the first step: fixing the paper curtain: firstly, clamping a paper curtain (5) onto a paper frame (2) through a clamp assembly (4) on a mechanical arm (3), and pressing the paper curtain (5) onto the paper frame (2) through a pressing assembly (6) on the paper frame (2);
and a second step of: immersing into a slurry pool: the mechanical arm (3) is rotated, the clamp assembly (4) clamps and fixes the paper frame (2) and then immerses the paper frame into the pulp tank (1), and meanwhile, the paper frame (2) drives the pendulum bob (702) to tilt upwards through the connecting rope (703);
and a third step of: taking out the paper frame: after immersing the paper making frame (2) in the pulp tank (1) for a period of time, the mechanical arm (3) drives the paper making frame (2) to be lifted from the pulp tank (1) and placed on the fixing rod (104) and the paper making frame baffle (105), meanwhile, the pendulum bob (702) is arranged below to drive the connecting rope (703) to move upwards, and the connecting rope (703) drives the paper making frame (2) to move upwards, so that the mechanical arm (3) is assisted to lift the paper making frame (2) from the pulp tank (1);
fourth step, taking out the paper curtain: the pressing component (6) loosens the paper curtain, the clamp component (4) rotates the mechanical arm after loosening the paper frame (2), then the paper curtain (5) is clamped and fixed through the clamp component (4), the mechanical arm (3) moves, and the paper curtain (5) is taken down from the paper frame (2);
