Abstract
The present invention is a household tissue paper container (100), comprising: a container body which contains a household tissue paper therein and has a take-out section (112) provided with a take-out hole (112a) for taking out the household tissue paper; and an opening/closing cover rotatably attached to the container body and closing the taking-out hole, wherein the taking-out hole (112a) is provided in a bulging portion in the taking-out section (112) in a form of a substantially spherical bulge, and a protruding piece (112c) protruding from an edge on a near side thereof toward a rear side of a side of the container body to which the opening/closing cover is attached is provided on an edge of the taking-out hole (112a), and the household tissue paper (P) can be repeatedly pulled out by an appropriate length.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a household tissue paper container.
Background
Conventionally, as a container for storing wet tissues and the like of household tissue paper, there has been known a container having: the opening/closing lid is biased in an opening direction by a biasing member such as a leaf spring, and is locked in a closed state by a predetermined locking member, and is opened by one operation when a user operates a button provided in the locking member (for example, see patent document 1).
When the opening/closing lid of the storage container is opened, the take-out hole formed in the upper portion of the container body is exposed, and the wet tissue held in a part of the take-out hole can be pulled up and used.
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2017-13854
However, in the case of the storage container of patent document 1, the edge of the take-out hole has a shape extending toward the front side opposite to the hinge portion of the opening/closing cover, and the wet tissue is easily pulled out toward the front side, and therefore the wet tissue that is next to the wet tissue used by pulling out may be excessively pulled out.
If the next wet tissue is pulled out excessively and the portion of the wet tissue held in the take-out hole becomes too long, the wet tissue may be caught when the open/close lid of the storage container is closed, which may hinder the closing of the lid.
Therefore, the wet tissue excessively pulled out may be pushed into the taking-out hole, which is troublesome.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a household tissue paper container capable of properly pulling out household tissue paper.
In order to solve the above problem, the invention described in claim 1 is a container for housing a household tissue paper, comprising:
a container body which contains a household tissue paper therein and has a take-out section provided with a take-out hole for taking out the household tissue paper; and
an opening/closing lid rotatably attached to the container body and closing the take-out hole,
the container for containing household tissue paper is characterized in that,
the taking-out hole is provided in a bulging portion which bulges in a substantially spherical shape in the taking-out portion,
a protruding piece protruding from a front edge of the taking-out hole toward a rear side of the container body on the side where the opening/closing lid is attached is provided at an edge of the taking-out hole.
In the case of the household tissue paper container having such a configuration, since the taking-out hole is provided in the swelling portion of the taking-out section in the substantially spherical bulging shape, one end portion of the household tissue paper held by the taking-out hole located at a position higher than the periphery is easily lifted, and the one end portion is easily pinched and pulled out.
In particular, since the extraction hole is provided with the projecting piece projecting rearward from the edge on the near side thereof, the projecting piece comes into sliding contact with the household tissue pulled out to the near side from the extraction hole to give an appropriate frictional force, whereby the next household tissue pulled out after the household tissue used by pulling out can be prevented from being excessively pulled out from the extraction hole.
Since the next piece of household tissue paper pulled out from the take-out hole is held in the take-out hole with one end thereof pulled out by an appropriate length, the household tissue paper held in the take-out hole does not become an obstacle when the opening/closing lid is closed.
The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that, in addition to the container for housing a household tissue paper described in claim 1,
at least a portion of the container body is formed of an elastic material,
the extraction portion is integrally formed with a portion formed of the elastic material.
The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that, in the household tissue paper container described in claim 1 or 2,
and a biasing unit that is formed integrally with the portion formed of the elastic material and biases the opening/closing lid in an opening direction.
The invention described in claim 4 is the container for containing the household tissue paper described in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that,
the protruding piece is arranged in a position that the front end part is positioned at the rear of the side of the container main body where the opening and closing cover is installed compared with the center of the taking-out part.
According to the present invention, a home tissue storage container capable of appropriately pulling out home tissue can be obtained.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the home tissue paper storage container according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments and the illustrated examples.
In the following, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the X, Y, and Z axes, and the front-back, left-right, and up-down directions are determined and explained. That is, the side of the home tissue paper storage container 100 provided with the opening/closing lid 2 is referred to as "up" and the opposite side thereof is referred to as "down", the side of the container body 1 connected to the opening/closing lid 2 is referred to as "back", the opposite side thereof is referred to as "front", the right-hand side in the state of the front face of the front-view container is referred to as "right", the left-hand side in the state of the front face of the front-view container is referred to as "left", the axis along the front-rear direction is referred to as X-axis, the axis along the left-right direction is referred to as Y-axis, and the axis.
[ Structure of embodiment ]
{ Overall Structure }
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a home tissue paper storage container 100 includes: a container body 1 having a taking-out hole 112a for taking out the household tissue paper P inside; an opening/closing lid 2 openably and closably connected to the container body 1 so as to cover the removal hole 112 a; and a biasing means 3 for biasing the opening/closing lid 2 in an opening direction, and a housing space S for housing the household tissue paper P is formed inside the container body 1.
The container body 1 and the opening/closing lid 2 can be integrally formed by injection molding (two-color molding).
{ household tissue paper }
As the household tissue paper P, for example, a so-called pop-up sheet is used, which is formed by stacking small wet sheets, wet tissues, and the like in an alternately folded state, and when one wet sheet, wet tissue, or the like is pulled out, the next wet sheet, wet tissue, or the like is also pulled out. For example, a long wet sheet or wet tissue having perforations at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction may be wound in a roll shape and cut off along the perforations.
{ container body }
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the container body 1 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape longer in the Y direction than in the X direction and the Z direction as a whole, and the container body 1 is divided into two upper and lower portions in the vicinity of a substantially central portion in the Z direction, and a container body upper portion 11 constituting the upper side of the container body 1 and a container body lower portion 12 constituting the lower side of the container body 1 are formed. The upper container body part 11 and the lower container body part 12 are connected to each other on the rear side of the container body 1.
The container body upper part 11 and the container body lower part 12 can be integrally formed by injection molding (two-color molding).
The container body 1 is preferably formed to have a size of 60mm to 150mm, more preferably 80mm to 100mm, in the X direction, preferably 80mm to 200mm, more preferably 145mm to 165mm, in the Y direction, and preferably 30mm to 100mm, more preferably 50mm to 70mm, in the Z direction. The thickness of each surface is preferably 0.5mm to 3mm, more preferably 1mm to 2 mm.
If the size and thickness are such, the molding efficiency is high and the strength without problems in practical use can be realized.
As shown in fig. 5, the container body 1 can open the internal storage space S to the outside by rotating the container body upper portion 11 upward about the rear side where the container body upper portion 11 and the container body lower portion 12 are connected as a fulcrum.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the connecting portion between the container body upper portion 11 and the container body lower portion 12 on the rear side of the container body 1 is formed to be thinner than the other portions of the container body 1, whereby the rear surface of the container body can be easily bent at the connecting portion, and the container body upper portion 11 can be easily rotated with respect to the container body lower portion 12 about the connecting portion as a fulcrum.
Further, although productivity is lowered, the container body upper part 11 and the container body lower part 12 are formed separately, and as a result, they can be connected to each other by a hinge or the like so as to be rotatable.
The container body 1 is divided into the container body upper part 11 and the container body lower part 12, which are located near the center part in the Z direction in the figure, but it is more preferable to locate the upper part of the container body than the center part in the Z direction. In this case, when the stored household tissue paper P is stored in the container body 1 in a state covered with a predetermined package, the possibility of pinching the end seal portion of the package or the like when the container is closed can be reduced, and the household tissue paper P can be replaced more easily.
(Upper part of the container body)
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the container main body upper portion 11 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having an opening portion on a lower surface thereof, and a concave portion 111 recessed downward is formed on an upper surface thereof.
A taking-out hole 112a for taking out the household tissue paper P in the storage space S is provided in the taking-out portion 112 at the center side of the recess 111, and a main body side closed ring portion 113 is formed so as to surround the taking-out hole 112 a. In other words, the portion surrounded by the main body side sealing ring portion 113 in the recess 111 is formed as the extraction portion 112, and the extraction hole 112a is provided in the center portion of the extraction portion 112.
Further, a locking unit 114 for opening and closing the opening/closing cover 2 is formed on the front side of the upper surface.
An upper fitting portion 116 to be fitted into a lower fitting portion 121 of the container main body lower portion 12 described later is formed around the opening portion of the lower surface.
(taking out hole)
The taking-out hole 112a is a hole portion formed in the center of the upper surface of the container body and connected to the storage space S.
Fig. 2 shows a substantially inverted Y-shaped extraction hole 112a in which 3 slits are formed so as to connect the centroid point of a triangle and each vertex.
The take-out hole 112a is formed of an elastic material around the hole, and functions to hold the next piece of home tissue paper P after the home tissue paper P stored in the storage space S is pulled out by applying an appropriate resistance to the home tissue paper P. When the household tissue paper P is roll paper, the household tissue paper P can be cut by perforations provided in the household tissue paper P for cutting.
In particular, a bulging portion 112b bulging in a substantially spherical shape is formed substantially at the center of the taking-out portion 112, and a taking-out hole 112a is provided in the bulging portion 112 b. That is, the extraction hole 112a is provided in the expanded portion 112b in the form of a substantially spherical expansion in the extraction portion 112.
Further, a protruding piece 112c protruding from the edge of the extraction hole 112a on the near side toward the rear of the side of the container body 1 to which the opening/closing lid 2 is attached is provided.
(Tab)
The protruding piece 112c is a portion that comes into sliding contact with the household tissue P pulled out from the take-out hole 112a, and is provided to apply an appropriate resistance to the household tissue P pulled out from the take-out hole 112 a.
Specifically, when the user opens the opening/closing lid 2 of the home tissue paper storage container 100 to take out the home tissue paper P, the user stretches his or her hand from the front side of the storage container 100 to pull out the home tissue paper P from the take-out hole 112a so that the opening/closing lid 2 in a posture standing up on the rear side of the storage container 100 does not hinder the operation of taking out the home tissue paper P, and therefore the home tissue paper P pulled out from the take-out hole 112a comes into sliding contact with the protruding piece 112c on the edge on the near front side.
At this time, the projecting piece 112c projecting rearward from the edge on the near side comes into sliding contact with the household tissue P pulled out to the near side from the taking-out hole 112a, whereby the projecting piece 112c can apply an appropriate resistance to the household tissue P, and the household tissue P can be prevented from being excessively pulled out from the taking-out hole 112 a.
That is, the tab 112c projecting rearward from the edge on the near side has the following function: the household tissue paper P pulled out to the near side from the take-out hole 112a is given an appropriate frictional force, and the next household tissue paper P pulled out after the household tissue paper P used is pulled out is not excessively pulled out from the take-out hole 112 a.
Then, the next piece of household tissue paper P pulled out after the next piece of household tissue paper P to be used is held in the take-out hole 112a in a state where one end portion thereof is pulled out by an appropriate length (see fig. 4).
One end of the household tissue P held in the taking-out hole 112a is supported by 3 protruding pieces including the protruding piece 112c on the front side.
Since the extraction hole 112a for holding one end of the household tissue paper P is provided in the bulge portion 112b of the extraction portion 112, the tip end side of each protruding piece (112c) is positioned higher than the base surface (extraction portion 112) around the bulge portion 112 b.
One end of the household tissue paper P is supported by the protruding piece (112c) at a position higher than the surrounding and held in the taking-out hole 112a, so that the household tissue paper P can be easily taken up.
(Main body side closed ring part)
As shown in fig. 2, the main body side sealing ring portion 113 is a convex portion that protrudes upward in a ring shape so as to surround the taking-out hole 112a, and as shown in fig. 3 to 5, a surface on the outer peripheral side thereof is formed to be fitted to a surface on the inner peripheral side of the opening/closing cover side sealing ring portion 22 formed in the opening/closing cover 2 described later.
(locking unit)
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the locking unit 114 is formed in a button shape having a main body side claw portion 1141, and the main body side claw portion 1141 is engaged with an open/close cover side claw portion 21 formed on the open/close cover 2 described later, thereby locking the open/close cover in a closed state, and when a user presses the locking unit 114, the engagement between the main body side claw portion 1141 and the open/close cover side claw portion 21 is released, and the open/close cover 2 is opened.
(Upper fitting part)
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the upper fitting portion 116 is formed around the lower opening of the container body upper portion 11 except for the rear side where the container body upper portion 11 and the container body lower portion 12 are connected, and as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the lower end portion protrudes only in the outer peripheral side, and an upper protruding portion 1161 is formed, and the inner peripheral side surface of the upper protruding portion 1161 is formed to be fitted to the outer peripheral side surface of a lower protruding portion 1211 formed in the lower fitting portion 121 of the container body lower portion 12 described later.
The upper fitting portion 116 is formed such that the upper protruding portion 1161 has a length of preferably 0.5mm to 5mm in the vertical direction, and more preferably 1mm to 3 mm.
(Material of upper part of container body)
The removal portion 112, the main body side sealing ring portion 113, and the biasing means 3 on the upper surface of the container main body upper portion 11 are formed of a material having elasticity (hereinafter referred to as "elastic material") such as a thermoplastic elastomer such as styrene-butadiene, polyester, polyethylene, or polyurethane. The elastic material preferably has a hardness of 20 to 90. The hardness was measured in accordance with JIS K6253 (type A durometer).
The upper fitting portion 116 of the container main body upper portion 11 is also formed of the same elastic material.
The other part of the container body upper part 11 is formed of a polyolefin resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene, for example.
They are integrally formed by injection molding (two-color molding).
If the hardness of the elastic material is lower than the above, the elastic material is too soft to be molded, and molding efficiency is deteriorated. Further, the urging means 3 does not sufficiently urge the opening/closing cover 2 in the opening direction.
When the hardness is higher than the above, the periphery of the take-out hole 112a is hardened to cause an excessive resistance, which makes it difficult to take out the sheets one by one and to insert fingers into the container when pulling out the sheets. The biasing unit 3 biases the opening/closing cover 2 in the opening direction too strongly.
Therefore, the hardness of the elastic material is preferably within the above range.
(lower part of container body)
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, container body lower portion 12 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having an opening on the upper surface, and a lower fitting portion 121 that fits into upper fitting portion 116 of container body upper portion 11 is formed around the opening on the upper surface. Further, a lower non-slip portion 122 is formed on the lower surface.
(lower fitting part)
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the lower fitting portion 121 is a portion formed around the upper opening of the container body lower portion 12 except for the rear side where the container body lower portion 12 and the container body upper portion 11 are connected, and as shown in fig. 3 to 5, is formed such that the upper end portion protrudes only on the inner periphery side, and is formed with a lower protruding portion 1211, and the outer peripheral side surface of the lower protruding portion 1211 is fitted to the inner peripheral side surface of the upper protruding portion 1161 formed in the upper fitting portion 116 of the container body upper portion 11.
The lower fitting portion 121 is formed such that the lower projection 1211 has a length of preferably 0.5mm to 5mm, and more preferably 1mm to 3mm in the vertical direction.
The upper protruding portion 1161 of the upper fitting portion 116 may be formed to protrude only on the inner peripheral side, the lower protruding portion 1211 of the lower fitting portion 121 may be formed to protrude only on the outer peripheral side, and the outer peripheral side surface of the upper protruding portion 1161 may be fitted to the inner peripheral side surface of the lower protruding portion 1211.
The upper protruding portion may be formed so as to protrude at a central portion between the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side, the lower protruding portion may be formed so as to protrude at both the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side, a recess may be formed therebetween, and the recess between the upper protruding portion and the lower protruding portion may be fitted. Conversely, the upper protruding portion may be formed so as to protrude on both the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side with a recess therebetween, the lower protruding portion may be formed so as to protrude at the center portion between the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side, and the recess between the lower protruding portion and the upper protruding portion may be fitted.
(lower non-slip part)
The lower non-slip portion 122 is a portion for making the container 100 for storing household tissue paper less likely to slip when the container is placed thereon, and is formed by integrally providing a portion formed of an elastic material and other portions on the lower surface of the container main body lower portion 12.
(Material of lower part of Container body)
The lower fitting portion 121 and the lower non-slip portion 122 of the container body lower portion 12 are formed of the same elastic material as that used for the container body upper portion 11, and the other portions are formed of a polyolefin resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene, for example.
They are integrally formed by injection molding (two-color molding).
{ opening and closing cover }
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the opening/closing lid 2 is a flat substantially rectangular member turnably connected to the rear side of the recess 111 of the container main body upper portion 11, and includes an opening/closing lid side claw portion 21 on the front side and an opening/closing lid side sealing ring portion 22 on the lower surface side.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the opening/closing lid 2 is formed so that its shape in plan view when closed is substantially the same as the shape in plan view of the recess 111 of the container main body upper portion 11, and so that it can fit into the recess 111 when closed.
As shown in fig. 4, the connecting portion between the opening/closing lid 2 and the container body upper portion 11 is formed to be thinner than the other portions, and the connecting portion can be easily bent, so that the opening/closing lid 2 can be easily turned about the connecting portion as a fulcrum.
(opening/closing lid side claw part)
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the open/close cover-side claw portion 21 is a claw portion protruding forward of the open/close cover 2, and is formed so as to engage with a main body-side claw portion 1141 of the engaging unit 114 formed on the container main body upper portion 11, thereby engaging in a closed state, and when a user presses the engaging unit 114, the engagement of the main body-side claw portion 1141 with the open/close cover-side claw portion 21 is released, and the open/close cover 2 is opened by a biasing unit 3 described later.
(side sealing ring of opening/closing cover)
As shown in fig. 2, the opening/closing cover side sealing ring portion 22 is a projection formed in a downward annular shape at the center of the lower surface side when the opening/closing cover 2 is closed, and as shown in fig. 3 to 5, is formed such that the inner circumferential surface thereof is fitted to the outer circumferential surface of the main body side sealing ring portion 113 formed in the container main body upper portion 11.
(Material of opening/closing cover)
The opening/closing cover 2 is formed of a polyolefin resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene.
The opening/closing lid 2 is integrally formed with the container body 1 by injection molding (two-color molding).
{ force application unit }
The biasing means 3 biases the opening/closing cover 2 in the opening direction in which it stands, and when the user presses the locking means 114 to release the engagement between the main body-side claw portions 1141 and the opening/closing cover-side claw portions 21, the opening/closing cover 2 is rotated about a rear connecting portion with the container main body upper portion 11 as a rotation axis to be opened.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the biasing means 3 is formed by providing a portion formed of an elastic material in the container main body upper portion 11 so as to be connected to the rear side of the main body side sealing ring portion 113 of the container main body upper portion 11. That is, the biasing unit 3 is integrally formed with the main body side sealing ring portion 113 of the container main body upper portion 11, which is formed of an elastic material.
The biasing means 3 is formed of an elastic material similar to that used for the extraction portion 112 and the main body side sealing ring portion 113 of the container main body upper portion 11.
The urging unit 3 is formed in a belt shape having a width of preferably 2mm to 30mm, more preferably 8mm to 10mm, and a thickness of preferably 0.5mm to 3mm, more preferably 1mm to 2 mm.
The biasing unit 3 is formed in such a size that the opening/closing cover 2 can be easily pushed up, and the biasing unit 3 can be easily bent in the concave portion 111 when the opening/closing cover 2 is closed.
As shown in fig. 3, when the opening/closing cover 2 is closed, the urging means 3 is bent in the vicinity of the base of the opening/closing cover 2. Then, after the user presses the locking means 114 to release the engagement between the main body side claw portions 1141 and the open/close cover side claw portions 21, the open/close cover 2 is opened by the reaction force to be restored by the folded biasing means 3, and the state shown in fig. 4 is obtained.
When the user closes the opening/closing cover 2, if the opening/closing cover 2 is pressed from above, the biasing means 3 is bent, and the state shown in fig. 3 is obtained.
[ Effect of the embodiment ]
According to the home tissue paper storage container 100 of the present embodiment, when the user operates the locking means 114 to release the locking of the opening/closing cover 2, the urging means 3 automatically pushes up the opening/closing cover 2, and therefore, the opening of the opening/closing cover 2 during the use of the home tissue paper becomes easy.
Further, since the taking-out hole 112a for holding one end of the household tissue P is provided in the bulge portion 112b of the taking-out section 112, the one end of the household tissue P held in the taking-out hole 112a at a position higher than the surrounding area can be easily picked up, and the one end can be easily picked up to pull out the household tissue P.
Further, since the take-out section 112 provided with the take-out hole 112a is formed of an elastic material, it is possible to apply an appropriate resistance to the household tissue paper P pulled out from the take-out hole 112a, and it is possible to appropriately hold the next piece of household tissue paper P after the household tissue paper P stored in the storage space S is pulled out. When the household tissue paper P is roll paper, the household tissue paper P can be cut appropriately by perforations provided in the household tissue paper P for cutting.
In particular, the extraction hole 112a is provided with a projecting piece 112c projecting rearward from the edge on the near side thereof, and the projecting piece 112c is brought into sliding contact with the household tissue P pulled out to the near side from the extraction hole 112a to apply an appropriate frictional force, whereby the next household tissue P pulled out after the household tissue P used is pulled out next can be prevented from being excessively pulled out from the extraction hole 112 a.
Since the next piece of home tissue P pulled out from the take-out hole 112a is held in the take-out hole 112a with one end thereof pulled out by an appropriate length, the home tissue P held in the take-out hole 112a does not become an obstacle when the open/close cover 2 is closed.
Further, since the household tissue paper P held in the take-out hole 112a is not sandwiched by the opening/closing cover 2, there is no problem that the household tissue paper P (wet tissue paper) exposed to the outside of the container by being sandwiched by the opening/closing cover 2 is dried.
In the case of the home tissue storage container 100 provided with the take-out hole 112a (take-out section 112) having the projecting piece 112c, the home tissue P can be appropriately pulled out and used, and one end portion of the next piece of home tissue P pulled out after the home tissue P pulled out and used next can be held by the take-out hole 112a without preventing the opening/closing lid 2 from being closed.
Further, the household tissue paper P pulled out by an appropriate length is held in the take-out hole 112a, and thus the case where the household tissue paper P stored in the household tissue paper storage container 100 is pulled out and used can be appropriately repeated.
The container body 1 is composed of a container body upper part 11 and a container body lower part 12, which are connected to each other at the rear, whereby the container body 1 can be opened at the center part thereof, and the household tissue paper P stored in the storage space S therein can be replaced.
Therefore, when the household tissue paper P is to be replaced, the replacement work can be performed without lifting up the household tissue paper storage container 100 and while it is kept placed on a table or the like.
The container body upper part 11 and the container body lower part 12 are connected to each other at the rear, and the container body upper part 11 is rotated with respect to the container body lower part 12 with the connection part as a fulcrum, so that the storage space S can be opened and closed. Therefore, after replacement or the like, the container body upper part 11 and the container body lower part 12 can be easily fitted to each other without aligning the positions one by one, and the container body can be closed, so that the trouble of replacing the household tissue paper P inside can be reduced.
Further, since the upper fitting portion 116 is formed of an elastic material in the container body upper portion 11 and the lower fitting portion 121 is formed of an elastic material in the container body lower portion 12, these portions are fitted to each other when the container body 1 is closed, and therefore, the airtightness of the container body 1 can be improved. Since both the upper fitting portion 116 and the lower fitting portion 121 are formed of an elastic material, this effect can be particularly enhanced.
Further, since the lower non-slip portion 122 is formed of an elastic material on the lower surface of the container body 1, stability when the container body 1 is placed on a desk or the like can be improved.
[ modified examples ]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
Fig. 6A is a plan view showing the extraction hole 112a and the protruding piece 112c in the extraction portion 112 of the above embodiment.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the substantially inverted Y-shaped taking-out hole 112a in which the 3 slits are formed so as to connect the centroid point of the equilateral triangle and the respective vertexes is formed in the substantially center of the upper surface of the container main body (the substantially center of the taking-out portion 112) has been described as an example, but the substantially inverted Y-shaped taking-out hole 112a in which the 3 slits are formed so as to connect the centroid point of the isosceles triangle and the respective vertexes may be formed at a position on the rear side of the upper surface of the container main body (a position on the rear side of the taking-out portion 112), as shown in fig. 6B, for example.
In particular, as in the case of the taking-out hole 112a shown in fig. 6B, a projecting piece 112c projecting rearward from the edge on the near side is formed larger than the other two projecting pieces, and the tip of the projecting piece 112c is positioned rearward of the center of the taking-out portion 112 on the side where the opening/closing cover 2 is attached to the container body 1.
That is, the protruding piece 112c protruding rearward from the edge of the extraction hole 112a on the near side is provided so that the tip thereof is positioned rearward of the center of the extraction portion 112 on the side where the opening/closing lid 2 is attached to the container body 1.
As described above, when the taking-out hole 112a is formed in the taking-out section 112 on the upper surface of the container body at a position closer to the rear, and the tip of the projecting piece 112c at the edge of the taking-out hole 112a on the near side is located further to the rear than the center of the taking-out section 112, the position where the projecting piece 112c comes into sliding contact with the household tissue P pulled out from the taking-out hole 112a on the near side becomes a position closer to the rear of the upper surface of the container body (the taking-out section 112), and the next household tissue P pulled out after the household tissue P used is pulled out is held in the taking-out hole 112a located further to the rear.
In this way, by making the distance between the household tissue paper P held in the extraction hole 112a located at the rear side of the extraction part 112 and the standing piece on the front surface side of the main body side closed ring part 113 wider, even if one end of the household tissue paper P pulled out to the front side from the extraction hole 112a is tilted forward or tilted, it is possible to prevent the one end from becoming an obstacle when the opening/closing lid 2 is closed.
The shape of the extraction hole 112a is not limited to a substantially inverted Y shape.
For example, as shown in fig. 7A, the extraction hole 112a may have an arcuate shape.
Even in the case of the removal hole 112a having the arch shape, a projecting piece 112c projecting from the edge on the near side thereof toward the rear of the side of the container body 1 to which the opening/closing cover 2 is attached can be provided, and the projecting piece 112c comes into sliding contact with the household tissue P pulled out from the removal hole 112a toward the near side, thereby applying an appropriate frictional force to the household tissue P.
As shown in fig. 7B, the extraction hole 112a may have a fan shape (a fan shape having a center angle of 180 ° or more).
Even in such a fan-shaped take-out hole 112a, a projecting piece 112c projecting from the edge on the near side thereof toward the rear of the side of the container main body 1 to which the opening/closing cover 2 is attached can be provided, and the projecting piece 112c is brought into sliding contact with the household tissue P pulled out from the take-out hole 112a toward the near side, thereby applying an appropriate frictional force to the household tissue P.
As shown in fig. 7C, the extraction hole 112a may have a polygonal shape (here, a substantially star shape).
Even in such a polygonal removal hole 112a, a projecting piece 112c projecting from the edge on the near side thereof toward the rear of the side of the container body 1 to which the opening/closing lid 2 is attached can be provided, and the projecting piece 112c is brought into sliding contact with the household tissue P pulled out from the removal hole 112a toward the near side, thereby applying an appropriate frictional force to the household tissue P.
[ other embodiments ]
In the above embodiment, the extraction hole 112a is provided in the bulging portion 112b provided substantially at the center of the extraction portion 112, but for example, as shown in fig. 8, the bulging portion 112b may be provided at a position closer to the rear in the extraction portion 112, and the extraction hole 112a may be provided in the bulging portion 112b closer to the rear.
By doing so, the tip of the protruding piece 112c protruding rearward from the edge on the near side can be positioned rearward of the center of the removing portion 112 on the side of the container body 1 to which the opening/closing lid 2 is attached.
Even in this case, the distance between the household tissue paper P held in the take-out hole 112a located at the rear position in the take-out section 112 and the standing piece on the front surface side of the main body side closed ring section 113 can be made wider, and even if one end of the household tissue paper P pulled out to the front side from the take-out hole 112a and held is tilted forward or tilted, this can be prevented from becoming an obstacle when the open/close lid 2 is closed.
