The chain retainer 44 is made of a wear-resistant self-lubricating material, preferably ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and further comprises two chain retainers which are respectively and fixedly installed in the linear notches at the two sides of the clip-shaped rail 43. The chain 42 comprises a common roller chain and link pins 421, the link pins 421 are pins provided with threads and fixedly connected to common links, further two link pins 421 are arranged in one group, one group is arranged at intervals of the same number of links, the further chain 42 is installed in equal-width grooves of the clip track 43, and the further chain 42 is installed in a chain holder 44. The chain pins 421 and nuts connect the plurality of cone barrels 41 to the chain 42 at equal intervals through the link pin holes 413. Further each cone rack 41 has a separate number which is identifiable by a sensor mounted on the clip track 43.
When the cone barrel conveying mechanism works, the whole mechanism can convey the sleeved cone barrels 7 to taking positions and sequentially take the cone barrels, the sleeved cone barrels 7 can also be conveyed to non-taking positions to provide new taking positions, the number of the cone barrels 7 on each cone barrel frame 41 is recorded through an electric control device and a control program, in order to simplify the technical scheme, the positions and the coding modes of the sensors are not described, but a person skilled in the art knows or should know how to select and arrange the sensors in practical application.
