In the tail parts of two-compartment vehicles, SUVs and MPVs, because the shapes are square, the air flow separation condition of the tail parts is serious, a large vortex can be generated, and the pneumatic resistance is large.
In step S001, the vehicle speed of the vehicle is acquired first, and optionally, the controller acquires the vehicle speed of the vehicle from the electronic control unit. And then acquiring the set swing speed of the vortex generator corresponding to the vehicle speed according to the vehicle speed. Optionally, the oscillation speed of the most favorable vortex generator at different vehicle speeds is calculated by cae (computer Aided engineering) as the set oscillation speed corresponding to the speed. Alternatively, one-to-one correspondence data of the velocity and the set swing velocity is set in the controller.
In step S002, the set swing speed of the vortex generator is converted into a control signal and sent to the vortex generator. Optionally, the controller finds a corresponding set swing speed according to the vehicle speed, converts the set swing speed into a control signal, and sends the control signal to the vortex generator, and the control signal may further include an instruction whether the vortex generator swings.
In step S003, the vortex generator controls the blades of the vortex generator to swing left and right at a predetermined swing speed in response to the control signal.
Referring to fig. 5, optionally, the vortex generator is composed of an outer frame 1, a blade 2, a connecting rod 3 and a motor 4, the motor 4 drives the connecting rod 3 to do horizontal return motion, the connecting rod 3 drives the blade 2 to swing left and right, and the swing speed can be controlled by the motor 4.
The vortex generator controls the blade of the vortex generator to swing left and right according to the set swing speed according to the control signal, namely the motor of the vortex generator controls the blade of the vortex generator to swing left and right according to the set swing speed according to the control signal.
Optionally, the motor may feed back a state signal of the blade movement to the controller, and the controller may determine whether the vortex generator is moving according to the set swing speed, and if the vortex generator does not swing or the swing speed does not match the set swing speed, the controller may adjust or even alarm.
