of local ligaments, tendons and muscle tissues caused by injuries such as overuse or impact of elbow joints, which cause the blockage of microcirculation and the local metabolism difficulty, and the accumulation of inflammatory factors caused by the blockage. The patients with the conventional symptoms have a feeling of pain and soreness of the elbow joints. 1. A graphene physiotherapy elbow pad, characterized by comprising:
the high-elastic elbow guard body (10) comprises a surface layer (11), a middle layer (13) and an inner layer (12); the inner layer (12) is in contact with the skin;
the telescopic heating module (20) is arranged in the middle layer (13) and is used for heating and physiotherapy on elbows;
the temperature control module (30) is arranged in the middle layer (13) and is used for controlling the telescopic heating module (20) to carry out heating physiotherapy on the elbow within a preset temperature interval;
a sweat absorbing member (15) detachably provided on a skin-contacting surface of the inner layer (12); and
the fixing part (14) is arranged on the surface layer (11) and is used for surrounding and fixing the high-elasticity elbow guard body (10) at the elbow joint;
wherein the retractable heat generating module (20) comprises:
a plurality of graphene heating filaments (21) for performing a heating physiotherapy;
the graphene heating filaments (21) are arranged on the elastic component (22) in a surrounding mode and can stretch along with the elastic component (22);
the first control unit (23) is connected with the plurality of graphene heating filaments (21) and the temperature control module (30) and controls the graphene heating filaments (21) to be started or closed; and
a first power supply (24) connected to the first control unit (23) and the graphene heating filament (21).
2. The graphene physiotherapy elbow pad according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member (22) is a super-thin spring wire, and is coiled in a Z shape and can be stretched in a telescopic manner.

The graphene therapy elbow pad according to claim 2, wherein the graphene heating filament (21) is bent around and accompanies the ultra-fine spring wire; the graphene heating filament (21) is provided with a plurality of fixing points, and the fixing points are bonded and fixed to the middle point between the Z-shaped folding angles formed by the superfine spring metal wires.
4. The graphene physical therapy elbow pad according to claim 1, wherein the temperature control module (30) comprises:
a plurality of temperature detection components (31) for detecting and transmitting temperature information in the graphene physical therapy elbow pad;
the analog-to-digital conversion unit (32) is connected with the plurality of temperature detection components (31), receives the temperature information, converts the temperature information into a signal and sends the signal;
the second control unit (33) is connected with the analog-to-digital conversion unit (32) and the first control unit (23), receives the signal and sends a control signal to the first control unit (23);
and a second power supply (34) connected to the plurality of temperature detection means (31), the analog-to-digital conversion unit (32), and the second control unit (33).
5. The graphene physical therapy elbow pad according to claim 4, wherein the temperature control module (30) further comprises a remote control unit (35) connected to the second control unit (33) and the second power source (34) for remotely adjusting the temperature interval.
6. The graphene elbow pad according to claim 4, wherein the temperature detecting member (31) is a temperature sensor and is made of graphene.
7. The graphene physical therapy elbow pad according to claim 1, wherein the surface layer (11) and the inner layer (12) are formed by three-dimensional weaving of polyurethane nano fibers and have elasticity.
8. The graphene physical therapy elbow pad according to claim 7, wherein the preparation method of the polyurethane nanofiber comprises the following steps:
