the process supervising and entering module (300) is used for establishing an automatic supervising and entering mechanism and supervising and entering project budget according to the automatic supervising and entering mechanism;
the information association module (400) is used for establishing internal association for the data in the project budget based on the dependency relationship among the data in the project budget; the dependency relationship comprises the dependency relationship between two or more of budget demand and transfer budget, budget details, purchase request forms and contracts.
2. The project budget full lifecycle management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the authority control module (100) specifically comprises:
the first control unit (110) is used for limiting management personnel to view the project budget of the corresponding department at the department level;
a second control unit (120) for setting up an individual scope of authority of the project budget for each user group at the user group level;
and the third control unit (130) is used for endowing different operation authorities for different operation users and carrying out authority verification on the operation users at the flow node level.

a fourth associating unit (440) for establishing association of the payment information with the corresponding contract by the contract number at the time of the payment registration.
