Therefore, the hand hole can be effectively formed under the condition that the reinforcing steel bar penetrates through the hand hole, the reinforcing steel bar is not changed, and the problem that the reinforcing steel bar is difficult to avoid due to interference or blocking between the hand hole of the pre-buried wire box and the reinforcing steel bar is solved.
