Abstract

In the production of the steel industry, blast furnace gas and converter gas are by-produced. The water seal cavity right below the lower through partition plate 4 is provided with a vent 12, so that liquid in two corresponding water seal bins can be vented when the equipment needs to be vented; in order to avoid the blockage of equipment caused by easily deposited materials in the condensate, the slag needs to be discharged regularly or irregularly. And a slag discharge port 10 is arranged on any one of the water seal cavities on the two sides of the lower through partition plate 4, and solid residues accumulated at the bottom of the first secondary water seal bin are discharged under the control of a valve.
The condensate inlet 7 is connected with a downcomer of a gas pipeline, condensate of the pipeline in the gas continuously enters the first water sealing cavity 14 through the condensate inlet 7, and a water replenishing port 8 is arranged at the lateral horizontal position of the pipeline of the condensate inlet 7 and used for replenishing liquid for closing the bin body. And (4) putting the equipment again at the initial stage of putting the drainer into service or after emptying and overhauling, and filling the inside of the drainer with water.
The condensate inlet 7 is provided with an electric valve, the closed bin body is provided with a liquid level sensor 6 for detecting the liquid level in the closed bin body, and the liquid level sensor 6 is used for detecting the liquid level and controlling the electric valve to be opened in a linkage mode when the liquid level is detected to be 'available'. When the liquid level sensor 6 detects that the liquid level is not available, the electric valve is controlled to be closed in a linkage mode, and meanwhile sound and light alarm is conducted to a control room, so that gas leakage and accident potential are avoided. The liquid level controller installed on the 6 interfaces is arranged in the water seal bin in the middle of the equipment, so that the safety is effectively guaranteed.
The conversion bin further comprises a conversion interface 11, wherein the conversion interface 11 is arranged at the upper part of the water seal cavity at the tail end of the closed bin body, and a water outlet 13 is arranged at the lateral horizontal position of the conversion interface 11. The water outlet 13 is connected with a drain pipe, and the drain water is collected and gathered to a sewage treatment system. The conversion interface 11 is generally plugged with a blind plate and used as an inspection port. But the main function of the device is that the device can be interchanged with the condensate inlet 7, and the conversion interface 11 is interchanged with the condensate inlet 7 and the water replenishing opening 8 is interchanged with the water draining opening 14 based on the actual situation of the site where the drainer is installed.
