Background
Music treatment was formally a subject at Michigan State university, USA, 1944. Over half a century of development, music therapy has become a mature and complete marginal discipline, with as many as hundreds of established clinical treatments, and forming a large theoretical genre. There are nearly 80 colleges in the united states with music treatment professions, culturists, masters and doctor students. Approximately 4000 countries registered music therapists in the united states work in psychiatric hospitals, general hospitals, geriatric hospitals, pediatric hospitals, special education schools, and various psychology clinics. Since the last 70 years music treatments have been introduced into asia.
Music therapy is a systematic interventional process in which therapists use various forms of music experience and therapeutic relationships developed during therapy as motivations for therapy to help the subject achieve a healthy goal.
Music is not simply a recreation mode, can be used as a method for treating diseases, can be cultured in emotions and viewpoints of school students, can relieve pre-competition tension of athletes, and can improve competition results, and modern physiology also proves that the music can influence blood pressure of people, namely, fast-paced music can increase blood pressure, soft and slow music can reduce blood pressure, researches show that after pleasant music is transmitted into cerebral cortex through auditory organs of a human body, the music can well stimulate the nervous system, has a certain effect on the cardiovascular system, the endocrine system, the digestive system and the motor system, and meanwhile, the current somatosensory music therapy is composed of traditional music therapy and somatosensory equipment, somatosensory music stimulates central nerves to secrete endorphins, dopamine, epinephrine and the like, so that the enzymes and neurotransmitters beneficial to health can improve the nervous system of the human body, The cardiovascular system and the endocrine system, and regulate heart rate, respiratory rhythm, blood pressure, etc. But among them the following drawbacks: firstly, the detection of the physical and mental states of the user is not completely unreliable, so that the music treatment effect is poor; secondly, some therapeutic instruments cannot change music in real time according to the physical and mental states of users, so that the music therapeutic effect is poor and the therapeutic efficiency is low; some treatment apparatuses can be replaced in real time, but the replacement generally adopts the following two ways: one is to replace the music immediately, if the difference between the sound conditions of two pieces of music is too large, the psychological state of the user can be changed, the treatment process is greatly influenced, and the other is to replace the music when the music which is played is stopped, but the psychological state of the user cannot be guaranteed not to be changed, so that the music treatment effect cannot be obviously improved after the music is replaced in a delayed way.
