Description

Exhaust sensor fault detection method and device, air conditioner and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of equipment fault processing, in particular to a fault detection method and device for an exhaust sensor, an air conditioner and a storage medium.
Background
The exhaust gas sensor is an important component for detecting the operating state of the system. In order to ensure normal detection at high temperature, the lower limit of temperature detection of the exhaust gas sensor is about-20 ℃. Under the northern extreme low temperature condition, the phenomenon that the exhaust sensor falsely reports open-circuit faults possibly exists, and the reliability of the system is reduced.
In the prior art, when an equipment component is in fault in the operation process, the fault component is determined, temporary replacement data is further acquired, and then the temporary replacement data is used as the operation data of the fault component to control the equipment to operate, so that the equipment still operates without stopping under the condition that the component is in fault. Namely, when the air conditioner exhaust temperature sensor detects that a fault occurs, the temporary data is used for controlling the operation of the air conditioner, but the control mode does not solve the problem of misreporting the fault of the exhaust sensor in the extreme low-temperature environment.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a method and an apparatus for detecting a fault of an exhaust gas sensor, an air conditioner and a storage medium, wherein when the temperature of an external heat exchanger before starting up is lower than a second preset threshold, the air conditioner is controlled by a default exhaust gas temperature during starting up, so as to solve the problem of misinformation of the fault of the low-temperature heating exhaust gas sensor in the prior art, achieve reliable recognition of a detection scene, accurately detect the fault, and ensure reliable operation of a system under a low-temperature condition.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
an exhaust gas sensor fault detection method comprising the steps of:
s1: the air conditioner operates in a heating mode;
s2: recording the temperature Th of an outdoor evaporator before the compressor is started;
s3: judging whether the temperature Th of the outdoor evaporator before starting up is less than a first preset threshold value A, if not, ending the detection program; if yes, go to S4;
s4: if the outdoor evaporator temperature Th before starting up is less than the second preset threshold B, entering S5;
s5: in the starting process of the compressor, the air conditioner normally operates by treating at the default exhaust temperature;
the first preset threshold A, the second preset threshold B and the default exhaust temperature are preset temperature thresholds, and A is larger than B.
The invention provides a fault detection method for an exhaust gas sensor, which judges which interval the temperature Th of an outdoor evaporator is in before starting up through two preset thresholds, judges whether the exhaust gas temperature sensor has a fault under the extreme low temperature condition or not through the temperature of a heat exchanger and the frequency of a compressor when the temperature of the outdoor evaporator is lower before starting up, or processes according to the default exhaust gas temperature, so that an air conditioner normally operates, and the reliable operation of a system under the low temperature condition is ensured.
Further, the first preset threshold A is more than or equal to-10 ℃, and the second preset threshold B is more than or equal to-20 ℃.
By the arrangement, when the temperature Th of the outdoor evaporator is at a lower temperature, the exhaust gas sensor fault detection method can reliably and accurately detect whether the exhaust gas temperature sensor has a fault or not, ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner in a limit low-temperature environment and improve the working reliability of an air conditioning system.
Further, in step S3, if the outdoor evaporator temperature Th before starting up is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold value a, the detection method ends, and a routine exhaust sensor fault detection procedure is executed, where the routine exhaust sensor fault detection procedure is a detection procedure that compares the AD value detected by the exhaust sensor with the preset threshold value to determine whether the open circuit judgment condition is satisfied.
The setting ensures that the air conditioner can be normally judged when the air conditioner is in heating operation at normal outdoor environment temperature.
Further, in step S5, if it is detected that the AD sample value of the exhaust gas sensor satisfies the open circuit fault, the air conditioner is processed to normally operate at a default exhaust gas temperature, where the default exhaust gas temperature is a preset lower limit temperature sampled by the exhaust gas temperature sensor.
The air conditioner can run normally and reliably when the air conditioner is operated for heating at the extreme low-temperature environment temperature.
Further, in S4, if it is detected that the outdoor evaporator temperature Th before starting up is not less than the second preset threshold B, it is determined whether the detection exhaust sensor is open-circuited or not, based on the indoor condenser temperature Te after starting up the compressor and the compressor frequency.
Further, in S4, if it is determined that the outdoor evaporator temperature Th before the start-up is greater than or equal to the second preset threshold B, step S6 is executed, and step S6 includes the following steps:
s61: the temperature Te of the indoor condenser and the running frequency Fre of the compressor are sampled;
s62: judging whether the indoor condenser temperature Te is larger than a third preset threshold value C or not, and if so, entering S63; if not, returning to S61;
s63: judging whether Te-Te1 is larger than a fourth preset threshold value D, if yes, entering S64; if not, returning to S61;
s64: judging whether the compressor frequency Fre is greater than a fifth preset threshold value E or not, if so, entering S65; if not, returning to S61;
s65: sampling an AD value of the exhaust temperature sensor, and judging whether the AD value is smaller than a fixed threshold value F; when the AD value is smaller than F, judging that the exhaust gas sensor is in an open-circuit fault;
the third preset threshold C, the fourth preset threshold D and the fifth preset threshold E are preset control parameters, the fixed threshold F corresponds to the partial pressure of the circuit, and Te1 is a temperature detection value of the indoor condenser when the air conditioner is turned on.
According to the device, whether the exhaust temperature sensor fails under the low-temperature condition is judged through the temperature of the indoor condenser and the frequency of the compressor, so that the system can operate reliably under the low-temperature condition.
Further, in step S65, when the AD value is equal to or greater than F, the process returns to S3 for detection.
The arrangement further improves the reliability of the system operation when the air conditioner starts heating operation in a low-temperature environment.
The exhaust sensor fault detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the problem of false alarm of exhaust sensor faults at extreme low temperature, judges whether the exhaust sensor is in open circuit fault at low temperature according to the temperature and frequency conditions of the heat exchanger when the exhaust sensor runs in a heating mode under a low-temperature environment, and improves the reliability and the maintenance convenience of a system.

the calculation module is used for calculating the execution conditions met by the acquired outdoor evaporator temperature Th, the indoor condenser temperature Te and the compressor running frequency Fre;
and the execution module is used for detecting the open circuit of the exhaust sensor when the air conditioner is in heating operation according to the execution condition.

The invention also discloses a storage medium which stores computer readable program instructions, and the readable program instructions are read by a processor and executed to execute the steps of the exhaust gas sensor fault detection method.
Compared with the prior art, the exhaust gas sensor fault detection method, the exhaust gas sensor fault detection device, the air conditioner and the storage medium have the following advantages:
(1) according to the fault detection method of the exhaust gas sensor, according to the temperature interval of the temperature Th of the outdoor evaporator before starting, when the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger before starting is lower than a second preset threshold value, air conditioner control is executed at the default exhaust temperature in the starting process; when the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger before starting is not lower than a second preset threshold value and is lower than a first preset threshold value, detecting the fault of the sensor after normal heating is met; when the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger before starting is not lower than a first preset threshold value, executing fault detection of a conventional sensor; the response of the fault of the exhaust sensor in the heating process of the air conditioner in the extreme low-temperature environment is cancelled, so that the air conditioner can normally operate at the default exhaust temperature, the phenomenon that the exhaust sensor falsely reports the open-circuit fault in the starting process is avoided, the problem that the fault of the exhaust sensor falsely reports the fault in the extreme low-temperature process is solved, and the reliability of the system operation is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, objectives and functions of the present invention easy to understand, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the specific drawings.
Example 1
The invention discloses a fault detection method for an exhaust sensor, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the air conditioner operates in a heating mode;
s2: recording the temperature Th of an outdoor evaporator before the compressor is started;
s3: judging whether the temperature Th of the outdoor evaporator before starting up is less than a first preset threshold value A, if not, executing a fault detection program of a conventional exhaust sensor; if yes, go to S4;
s4: if the outdoor evaporator temperature Th before starting up is less than the second preset threshold B, entering S5;
s5: in the starting process of the compressor, the open-circuit fault of the exhaust sensor is not judged any more, the treatment is carried out at the default exhaust temperature, and the air conditioner operates normally;
the first preset threshold value A, the second preset threshold value B and the default exhaust temperature are preset temperature threshold values, A is larger than B, and the conventional exhaust sensor fault detection program is a detection program for comparing an AD value detected by the exhaust sensor with the preset threshold values and determining whether an open-circuit condition is met.
According to the exhaust sensor fault detection method, when the temperature Th of an external evaporator before starting is lower than a second preset threshold B, air conditioner control is executed at a default exhaust temperature in the starting process; when the temperature Th of the outdoor evaporator is not lower than a second preset threshold B and lower than a first preset threshold A before starting, the fault of the sensor is detected after normal heating is met, so that the exhaust sensor can judge whether the fault occurs under the extreme low-temperature condition according to the temperature of the heat exchanger and the frequency of the compressor under the low-temperature environment, and the reliable operation of the system is ensured; and when the temperature Th of the outdoor evaporator is not lower than a first preset threshold value before starting, executing fault detection of a conventional sensor, and according to a temperature interval in which the temperature Th of the outdoor evaporator before starting is positioned, canceling the false start fault response of the exhaust sensor when judging that the air conditioner starts to heat in a limit low-temperature state, so that the air conditioner can normally operate by processing with the default exhaust temperature.
As a preferred example of the present invention, A. gtoreq.10 ℃ and B. gtoreq.25 ℃. As an example of the present invention, A takes the value of [ -10, 0 ]; b is between-20 and-10.
By the arrangement, when the temperature Th of the outdoor evaporator is at a lower temperature, the exhaust sensor fault detection method can reliably and accurately detect whether the exhaust temperature sensor has a fault or not, ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner and improve the working reliability of the air conditioning system.
As a preferred example of the present invention, in step S5, even if it is detected that the AD sample value of the exhaust gas sensor satisfies the open circuit fault, the air conditioner is normally operated with the default exhaust gas temperature processing.
This setting makes the air conditioner at extreme low temperature, still can reliably heat, detects the sensor trouble again after satisfying normal heating, further avoids because the air conditioner when starting at extreme low temperature, because exhaust temperature sensor's erroneous judgement leads to air conditioning system out of work, further improves air conditioning system's reliability of working.
As a preferred example of the present invention, the default exhaust temperature is a preset lower limit temperature sampled by an exhaust temperature sensor. The default exhaust temperature refers to that the exhaust sensor is detected to be open-circuit, so that a temperature value cannot be identified.
The air conditioner can be normally started at a low temperature limit, and meanwhile, whether the exhaust temperature sensor has an open circuit fault or not can be accurately and reliably judged under the condition of meeting the heating condition, so that the safe and reliable operation of the air conditioner is ensured.
As a preferred example of the present invention, in S4, if it is detected that the outdoor evaporator temperature Th before the start-up is not less than the second preset threshold B, it is determined whether the detection exhaust gas sensor is open-circuited or not, based on the indoor condenser temperature Te after the start-up of the compressor and the frequency of the compressor.
Specifically, in S4, if it is determined that the outdoor evaporator temperature Th before the startup is greater than or equal to the second preset threshold B, step S6 is executed, and step S6 includes the following control steps:
s61: the temperature Te of the indoor condenser and the running frequency Fre of the compressor are sampled;
s62: judging whether the indoor condenser temperature Te is larger than a third preset threshold value C or not, and if so, entering S63; if not, returning to S61;
s63: judging whether Te-Te1 is larger than a fourth preset threshold value D, if yes, entering S64; if not, returning to S61;
s64: judging whether the compressor frequency Fre is greater than a fifth preset threshold value E or not, if so, entering S65; if not, returning to S61;
s65: sampling an AD value of the exhaust temperature sensor, and judging whether the AD value is smaller than a fixed threshold value F; if so, judging that the exhaust sensor is in open-circuit fault; if not, returning to S3;
the third preset threshold C, the fourth preset threshold D and the fifth preset threshold E are preset control parameters, the AD value and the fixed threshold F have a corresponding relationship with the partial pressure of the circuit, and Te1 is a temperature detection value of the indoor condenser when the air conditioner is turned on.
For example, the outdoor ambient temperature is-20 ℃, the resistance value of the temperature sensor is 465K, the circuit corresponds to the voltage dividing resistor 10K, the AD sampling precision is 10 bits, the calculation method is that F is (10/(10+ 465)). 1024/5 is 4.3, and the rounding result is F is 4.
That is, in S65, it is satisfied that the AD value is less than the fixed threshold F, that is, the evaporator temperature rises during heating, the air conditioner is in normal heating operation, and the system has a certain pressure difference.
At the moment, the heating is normal, the temperature of the inner disc rises, the exhaust temperature also rises, the amplitude value is possibly larger than the rise of the temperature of the inner disc, and the exhaust temperature sensor can sample normally to judge whether an open-circuit fault exists.
As an example of the present invention, in step S6, when the outdoor evaporator temperature Th before starting up is lower than the second preset threshold B, the air conditioner heats up in a low temperature environment, and when the compressor is started up, the air conditioner determines whether the exhaust sensor is open according to the indoor condenser temperature Te and the compressor operating frequency Fre, and returns to S3 to perform exhaust sensor fault detection after satisfying the normal heating.
As an example of the present invention, if the outdoor evaporator temperature Th is detected to be between the second preset threshold B and the first preset threshold a during the starting process of the compressor, it is indicated that the air conditioner is started at a low outdoor ambient temperature, whether the indoor condenser temperature Te obtained by the detection is greater than the third preset threshold C, if the indoor condenser temperature Te is greater than the third preset threshold C, it is indicated that heating is started, and after the heating is started, the indoor condenser temperature Te is gradually increased, and whether the difference value between the indoor condenser temperature Te and the indoor condenser temperature Te1 detected during the starting process is greater than the preset third preset threshold D is determined, whether the heating is started electrically or after the compressor is started, and only Te-Te1 > D is provided, further and accurately determining that the compressor is started for heating, and then, whether the detected compressor operation frequency is greater than the preset fifth preset threshold E, and judging whether the compressor is normally started or not, judging whether the AD value is smaller than a fixed threshold value F or not according to the AD value of the sampling exhaust temperature sensor, and further realizing the judgment of whether the compressor is started for heating or not and whether the exhaust temperature sensor has an open-circuit fault or not when heating is carried out in a low-temperature environment. If the compressor is operated, the outdoor evaporator temperature inevitably drops further, and if the discharge air temperature sensor AD value is not less than the fixed threshold value F, the flow returns to step S3 to detect again.
As an example of the present invention, the indoor condenser temperature Te, the compressor operation frequency Fre may be detected in real time, and the detection data of both are periodically performed at the judgment in the step S6; alternatively, the indoor condenser temperature Te and the compressor operating frequency Fre may be detected periodically, and the detection data of both may be periodically determined in step S6.
As an example of the present invention, the third preset threshold C, the fourth preset threshold D, and the fifth preset threshold E are preset thresholds in advance, and the setting of the thresholds is related to the model and the operating power of the device.
As an example of the present invention, in step S3, if the outdoor evaporator temperature Th before starting up is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold a, the exhaust gas sensor fault detection method according to the present invention ends, and a conventional exhaust gas sensor fault detection routine is executed.
