Abstract
The invention discloses a combined bearing device and a children article, the combined bearing device comprises a first bearing piece and a second bearing piece, wherein the first bearing piece and the second bearing piece are both hard frame bodies, the first bearing piece and the second bearing piece are jointed along the length direction and form an accommodating space with an upward opening, the first bearing piece and the second bearing piece are jointed through a plurality of pairs of mutually matched convex parts and concave parts, and the combined bearing device further comprises a connecting mechanism which is fixedly connected with the first bearing piece and the second bearing piece. The first bearing part and the second bearing part are connected simply, and the formed whole body has good supporting strength and can be used for bearing children or articles. Meanwhile, the size of the die is greatly reduced, and the cost is also greatly reduced. The bearing device can be widely applied to children products such as a child stroller, a child bed, a child sleeping basket and the like.

Background
In the prior art, a frame-shaped hard bearing component for bearing children or articles is generally formed by combining a hard outer frame with a soft bearing cloth cover and the like, and the product generally has poor bearing capacity and cannot provide hard support or bear heavier articles; another common method is to integrally set hard components, which usually requires a large mold, which is expensive, takes up a large transportation space, and is inconvenient for packaging and transportation.

Preferably, one of the first bearing member and the second bearing member is provided with the convex portion, the other one is provided with the concave portion, the convex portion and the concave portion respectively extend along the length direction of the combined bearing device, and all the convex portions and the concave portions are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the combined type carrying device includes a first carrying member 1 and a second carrying member 2, the first carrying member 1 and the second carrying member 2 are joined along a length direction and form an accommodating space with an upward opening, and the accommodating space can be used for carrying children or carrying articles. The carrier device further comprises a connecting mechanism 3, wherein the connecting mechanism 3 is used for fixedly connecting the first carrier 1 with the second carrier 2.
One of the first carrier 1 and the second carrier 2 is provided with a convex portion, and the other is provided with a concave portion, the convex portion and the concave portion each extend along the length direction of the carrier device, and the convex portion is fittingly inserted into the concave portion, so that the first carrier 1 and the second carrier 2 are tightly engaged along the length direction.

Here, the first convex portion 14b on the first bottom wall portion 12 and the first convex portion 14a on the first vertical wall portion 11 are provided in different shapes, and accordingly, the first concave portion 15b on the first bottom wall portion 12 and the first concave portion 15a on the first vertical wall portion 11 are also provided in different shapes; similarly, the second protrusion 24b and the second recess 25b of the second bottom edge portion 22 are also provided in a shape different from the second protrusion 24a and the second recess 25a of the second vertical edge portion 21, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the first concave portions 15a/15b are grooves into which the second convex portions 24a/24b are inserted, and the second concave portions 25a/25b are grooves into which the first convex portions 14a/14b are inserted, so that when the first carrier 1 and the second carrier 2 are engaged with each other, inner side surfaces of all the first convex portions 14a/14b and the second convex portions 24a/24b form part of wall surfaces of inner side walls of the accommodating space of the carrier.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the connecting mechanism 3 is a connecting rod, which connects all the first protrusions 14a/14b and the second protrusions 24a/24b at the same time, and the first protrusions 14a/14b and the second protrusions 24a/24b have engaging structures for cooperatively receiving the connecting rod.
Specifically, the connecting rod has a bottom rod portion 31 and two vertical rod portions 32 standing upward from both ends of the bottom rod portion 31, the bottom rod portion 31 and the two vertical rod portions 32 are integrally provided as a U-shaped connecting rod, the bottoms of all the first convex portions 14b on the first bottom edge portion 12 and the bottoms of all the second convex portions 24b on the second bottom edge portion 22 are provided with clamping grooves 17 into which the bottom rod portions 31 are fittingly inserted, and the bottoms of all the first convex portions 14a on the first vertical edge portion 11 and all the second convex portions 24a on the second vertical edge portion 21 are provided with through holes 16 into which the vertical rod portions 32 are fittingly inserted.
In this way, when the first carrier 1 and the second carrier 2 are engaged in the length direction, such that the first convex portions 14a/14b are correspondingly and fittingly inserted into the second concave portions 25a/25b, and the second convex portions 24a/24b are correspondingly and fittingly inserted into the first concave portions 15a/15b, then, the connecting rod is further inserted upward from below, such that the vertical rod portions 32 on the two sides are respectively inserted into the corresponding through holes 16 on the two sides, until the bottom rod portion 31 is fittingly clamped into the clamping groove 17 on the bottom, and the installation of the bearing device is completed, and the bearing device has good bonding strength and bearing stability.
In addition, in this embodiment, the structures of the first bearing part 1 and the second bearing part 2 are completely the same, so that the first bearing part 1 and the second bearing part 2 can be obtained by molding only by using the same mold, and then can be jointed by arbitrarily taking two pieces, and then can be connected and locked by the connecting rod, so that the bearing device with a stable structure can be obtained. The volume of the forming die is greatly reduced, the cost is reduced, and the space occupied during packaging, transportation and storage is smaller.

The first bearing piece 1 and the second bearing piece 2 are arranged in the same way, and of the two first vertical side parts 11 of the first bearing piece 1, one first vertical side part 11 is provided with a buckle 34, and the other first vertical side part 11 is provided with a clamping groove 35; one of the two second vertical sides 21 of the second carrier 2 is provided with a catch 35 and the other with a catch 34. The catch 34 and the catch groove 35 are integrated in the respective first carrier 1/second carrier 2. The catch 34 is provided above the corresponding first protrusion 14d or second protrusion 24d, and the connecting rod 33 is provided between the catch 34 and the first protrusion 14 d/second protrusion 24d in the up-down direction.
