In the present application, oral health management systems, methods, and apparatus, and electronic devices are provided. Each of the schemes is described in detail in the following examples.
First embodiment
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a block diagram of an embodiment of an oral health management system according to the present application. The system comprises: a server 1 and a client 2.
The server 1 may be a server deployed on a cloud server, or may be a server dedicated to oral health management, and may be deployed in a data center. The server may be a cluster server or a single server.
The client 2 includes but is not limited to a mobile communication device, namely: the mobile phone or the smart phone also includes terminal devices such as a smart toothbrush, a smart speaker, a personal computer, a PAD, and an iPad.

In this embodiment, the client is configured to collect oral cavity natural image data of a user, and send an oral cavity health determination request for the oral cavity natural image data to the server; and displaying the oral health information of the user returned by the server; the server is used for receiving the request; determining the oral health information at least according to the natural image data through an oral health prediction model based on an artificial intelligence technology; returning the oral health information to the client.
The oral health determination request at least comprises the oral natural image data, and can also comprise information such as user identification and the like. The oral cavity natural image data can comprise multi-frame image data in a section of oral cavity video, and multi-angle shooting is performed on oral cavity parts, so that the acquired multi-frame oral cavity image data can comprise more comprehensive oral cavity information, such as images of all teeth. The oral cavity natural image data may be data of an oral cavity image obtained by performing one-time shooting while aiming at a certain part of the oral cavity.
In one example, the client is terminal equipment such as a smart phone or a smart sound box, an oral health management application APP can be loaded on the terminal equipment, after a user opens the APP, the user can start acquisition and processing of oral natural image data through operation options (such as an oral health detection option) provided by the APP, such as a CMOS/CCD camera equipped by the smart phone or the smart sound box, and take and acquire N frames of oral continuous images to perform oral health detection.
In another example, the client is a terminal device such as a smart phone or a smart speaker, the device is connected to the smart toothbrush (the smart phone or the smart speaker may be connected wirelessly or in a wired manner), the user may start an image capturing function of the smart toothbrush when brushing teeth, if a bleeding tooth is found, an image of the tooth is captured, the natural image data of the oral cavity may be captured by a camera disposed on a surface of the smart toothbrush, the image data is sent to the client, and the client sends the data to the server.
In specific implementation, a user can register oral health management service provided by a service terminal through a client in advance to become a registered user of the service. The oral health determination request sent by the client to the server may include the oral natural image data and a user identifier.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 2, since the image capturing device of the client is usually a camera, the oral natural image data captured by the image capturing device is usually local image data in the oral cavity, and the user can generally capture an image of a tooth part that the user thinks is problematic.
After receiving the request, the server side can determine the oral health information at least according to the natural image data through an oral health prediction model based on an Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology; returning the oral health information to the client. The oral health prediction model can be an artificial intelligence model, and adopts a human intelligence similar mode to make oral health prediction reaction. The network structure of the oral health prediction model can include the common neural network structures of DNN, CNN, RNN and the like. The model may include a feature data extraction network, a health prediction network, and so on.
In specific implementation, the oral health prediction model may include a plurality of sub-models, such as an oral image modeling sub-model, an oral health determination sub-model, a tooth morphology prediction sub-model, and the like, and these sub-models may run in parallel or in series, for example, output data of a previous sub-model is used as input data of a subsequent sub-model.
In one example, the oral health prediction model includes an oral image modeling sub-model, and the server can fuse medical image data (such as an X-ray film) and the oral natural image data through the oral image modeling sub-model, and mark local teeth in the natural image on the X-ray film, so that a user can compare and observe the change situation of the local teeth in the natural image relative to corresponding teeth in the X-ray film, and the user can directly sense the change of the current tooth condition relative to the previous tooth condition, thereby prompting the user to go to a hospital in time or perform further tooth health detection through the system provided by the embodiment of the application; therefore, the user experience can be effectively improved.
In another example, the oral health prediction model comprises an oral health determination submodel, and the server side can fuse the oral natural image data and the text information such as the description of the patient on the oral problems through the oral health determination submodel to automatically give the oral health detection result. And the server can also automatically give an oral health detection result according to the oral natural image data through the oral health determination submodel.
The oral health information may include damage conditions of teeth, such as whether there is caries, what degree the caries is in, whether there is no teeth, whether there is a problem with a tooth growth tendency, and the like; health of the gums, such as whether or not there is gingival atrophy, to what extent the gums are atrophic, whether or not the gums are inflamed, etc.; breath conditions in the oral cavity, such as whether or not there is halitosis, the degree of halitosis, etc.; the distribution of bacteria in the oral cavity, such as whether there are sites in the oral cavity where bacteria are more concentrated, etc.
Compared with the detection result obtained by the existing oral health detection method based on image classification, the detection result given by the oral health determination sub-model is more accurate. The client can display the oral health information, so that a user can visually know the oral health information, and the user experience can be effectively improved.
In yet another example, the oral health prediction model includes a tooth form prediction sub-model, the server can fuse the currently acquired oral natural image data and the historically acquired patient oral image data through the tooth form prediction sub-model, and automatically give out future tooth form information according to information of all images, so that a user can intuitively perceive serious consequences possibly caused by untimely treatment of oral diseases, and the user can be prompted to perform oral disease treatment in time, and therefore user experience can be effectively improved.
In addition, the oral health prediction model comprises an oral health follow-up sub-model, the server can also fuse the oral natural image data and the historical oral health related information of the patient through the oral health follow-up sub-model, and automatically give an oral health detection result according to the information, wherein the result is more accurate than the detection result obtained by the existing oral health detection method based on image classification; therefore, the user experience can be effectively improved.

The oral treatment resource information can also be oral hospital information, oral doctor information, oral beauty service information and the like. The hospital can comprise a special department hospital for oral cavity or a comprehensive hospital provided with the department for oral cavity, and the pushed hospital information can comprise information such as names, addresses and contact telephones of the hospitals. The doctor may include information about the dentist, such as the dentist's name, age, contact phone, etc. In addition, symptomatic medicines, such as medicines for delaying the development of dental caries, medicines for providing nutrition to gums, and the like, can be pushed. For example, if the user is a child, a child's electric toothbrush may be pushed thereto; the user can push the intelligent toothbrush to the young and middle-aged people; the user is an elderly person and may push to him some toothbrushes specifically designed for the elderly person. For another example, if the user is a child, and the user can determine a treatment plan for temporarily retaining problematic teeth that affect future tooth growth, and for extracting other problematic teeth that do not affect future tooth growth, according to their age and the law of changing teeth at different locations.
The system provided by the embodiment of the application enables the user to treat or keep health for the damaged teeth of the user more pertinently by pushing the processing information matched with the damaged teeth condition of the user, avoids missing the treatment opportunity, and improves the treatment effect.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic device interaction diagram of an embodiment of an oral health management system according to the present application. In one example, the server is further used for constructing an oral health information database according to the oral health related information of the user; performing oral health management according to the database.
The database can store corresponding records between users and the oral health related information. The oral health related information includes, but is not limited to: user personal information, oral cavity natural image data, oral cavity medical image data, oral cavity health description information, oral cavity health follow-up information, family oral cavity medical history, and the like. The user personal information may include information of user age, gender, residence and the like. In addition, the oral health-related information may further include a user's eating habits, tooth brushing habits, and the like. Table 2 shows correspondence records between the user of the present embodiment and the oral health-related information.

After the database is constructed, the server side can execute oral health management according to the database. With the wide application of the system, hundreds of new data can be added every day, and the accuracy of oral health diagnosis and treatment can be effectively improved through an artificial intelligence technology based on the oral health big data.
In one example, a user may send a data acquisition request to a server via a client, the server queries the oral health related information of the user from the database, and the client displays the oral health related information for the user to view.
In particular, the user may specify the type of oral health related information to be viewed, such as oral imaging information and oral health reports over a period of time.
In one example, a user may send a data authorization request for other users to a server via a client, the server marking the user as one who the other users are authorized to view the oral health related information. The other user may be a doctor user, so that the doctor user can view the oral health related information of the patient user through the client of the doctor user, so as to perform online diagnosis and treatment on the patient user. Table 3 shows the oral health related information authorization lookup table of the present embodiment.

In one example, the server can mine and determine the oral disease occurrence mode, the oral health type of each user and the like according to the information in the database.
In specific implementation, the oral health related text can be obtained; determining words included in the text and oral disease element types of the words; extracting oral disease features including text semantic information and oral disease element type information according to word vectors of words and element type vectors of oral disease element types through an oral disease feature extraction sub-network included in an oral disease element determination model; determining oral disease element information according to the oral disease characteristics through an oral disease element prediction subnetwork included in an oral disease element determination model; and determining the oral disease occurrence mode information according to the oral disease element information.
In addition, some statistical data about oral diseases, such as the proportion of patients with periodontitis, etc., can be formed according to the oral disease element information.
In specific implementation, the oral health related information of a plurality of users can be clustered through a clustering algorithm, and the oral health type and other information of each user can be determined. The oral health type can be periodontitis, dental caries, etc.
In one example, a doctor user may send a request for oral information query of a first user (patient user) to a server through his client; receiving oral health related information of a first user which is returned by a server and meets the query condition; performing an oral medical training process for a second user based on the oral health related information. By adopting the processing mode, the server can carry out oral medical training on primary doctors according to the information in the database. For example, according to the information in the database, diagnosis and treatment methods of various oral diseases in different disease stages (such as early disease stage, middle disease stage, severe disease stage, recovery stage, etc.) can be mined, oral disease training materials are formed, and the oral disease training materials are distributed to the primary doctor client side for learning.
In one example, a doctor user may send a first user oral information query request to a server through a client of the doctor user; receiving oral health related information of a first user which is returned by a server and meets the query condition; performing an oral medical autonomous learning process for a second user according to the oral health related information. With this processing, the doctor user can learn autonomously by querying the database. For example, a doctor can determine some key information of oral diseases (such as tooth damage description, gum color and the like), can query health detection information related to the key information of the diseases through the database, and can use the information to diagnose and treat patients, so that the hospital diagnosis capability with higher medical level can be sunk to the basic level, and the diagnosis capability can be improved by basic level doctors, which is particularly important for regions with medical resource shortage and uneven distribution.
In one example, some medical-related institutions access a server of the system through a server inside the medical-related institutions and send a first user oral information acquisition request to the server; receiving oral health related information of a plurality of first users returned by a server; the internal server may perform oral health information mining processing according to oral health related information of a plurality of first users. For example, the oral health type information of the first users is determined according to the oral health related information of the first users through an oral health clustering model, and then statistical analysis can be carried out. For another example, the oral disease occurrence pattern information is determined from the oral health related information of the plurality of first users by an oral disease occurrence pattern determination model.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic device interaction diagram of an embodiment of an oral health management system according to the present application. In one example, the server is specifically configured to perform an oral health recovery prediction process on the user based on the historical oral health related information of the user and the current oral health related information. In the specific implementation, the server stores the historical oral health related information of the user, can include the oral health information predicted by the system and diagnosed by the hospital for a plurality of times, then the patient user has the phenomena of tooth bleeding or tooth pain feeling and the like when using the intelligent toothbrush for brushing teeth, the patient user can select the operation option similar to the oral health follow-up, the current tooth condition is shot through the intelligent toothbrush, the intelligent toothbrush sends the oral cavity image data to a mobile phone end of a user, the mobile phone end sends the image data to a server through an oral cavity health management APP, the server retrieves the historical oral cavity health related information of the user from a database, such as information about bleeding from the last brushing, oral health information predicted by the system in the past, etc., based on historical and current information, performing an oral health follow-up procedure, also referred to as an oral health recovery prediction procedure, on the patient user; oral health recovery information for the user is then returned to the client. The oral health recovery information may be information that the health condition is good, or information that the health condition is bad, or the like.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the oral health management system provided in the embodiments of the present application acquires oral image data of a user through a terminal device, and sends an oral health determination request for the oral image data to a server; the server side determines oral health information of the user at least according to the image data through an oral health prediction model based on an artificial intelligence technology; the terminal equipment displays the oral health information returned by the server; the processing mode combines the oral health prediction with user terminal equipment (such as a smart phone and a smart toothbrush), and carries out the recognition processing of the oral health through an oral health prediction model realized based on an artificial intelligence technology according to the oral images taken by the user at any time; therefore, the use convenience of the user and the oral health identification accuracy can be effectively improved, so that the timeliness of the oral health detection of the user is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Second embodiment
Corresponding to the oral health management system, the application also provides an oral health management method, and an execution subject of the method includes but is not limited to a terminal device, such as a smart phone, a smart toothbrush, a smart speaker, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a wearable device, and the like, and may be implemented by installing an Application (APP) on the terminal device or installing software on the desktop computer. Parts of this embodiment that are the same as the first embodiment are not described again, please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment.
The application provides an oral health management method, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: acquiring oral cavity image data of a user;
step 2: sending an oral health determination request aiming at the oral cavity image data to a server;
and step 3: and displaying the oral health information of the user returned by the server.
In particular, the oral cavity image data can be acquired through the intelligent toothbrush.
In one example, the server determines oral health recovery related information for the user according to the oral health information; accordingly, the method may further comprise the steps of: and displaying the oral health recovery related information which is pushed by the server and aims at the user.
In one example, a server determines oral health recovery information of the user according to the oral image data and historical oral health related information of the user; accordingly, the method may further comprise the steps of: and displaying oral health recovery information sent back by the server and aiming at the user.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, in the oral health management method provided in the embodiments of the present application, the terminal device acquires the oral image data of the user, and sends an oral health determination request for the oral image data to the server; the server side determines oral health information of the user at least according to the image data through an oral health prediction model based on an artificial intelligence technology; the terminal equipment displays the oral health information returned by the server; the processing mode combines the oral health prediction with user terminal equipment (such as a smart phone and a smart toothbrush), and carries out the recognition processing of the oral health through an oral health prediction model realized based on an artificial intelligence technology according to the oral images taken by the user at any time; therefore, the use convenience of the user and the oral health identification accuracy can be effectively improved, so that the timeliness of the oral health detection of the user is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Third embodiment
In the above embodiment, an oral health management method is provided, and correspondingly, an oral health management device is also provided. The apparatus corresponds to an embodiment of the method described above.
Parts of this embodiment that are the same as the first embodiment are not described again, please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment. The application provides an oral health management device includes:
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring oral cavity image data of a user;
the request sending unit is used for sending an oral health determination request aiming at the oral cavity image data to a server;
and the information display unit is used for displaying the oral health information of the user returned by the server.
Fourth embodiment
The application also provides an electronic device. Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, they are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
An electronic device of the present embodiment, the device includes: a processor and a memory; a memory for storing a program for implementing the oral health management method, the apparatus performing the following steps after being powered on and running the program of the method by the processor: acquiring oral cavity image data of a user; sending an oral health determination request aiming at the oral cavity image data to a server; and displaying the oral health information of the user returned by the server.
Such devices include, but are not limited to: the intelligent sound box can be used as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, an intelligent sound box and other equipment.
Fifth embodiment
Corresponding to the oral health management system, the application also provides an oral health management method, and an execution subject of the method includes but is not limited to a server, and the method can be implemented by any device. Parts of this embodiment that are the same as the first embodiment are not described again, please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
step 1: receiving an oral health determination request aiming at oral cavity image data of a target user, which is sent by a client;
step 2: determining the oral health information at least from the image data by an artificial intelligence based oral health prediction model;
and step 3: returning the oral health information to the client.
In one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: 1) determining oral health recovery related information for a target user according to the oral health information; 2) pushing the oral health recovery related information to the client.
In one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: 1) according to the oral health related information of the user, an oral health information database is constructed; 2) performing oral health management according to the database.
In one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: 1) performing oral health recovery prediction processing on the user according to the historical oral health related information of the user and the current oral health related information; 2) and returning oral health recovery information aiming at the target user to the client.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, in the oral health management method provided in the embodiments of the present application, the terminal device acquires the oral image data of the user, and sends an oral health determination request for the oral image data to the server; the server side determines oral health information of the user at least according to the image data through an oral health prediction model based on an artificial intelligence technology; the terminal equipment displays the oral health information returned by the server; the processing mode combines the oral health prediction with user terminal equipment (such as a smart phone and a smart toothbrush), and carries out the recognition processing of the oral health through an oral health prediction model realized based on an artificial intelligence technology according to the oral images taken by the user at any time; therefore, the use convenience of the user and the oral health identification accuracy can be effectively improved, so that the timeliness of the oral health detection of the user is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Sixth embodiment
In the above embodiment, an oral health management method is provided, and correspondingly, an oral health management device is also provided. The apparatus corresponds to an embodiment of the method described above.
Parts of this embodiment that are the same as the first embodiment are not described again, please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment. The application provides an oral health management device includes:
the request receiving unit is used for receiving an oral health determination request aiming at the oral cavity image data of the target user, which is sent by the client;
a prediction unit for determining the oral health information at least from the image data by an artificial intelligence based oral health prediction model;
and the information returning unit is used for returning the oral health information to the client.
Seventh embodiment
The application also provides an electronic device embodiment. Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, they are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
An electronic device of the present embodiment includes: a processor and a memory; a memory for storing a program for implementing the oral health management method, the apparatus performing the following steps after being powered on and running the program of the method by the processor: receiving an oral health determination request aiming at oral cavity image data of a target user, which is sent by a client; determining the oral health information at least from the image data by an artificial intelligence based oral health prediction model; returning the oral health information to the client.
Although the present application has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present application, and those skilled in the art can make variations and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application, therefore, the scope of the present application should be determined by the claims that follow.

2. As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (23)

1. An oral health management system, comprising:
the client is used for acquiring oral cavity image data of a user and sending an oral cavity health determination request aiming at the oral cavity image data to the server; and displaying the oral health information of the user returned by the server;
the server is used for receiving the request; determining the oral health information from at least the image data via an artificial intelligence based oral health prediction model.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
and the client is specifically used for acquiring the oral cavity image data through the intelligent toothbrush.
3. The system of claim 1,
the server is further used for determining oral health recovery related information aiming at the user according to the oral health information;
the client is also used for displaying the oral health recovery related information pushed by the server.
4. The system of claim 1,
the server is also used for constructing an oral health information database according to the oral health related information of the user; performing oral health management according to the database.
5. The system of claim 4,
the server is specifically used for executing oral health recovery prediction processing on the user according to historical oral health related information and current oral health related information of the user.
6. An oral health management method, comprising:
acquiring oral cavity image data of a user;
sending an oral health determination request aiming at the oral cavity image data to a server;
and displaying the oral health information of the user returned by the server.
7. The method of claim 6,
and acquiring the oral cavity image data through the intelligent toothbrush.
8. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
and displaying the oral health recovery related information which is pushed by the server and aims at the user.
9. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
and displaying oral health recovery information sent back by the server and aiming at the user.
10. An oral health management method, comprising:
receiving an oral health determination request aiming at oral cavity image data of a target user, which is sent by a client;
determining the oral health information at least from the image data by an artificial intelligence based oral health prediction model;
returning the oral health information to the client.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
determining oral health recovery related information for a target user according to the oral health information;
pushing the oral health recovery related information to the client.
12. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
according to the oral health related information of the user, an oral health information database is constructed;
performing oral health management according to the database.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
performing oral health recovery prediction processing on the user according to the historical oral health related information of the user and the current oral health related information;
and returning oral health recovery information aiming at the target user to the client.
14. An oral health management device, comprising:
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring oral cavity image data of a user;
the request sending unit is used for sending an oral health determination request aiming at the oral cavity image data to a server;
and the information display unit is used for displaying the oral health information of the user returned by the server.
15. An oral health management device, comprising:
the request receiving unit is used for receiving an oral health determination request aiming at the oral cavity image data of the target user, which is sent by the client;
a prediction unit for determining the oral health information at least from the image data by an artificial intelligence based oral health prediction model;
and the information returning unit is used for returning the oral health information to the client.
16. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing a program for implementing the oral health management method, the apparatus performing the following steps after being powered on and running the program of the method by the processor: acquiring oral cavity image data of a user; sending an oral health determination request aiming at the oral cavity image data to a server; and displaying the oral health information of the user returned by the server.
17. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing a program for implementing the oral health management method, the apparatus performing the following steps after being powered on and running the program of the method by the processor: receiving an oral health determination request aiming at oral cavity image data of a target user, which is sent by a client; determining the oral health information at least from the image data by an artificial intelligence based oral health prediction model; returning the oral health information to the client.
18. An oral health management method, comprising:
sending an oral cavity information query request of a target first user specified by a target second user to a server;
and displaying the oral health related information of the target first user returned by the server so as to conveniently carry out oral health diagnosis and treatment in an online mode or an offline mode on the target first user.
19. An oral health management method, comprising:
sending a first user oral cavity information acquisition request to a server;
receiving oral health related information of a plurality of first users returned by a server;
according to the oral health related information of the plurality of first users, oral health information mining processing is performed.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein performing an oral health information mining process based on the oral health related information of the plurality of first users comprises:
determining oral health type information of the first users according to the oral health related information of the first users through the oral health clustering model.
21. The method of claim 19, wherein performing an oral health information mining process based on the oral health related information of the plurality of first users comprises:
determining oral disease occurrence mode information according to the oral health related information of the plurality of first users through the oral disease occurrence mode determination model.
22. An oral health management method, comprising:
sending a first user oral cavity information query request to a server;
receiving oral health related information of a first user which is returned by a server and meets the query condition;
performing an oral medical autonomous learning process for a second user according to the oral health related information.
23. An oral health management method, comprising:
sending an oral information query request of a first user to a server;
receiving oral health related information of a first user which is returned by a server and meets the query condition;
performing an oral medical training process for a second user based on the oral health related information.
