Abstract
The application provides a bottle lid and container, a bottle lid includes: the bottle cap comprises a bottle cap body, wherein the top of the bottle cap body is provided with a groove; the rotary handle is hinged to the top of the bottle cap body around a turnover shaft and can be turned upwards or downwards by taking the turnover shaft as an axis, so that the rotary handle is correspondingly erected on the top of the bottle cap body or accommodated in the groove. The bottle cap can be carried conveniently by rotating the handle to the top of the bottle cap; the bottle cap can be conveniently stored by rotating the handle to the inner part of the groove of the bottle cap.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of drink accessories, in particular to a bottle cap and a container with a rotary handle structure.
Background
In daily life, along with the development of society, the living standard of people is continuously improved, and more people are used to carry a container with them for temporary replenishment when going out, so various outdoor replenishment containers appear on the market to meet the replenishment demands of outdoor activities of people.
Most of bottle caps of the traditional containers are not provided with a handle structure, so that the bottle caps are very inconvenient to carry; and a small amount of containers with handle structures occupy too much space when being stored due to the structural design of the containers, and meanwhile, the containers are difficult to clean due to the fixed handle structures.
Accordingly, there is a need for a container configured with a closure that is convenient to carry, store and clean.
In this background section, the above information disclosed is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the application and therefore it may contain prior art information that does not constitute a part of the common general knowledge of a person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims at providing a bottle cap and a container which are convenient to carry, store and clean.
The application provides a bottle lid includes:
the bottle cap comprises a bottle cap body, wherein the top of the bottle cap body is provided with a groove;
the rotary handle is hinged to the top of the bottle cap body around a turnover shaft and can be turned upwards or downwards by taking the turnover shaft as an axis, so that the rotary handle is correspondingly erected on the top of the bottle cap body or accommodated in the groove.
According to some embodiments, the bottle cap further comprises a limiting block, the limiting block is movably arranged at the top of the bottle cap body, and the limiting block can be moved to leave or enter the overturning motion area of the rotary handle.
According to some embodiments, a surface of the groove is filled with a damping material that contacts the rotating handle when the rotating handle is received inside the groove.
According to some embodiments, the groove has a limiting detent therein, and correspondingly the surface of the rotary handle has a limiting detent.
According to some embodiments, the trip shaft includes a washer, a spring, and a locating pin.
According to some embodiments, the material of the swivel handle is hard plastic.
According to some embodiments, the swivel handle is height adjustable in a vertical direction.
According to some embodiments, the swivel handle has a through hole therethrough.
The application also provides a container comprising the bottle cap.

The application provides a bottle cap, which can be carried conveniently by rotating a handle to the top of the bottle cap; can realize the characteristic of being convenient for accomodate inside the recess of handle to the bottle lid through the rotation. Meanwhile, according to the structural material of the handle, the characteristic of convenient cleaning can be realized.
Hereinafter, a bottle cap according to an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1a shows a schematic structural view of a bottle cap according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 1b shows a schematic structural view of the bottle cap handle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application when it is raised.
Fig. 1c shows a schematic structural diagram of a bottle cap handle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application when switching states.
Fig. 1d shows a schematic structural view of the bottle cap handle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application when stored.
Referring to fig. 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d, the bottle cap of the exemplary embodiment includes a bottle cap body 101 and a rotary handle 103.
As shown in fig. 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d, the top of the bottle cap body 101 has a groove 10101, the rotating handle 103 is hinged to the top of the bottle cap body 101 around a turning shaft 10301, and the rotating handle 103 can be turned upwards or downwards by taking the turning shaft 10301 as an axis, so as to stand on the top of the bottle cap body 101 or be accommodated in the groove 10101.
According to some embodiments, the surface of the groove 10101 is filled with a damping material.
According to some embodiments, the material of the rotating handle 103 is hard plastic, but the application is not limited thereto.
According to example embodiments, the bottle cap of the present application may be used for various containers, such as drinking water kettles, lunch boxes, storage boxes, and the like, but the present application is not limited thereto.
Fig. 2a shows a schematic structural view of a bottle cap according to some embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 2b shows another schematic structural view of a bottle cap according to some embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2a and 2b, some embodiments of bottle caps comprise a bottle cap body 201 and a rotary handle 203.
As shown in fig. 2a and 2b, the top of the bottle cap body 201 has a groove 20101 and a limiting block 20103, the rotating handle 203 is hinged to the top of the bottle cap body 201 around a turning shaft (not shown), and the rotating handle 203 can be turned upwards or downwards by taking the turning shaft as an axis, so as to stand on the top of the bottle cap body 201 or be accommodated in the groove 20101.
According to some embodiments, the limiting block 20103 is movably disposed on the top of the bottle cap body 201, and the limiting block 20103 can be moved to leave or enter the turning motion area of the rotary handle 203.
According to some embodiments, the limiting block 20103 may be a sliding piece structure or a shift lever structure, and limits and fixes the rotating handle 203 during the turning motion of the rotating handle 203.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic structural view of a bottle cap according to another embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, a bottle cap according to another embodiment includes a bottle cap body 301 and a rotary handle 303.
As shown in fig. 3, the top of the bottle cap body 301 is provided with a groove 30101, the groove 30101 is internally provided with a limit catch 3010101, and correspondingly, the surface of the rotary handle 303 is provided with a movable limit catch 30303. The rotary handle 303 is hinged to the top of the bottle cap body 301 around a turning shaft 30301, and the rotary handle 303 can be turned upwards or downwards by taking the turning shaft 30301 as an axis, so as to stand on the top of the bottle cap body 301 or be accommodated in the groove 30101 correspondingly.
As shown in fig. 3, the flipping axis 30301 includes a washer 3030101, a spring 3030103, and a positioning pin 3030105.
According to another embodiment, the limiting clamping grooves can be arranged on two sides of the groove or in the center of the groove, and are used for limiting the positioning of the rotary handle.
According to another embodiment, the turning shaft may be formed by other structures with hinged rotation characteristics, and the specific structure of the turning shaft is not further limited in this application.
The embodiments of the present application have been described and illustrated in detail above. Rather, these principles can be applied to many other embodiments based on the teachings of the present disclosure.

According to some embodiments of the application, the bottle cap has multiple working states, and the bottle cap can be carried conveniently by rotating the handle to the top of the bottle cap; can realize the characteristic of being convenient for accomodate inside the recess of handle to the bottle lid through the rotation.
According to some embodiments of the application, the material of the rotary handle is hard plastic, and the middle of the rotary handle is provided with a hollow structure, so that the characteristic of convenience in cleaning can be realized while the strength is ensured.

Claims (9)
1. A bottle cap, comprising:
the bottle cap comprises a bottle cap body, wherein the top of the bottle cap body is provided with a groove;
the rotary handle is hinged to the top of the bottle cap body around a turnover shaft and can be turned upwards or downwards by taking the turnover shaft as an axis, so that the rotary handle is correspondingly erected on the top of the bottle cap body or accommodated in the groove.
2. The bottle cap of claim 1, further comprising a stopper movably disposed on the top of the bottle cap body, and the stopper is moved to leave or enter a turning motion region of the rotary handle.
3. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein a surface of the groove is filled with a damping material, the damping material contacting the rotary handle when the rotary handle is received inside the groove.
4. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein the groove has a stopper groove therein, and the rotary handle surface has a stopper pin correspondingly.
5. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein the turning shaft comprises a gasket, a spring and a positioning pin.
6. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein the material of the twist grip is hard plastic.
7. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein the rotary handle is height adjustable in a vertical direction.
8. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein the rotary handle has a through hole therethrough.
9. A container comprising a closure according to any of claims 1 to 8.
