Abstract
The invention relates to a traffic vehicle violation detection device and method, and belongs to the technical field of traffic safety. By adopting the traffic vehicle violation detection device and method, whether the vehicle is a violation high-risk vehicle is determined according to the historical data of the vehicle, the vehicle is searched and tracked by using the road monitoring equipment on the planned driving route aiming at the violation high-risk vehicle, and whether the driving behavior of the vehicle is the violation behavior is determined, so that the vehicle with higher violation possibility is actively searched, targeted detection is realized, the high-risk vehicle is prevented from being missed under the condition of large traffic flow, the violation detection efficiency and accuracy are improved, the realization process is simple and convenient, and the realization cost is quite low.

Technical Field

Background
In road traffic management, various road electronic devices, such as a speedometer, an electronic police and the like, are widely used for detecting vehicle violation behaviors. However, such current devices do not allow for active vehicle identification, and employ the same detection strategy for passing vehicles, which may miss vehicles when there are many. The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the device and the method for detecting the illegal action of the traffic vehicle, which can actively search the vehicle with higher illegal possibility, carry out targeted detection, have simple and convenient implementation process and low cost.
In order to achieve the above object, the traffic violation detecting method of the present invention comprises the steps of:
(1) identifying vehicle information and obtaining historical data of the vehicle;
(2) determining whether the vehicle is an illegal high-risk vehicle by using the historical data of the vehicle;
(3) acquiring a planned driving route of the vehicle for the violation high-risk vehicle;
(4) and searching and tracking the violation high-risk vehicle by using the road monitoring equipment on the planned driving route, and determining whether the driving behavior of the vehicle is the violation behavior.
In the method for detecting the illegal behavior of the traffic vehicle, the step (1) is specifically as follows: acquiring historical data of a vehicle in a plurality of time periods according to ETC data of the vehicle, wherein the historical data comprises: violation records, accident situations and accident liability situations.
In the method for detecting the illegal behaviors of the transportation vehicles, the plurality of time periods comprise three days, one week, half month, one month, three months, half year and one year.

In one embodiment, the method for detecting the illegal behavior of the traffic vehicle comprises the following steps:

(3) acquiring a planned driving route of the vehicle for the violation high-risk vehicle;
(4) and searching and tracking the violation high-risk vehicle by using the road monitoring equipment on the planned driving route, and determining whether the driving behavior of the vehicle is the violation behavior.
In a preferred embodiment, the step (1) is specifically: acquiring historical data of a vehicle in a plurality of time periods according to ETC data of the vehicle, wherein the historical data comprises: violation records, accident situations and accident liability situations. In the practical application of the traffic vehicle violation detection device and method, vehicle information can be acquired by using license plate recognition equipment, ETC and the like, and the historical record of the vehicle can be inquired in a database according to the vehicle information. Obtaining violation data of the vehicle from the historical records, wherein the violation data comprises overspeed, overweight, other illegal records, accident records and the like; and (3) integrating the violation data to carry out risk assessment on the vehicle, wherein the risk assessment can be carried out on the vehicle, and when the score exceeds a certain preset range, the vehicle is determined to be a violation high-risk vehicle. And further acquiring a planned driving route of the violation high-risk vehicle. For operation vehicles with a route uploading requirement, such as taxies, logistics vehicles and the like, a running route of the operation vehicles can be acquired through a network; for vehicles without route uploading requirements, such as private cars and the like, historical routes in historical data can be retrieved, and driving routes can be estimated in a fitting mode. And then searching and tracking the violation high-risk vehicle by using road monitoring equipment on the planned driving route, and determining whether the driving behavior of the vehicle is the violation behavior. Tracking the violation high-risk vehicle can be further realized according to historical violation data of the vehicle, for example, if the historical overspeed data of the vehicle is more, the vehicle is monitored by matching with a speedometer on a calling route; and if the overweight of the vehicle is recorded more, calling the wagon balance to realize monitoring.
By adopting the traffic vehicle violation detection device and method, whether the vehicle is a violation high-risk vehicle is determined according to the historical data of the vehicle, the vehicle is searched and tracked by using the road monitoring equipment on the planned driving route aiming at the violation high-risk vehicle, and whether the driving behavior of the vehicle is the violation behavior is determined, so that the vehicle with higher violation possibility is actively searched, targeted detection is realized, the high-risk vehicle is prevented from being missed under the condition of large traffic flow, the violation detection efficiency and accuracy are improved, the realization process is simple and convenient, and the realization cost is quite low.

Claims (8)
1. A method for detecting a traffic violation, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) identifying vehicle information and obtaining historical data of the vehicle;
(2) determining whether the vehicle is an illegal high-risk vehicle by using the historical data of the vehicle;
(3) acquiring a planned driving route of the vehicle for the violation high-risk vehicle;
(4) and searching and tracking the violation high-risk vehicle by using the road monitoring equipment on the planned driving route, and determining whether the driving behavior of the vehicle is the violation behavior.
2. The method for detecting a violation of a transportation vehicle as recited in claim 1, wherein the step (1) is specifically as follows:
acquiring historical data of a vehicle in a plurality of time periods according to ETC data of the vehicle, wherein the historical data comprises: violation records, accident situations and accident liability situations.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the plurality of time periods include three days, one week, one half month, one month, three months, one half year, and one year.
4. The method for detecting violation of transportation vehicles according to claim 2, wherein the step (2) is specifically as follows:

6. The method for detecting the violation of a transportation vehicle according to claim 5, wherein the step (4) is specifically as follows:
and calling road monitoring equipment on the planned driving route to find the violation high-risk vehicle, monitoring the violation high-risk vehicle, and determining whether the driving behavior of the vehicle is the violation behavior according to a monitoring result.
7. The method of detecting a violation of a transportation vehicle as set forth in claim 6, wherein the road monitoring device comprises: surveillance camera head, electronic police equipment, tachymeter and electronic weighbridge.
8. A traffic vehicle violation detection device comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores an application program, and wherein the processor, when reading and executing the application program, implements the traffic vehicle violation detection as recited in any one of claims 1-7.
