The two fastening blocks 621 are connected with a group of fastening pieces 67, each fastening piece 67 comprises a fastening bolt 671 arranged in the two fastening blocks 621 in a penetrating manner and a fastening nut 672 screwed on the fastening bolt 671, and the middle part of the moving block 653 is provided with a moving hole 654 for the fastening bolt 671 to penetrate out. When the locking block 65 is inserted into the locking groove 66, the moving block 653 is located between the two fastening blocks 621, and the moving hole 654 is aligned with the hole on the fastening block 621 through which the fastening bolt 671 passes, so that an operator can sequentially pass the fastening bolt 671 through one of the fastening blocks 621, the moving block 653 and the other fastening block 621 and then be screwed with the fastening nut 672, thereby fixing the moving block 653 and further improving the connection stability of the first half ring 61 and the second half ring 62.
Referring to fig. 5, the upper end surface of the first half ring 61 is formed with a moving groove 612 into which the end of the moving block 653 is fitted, and the moving groove 612 is located on a side of the fixing groove 611 away from the second half ring 62. Before the positioning member 6 and the lamp post 4 are connected, the locking block 65 is rotated to a side away from the second half ring 62, so that one end of the moving block 653 away from the locking block 65 is embedded into the moving groove 612, and at this time, the end of the locking block 65 in the horizontal direction does not exceed the first half ring 61, and the connection between the positioning member 6 and the lamp post 4 is not affected.

In addition, the dovetail block 71 is moved into the rotating groove 27 from the notch 271, and the end of the inserting block 73 is inserted into the slot 43 close to the notch, so that the lamp post 4 can be driven to rotate by using the pushing block, thereby changing the horizontal position of the lamp 5 and expanding the illumination range of the lamp 5. After the positioning bolt 741 is rotated to the right position, the positioning bolt 741 passes through the positioning block 74 and is screwed with the positioning screw hole 28 adjacent to the positioning block, so that the pushing element 7 and the lamp post 4 can be fixed in position.
