Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of coatings, in particular to a Chinese herbal medicine deodorization coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating can play a role in purifying air when applied to the field of coatings.
Background
With the development of society, the requirements of people on rooms become various, but the requirements are accompanied by a great deal of indoor pollution, because a great deal of artificial boards, adhesives, coatings and the like are used in the decoration process, the newly decorated rooms contain a great deal of various harmful pungent smells, researches show that the harm of indoor harmful gases is not only nose and eyes stimulation, but also great harm to human bodies after a long time, and on the other hand, the existing coatings do not have the capacity of purifying malodorous components in indoor air, so that the development of a deodorizing coating is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present application relates to a deodorant paint containing herbal ingredients, wherein the herbal ingredients are natural ingredients separated and extracted from natural plants. Through specific selection of natural plants, the Chinese herbal medicine components have antibacterial, bactericidal and deodorant effects, have good adsorption and decomposition effects on inorganic substances such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide and malodors such as low-molecular fatty acid, amines, aldehydes, ketones, ethers, halogenated hydrocarbons and organic substances, promote the original molecular structure of peculiar smell molecules to be changed, so that the peculiar smell is lost, and the effect of removing the peculiar smell is achieved; and it contains highly reactive functional compounds and terpenoids. Because the coating diameter of this application is little, and specific surface area increases, and specific surface effect increases, and the activity is strong, can adsorb the smell molecule in the air and it contains hundreds of active ingredient, and the environmental protection is no secondary pollution.
In order to achieve the purpose of the application, the application provides a Chinese herbal medicine deodorization coating composition, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
wherein the Chinese herbal medicine deodorant is aloe: and (3) yucca: and (3) camellia: ginkgo leaf: the Chinese herbal medicine deodorant extract with the total effective component of 25 percent is obtained by mixing and extracting ethanol according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1: 12. In the present application, ethanol may be anhydrous ethanol or ethanol containing a water content within 5%.
In the present application, "25% of total effective components" means a ratio of the weight of aloe, yucca, camellia and ginkgo leaves to the total weight of aloe, yucca, camellia, ginkgo leaves and ethanol.
In some embodiments, the aqueous synthetic resin emulsion may be an aqueous emulsion of a styrene-acrylate copolymer, such as commercially available ACRONAL 296DS emulsion from basf.
In some embodiments, the water may be deionized water or other purified water.
In some embodiments, the wetting agent may be one of polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ethers, polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ethers, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymers, or mixtures thereof, for example, LCN407 manufactured by clariant corporation.
In some embodiments, the thickener may be a polyurethane-based thickener, such as RM-8W manufactured by the Dow company; the dispersant may be ammonium polyacrylate dispersant, such as SN-DISPERSANT 5027 manufactured by Nopock; the antifoaming agent may be a mineral oil type antifoaming agent, such as NXZ of nippon family; the leveling agent may be a polyurethane-based leveling agent such as RM-2020 manufactured by dow corporation; the titanium dioxide can be rutile type titanium dioxide, such as R-996 titanium dioxide of Tetrapython.

In some embodiments, the pH adjusting agent may be 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol.
In another aspect, the present application provides a method of preparing the herbal deodorant coating composition as described above, comprising the steps of:
according to the raw material component ratio, sequentially adding a bactericide, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, an antifreezing agent, a pH regulator and a film-forming aid into water under a stirring state, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 1;
sequentially adding the Chinese herbal medicine deodorant, rutile titanium dioxide, kaolin, heavy calcium and diatomite into the mixture 1, and uniformly mixing to ensure that the fineness of the obtained feed liquid is less than or equal to 55 mu m, thereby obtaining a mixture 2;
sequentially adding the aqueous synthetic resin emulsion and the defoaming agent into the mixture 2, and uniformly mixing to obtain paint paste;
adding a leveling agent into the paint paste, uniformly mixing, adding a thickening agent, and adjusting the viscosity to 90-100KU to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine deodorizing coating composition.
Compared with the prior art, the traditional Chinese medicine deodorant is a plant deodorant added in the deodorant coating, so that the traditional Chinese medicine deodorant is better in environment-friendly effect and free of secondary pollution compared with the deodorant coating on the market. The plant deodorant is prepared and produced by utilizing the principle that natural plants adsorb and decompose various odor molecules, such as: the aloe absorbs and decomposes formaldehyde; absorbing and decomposing sulfur dioxide and ammonia by using yucca; absorbing and decomposing benzene and cresol by camellia; the ginkgo leaves absorb and decompose hydrogen sulfide. The plant deodorant generally has no strong fragrance, and fundamentally decomposes stink gas to really and effectively purify the environment.
According to the application, the selected traditional Chinese medicine deodorant is optimized through repeated comparison tests, and finally fresh aloe, yucca, camellia and ginkgo leaves on the market are selected, mixed according to the weight ratio of 1:1:1:1, smashed, added with 12 parts of 95% ethanol, soaked for 24 hours, extracted for 24 hours at low temperature under negative pressure, and filtered to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine deodorant extracting solution with 25% of total effective components. The traditional Chinese medicine deodorant has wide raw material sources and simple preparation process. Moreover, the Chinese herbal medicine raw materials are matched and optimized to obtain a better synergistic deodorization effect. The biggest difficulty of applying the Chinese herbal medicine deodorant to the paint is compatibility with the paint, the Chinese herbal medicine extracts are often essential oils and have incompatibility in the water-based paint, the 95% ethanol is adopted for extraction, and the obtained extract has good water-phase compatibility and can be well mixed into the water-based paint and keep stability.
