Background
The passenger ship strictly controls vibration and noise, generally adopts an electric propulsion system, and is provided with a plurality of LNG dual-fuel generators. When selecting for use LNG as fuel, the permeability cell of the relevant system of LNG gas contains combustible gas, and the end opening part is the danger area. In order to reduce the distribution of dangerous areas, the exhaust is concentrated outwards and has a certain height, so that a ventilating mast is required to be arranged.
Although the conventional LNG dual-fuel ship is also provided with the air permeable mast, the air permeable mast is generally designed only in consideration of economy and practicability, and the arrangement position has large choice and is generally arranged on a relatively spacious top deck. The outer shape is generally designed to be round or square and arranged perpendicular to the deck.
The passenger roller boat is a boat for tourism and sightseeing, and the ventilating mast is positioned on an open deck. The weather deck of the passenger roller boat is a precious resource and is used for leisure and entertainment areas of passengers, and the ventilating mast arranged in the weather area needs to occupy the space as little as possible and avoids the movement areas of the passengers as much as possible. The ventilated mast should satisfy functionality, safety, position rationality and aesthetic property simultaneously. Conventional ventilated mast designs cannot simultaneously meet these requirements.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an LNG gas ventilation mast for a ro-ro passenger ship may include a barrel 1, a first ventilation tube 2, a second ventilation tube 3, and the like. The tank 1 is fixed to the weather deck 100 and has a height such that the area of danger is in a safe position. The whole cylinder body 1 is in an inclined design (inclined towards the stern) so that the whole passenger roller boat is harmonious and attractive. The inclination angle θ of the cylinder 1 is generally not less than 60 degrees. The cartridge 1 has first and second longitudinally extending channels 11, 12 spaced apart from one another. The first channel 11 and the second channel 12 are arranged in front and back, i.e. the first channel 11 is on the stern side and the second channel 11 is on the bow side. The top of the first channel 11 and the second channel 12 is provided with a ventilation net 4 and a rain cover 5. The main function of the air permeable net 4 is to prevent birds from entering it, but not to be too dense to prevent poor air release. The total effective through hole area of the ventilation mesh 4 should be not less than the total cross-sectional area of all ventilation tubes to ensure the exhaust effect. The first channel 11 is divided into a plurality of chambers 11a-11f which are spaced apart from each other, and the size of the chambers 11a-11f is positively correlated with the caliber size of the first ventilation pipe 2, that is, the caliber of the first ventilation pipe 2 is large, and the corresponding chambers are also large. The first ventilation pipes 2 extend a predetermined length (e.g. more than 5 cm) in the chambers 11a-11f after penetrating the weather deck 100, and the gas discharged from the first ventilation pipes 2 can continue to flow upwards through the chambers 11a-11f and finally be discharged through the ventilation net 4, i.e. the chambers 11a-11f correspond to the extension of the first ventilation pipes 2, so that space can be efficiently utilized without additional consideration of the installation space of the ventilation pipes. The caliber of the second permeability cell 3 is smaller than that of the first permeability cell 2. The second ventilation pipes 3 extend in the second channels 12 to the top after passing out of the weather deck 100, so that gas is discharged from the ventilation network 4. The second venting tube 3 abuts against both side walls of the second channel 12 for ease of installation and maintenance.
In the embodiment shown, the arrangement of the chambers 11a-11f is two rows of six. Of these, the middle two chambers 11c and 11d are largest for TCS ventilation, the two chambers 11e and 11f adjacent to the second channel 12 are smallest for double wall pipe ventilation, and the remaining two chambers 11a-11b are for TCS safety valve venting.
In the embodiment shown, the cylinder 1 is large in the middle and small on both sides and its cross-section comprises a rectangle in the middle and a first and a second isosceles trapezoids on both sides, wherein the second isosceles trapezoid is larger in both equal angle and height than the first isosceles trapezoid. The cross section of the part of the cylinder 1 corresponding to the chambers 11a and 11b of the first channel 11 is a first isosceles trapezoid, and the cross section of the part of the cylinder 1 corresponding to the second channel 12 is a second isosceles trapezoid. That is to say, this ventilative mast adopts to the stern tilt type to arrange outward appearance, and the whole polygon that is bilateral symmetry on the cross-section adopts the isosceles trapezoid design at the bow stern end, is favorable to reducing the windage, increases the aesthetic feeling in the vision.
The body cavity (i.e. the second channel 12) where the second gas permeable tube 3 is located requires the provision of manholes and a climbing ladder 7 for personnel access installation and maintenance. The manhole is provided at a side (i.e., an outer side) where the second permeability tube 3 is absent, for easy access. The manhole cover 6 is provided to prevent foreign materials and rainwater from entering. The crawling ladder 7 is arranged on one side (i.e., the inner side) inclined towards the stern, is opposite to the manhole, is convenient to crawl, and is higher in safety.
In order to further prevent water from accumulating in the ventilating mast due to the condensed water in the cabin wall and the like, the bottom parts of the first channel 11 and the second channel 12 are provided with a discharge pipe 8. The height of the discharge pipe 6 is lower than that of the first vent pipe 2, and is flush with the weather deck 100, so that water is effectively drained, and accumulated water is prevented from flowing into the first vent pipe 2.
In order to ensure strength, a reinforcing toggle plate 9 is provided at the bottom end of the cylinder 1. In addition, the barrel 1 is provided with an eye plate 101 near the top end for lashing a wire rope 102 to reinforce the ventilated mast. The angle of the steel wire rope 102 can be adjusted according to the requirement, so that not only can the breathable mast be prevented from shaking, but also decorations such as color flags can be hung, and the aesthetic feeling is improved.
The barrel body 1, the first vent pipe 2, the second vent pipe 3, the steel wire rope 10, the manhole cover 6 and the crawling ladder 7 are all made of stainless steel with the same grade, so that corrosion can be effectively prevented.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
