为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种洗衣泡腾珠,各组成成分按照重量配比,包括甘油5-15份、去渍易漂因子15-25份、α-烯基磺酸钠1-5份、羟乙基纤维素1-5份、抑菌剂0.02-0.2份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-2份、仲烷基磺酸钠0.2-0.5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.2-0.5份和十二烷基硫酸钠0.2-0.5份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣泡腾珠,其特征在于,各组成成分按照重量配比,包括甘油5份、去渍易漂因子15份、α-烯基磺酸钠1份、羟乙基纤维素1份、抑菌剂0.02份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份、仲烷基磺酸钠0.2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.2份和十二烷基硫酸钠0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣泡腾珠,其特征在于,各组成成分按照重量配比,包括甘油15份、去渍易漂因子25份、α-烯基磺酸钠5份、羟乙基纤维素5份、抑菌剂0.2份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2份、仲烷基磺酸钠0.5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5份和十二烷基硫酸钠0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣泡腾珠,其特征在于,各组成成分按照重量配比,包括甘油10份、去渍易漂因子20份、α-烯基磺酸钠3份、羟乙基纤维素2份、抑菌剂0.1份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1份、仲烷基磺酸钠0.4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3份和十二烷基硫酸钠0.4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣泡腾珠,其特征在于,还添加有0.5-5的份崩解剂、3-5份的泡腾剂和1-2份的粘合剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣泡腾珠,其特征在于,去渍易漂因子为十二烷基葡糖苷、肉豆蔻酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸、二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠中的一种或多种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣泡腾珠,其特征在于,去渍易漂因子为十二烷基葡糖苷、肉豆蔻酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸、二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠混合而成;其中仲烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯葡糖苷的质量比为(1-2.8):(1-2.8):(1-2.8)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣泡腾珠,其特征在于,抑菌剂为茶皂素和甘草素的混合物,质量比为(1-3):(1-3)。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的洗衣泡腾珠的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、将羟乙基纤维素、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠混合,加热至65-85℃;
S2、在搅拌条件下依次加入甘油、去渍易漂因子,混合均匀后降温至45-55℃;
S3、依次加入抑菌剂、α-烯基磺酸钠、羟乙基纤维素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠和粘合剂,搅拌混合均匀,再加入泡腾剂、崩解剂;
S4、烘干造粒,得到洗衣泡腾珠。
