the dental implant comprises an oral cavity drill rod, a dental implant handle and a dental implant handle, wherein one side of the oral cavity drill rod is provided with an installation part which is used for being connected with a dental implant mobile phone; an adjusting groove is formed in the other side of the oral cavity drill rod, the front side and the rear side of the adjusting groove respectively penetrate through the front side and the rear side of the oral cavity drill rod, a supply cavity is formed in the oral cavity drill rod, the lower side of the supply cavity is communicated with the adjusting groove, a notch communicated with the supply cavity is formed in the outer side of the oral cavity drill rod, the width of the notch is larger than that of the supply cavity, and a cover plate is detachably arranged on the notch;
the rotary joint is movably arranged in the adjusting groove and used for longitudinally overturning, mounting grooves are respectively formed in the upper side and the lower side of the rotary joint, a ball drill component and a pioneer drill component are detachably arranged in the two mounting grooves of the rotary joint respectively, the rotary joint has the function of driving the ball drill component and the pioneer drill component to overturn up and down, the ball drill component is used for positioning the drilling of the implanted tooth, and the pioneer drill is used for guiding the drilling of the implanted tooth;

3. The dental drill assembly of claim 2, wherein the dental drill bit is removably disposed with a pin extending transversely through the supply cavity.
4. The dental drill assembly for dental implants according to claim 3, wherein said drill rod is a cylinder and said drill rod below said pin is sleeved with an annular stop member in threaded engagement therewith.

The dental drill assembly for dental implants according to claim 4, wherein the bottom of said mounting groove is provided with a first magnet, the first base of said ball drill assembly and the first base of said pilot drill assembly are each provided with a second magnet for docking with said first magnet on the same side thereof, the magnetic properties of the opposite sides of said first magnet and said second magnet are opposite, and the bottom side of the first base of said reamer assembly is provided with a second magnet for attractive docking with said first magnet in said mounting groove.

The dental drill assembly of claim 5, wherein the adjustment slot includes a first slot and a second slot disposed on an upper side of the first slot, the rotary joint is disposed in the first slot, the pilot drill bit is disposed in the second slot, and a bore diameter of the second slot is equal to a bore diameter of the supply cavity.
7. The dental drill assembly of claim 6, wherein the swivel joint is rotatably connected to the adjustment slot by a pivot.
8. An oral drill assembly for a dental implant according to claim 6, wherein the cover plate is a transparent plate.
9. The dental drill assembly for dental implants according to claim 6, further comprising a neck shaping drill assembly, said neck shaping drill assembly comprising a second square base having a bore equal to the bore of said supply chamber, said second base having a neck shaping drill bit disposed on one side thereof and a third magnet disposed on the other side thereof for interfacing with said first magnet.
10. The dental drill assembly for dental implants according to claim 9, further comprising a tapping drill assembly, said tapping drill assembly comprising a third square base having a bore size equal to the bore size of said supply cavity, said third base having a tapping drill bit disposed on one side thereof and a third magnet disposed on the other side thereof for interfacing with said first magnet.
