When the mobile terminal acquires an automatic parking progress picture of a target vehicle, whether a second termination instruction sent by a user is received in the mobile terminal is required to be judged, namely when the user judges that the current automatic parking progress needs to be terminated according to own preference requirements, second termination instruction information is sent out on a display interface of the mobile terminal, when the mobile terminal receives the second termination instruction sent by the user, the second termination instruction is automatically transmitted to a vehicle-mounted communication terminal in the target vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted communication terminal transmits the second termination instruction to automatic driving equipment in the target vehicle so that the automatic driving equipment can terminate the automatic parking progress of the target vehicle; however, when the termination instruction is not received in the mobile terminal, the automatic parking progress screen of the target vehicle is continuously acquired until the automatic parking is completed.
In the embodiment, whether the automatic parking process of the target vehicle is terminated or not is determined by judging whether the termination instruction information of the user is received or not, so that convenience is provided for the user to park and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, a fifth embodiment of the automatic parking method according to the present invention is further proposed on the basis of any of the first to fourth embodiments of the present invention, which is the step S10 of the first embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, the automatic parking method includes:
step S11, acquiring target license plate information of a target vehicle, and matching the target license plate information with pre-stored license plate information in a mobile terminal;

and step S13, if the target license plate information is not matched with the pre-stored license plate information, the target vehicle and the mobile terminal are subjected to information binding.
In the mobile terminal, target license plate information of a target vehicle needs to be acquired first, the acquired target license plate information is sequentially matched with each piece of license plate information pre-stored by a user in the mobile terminal in advance, whether license plate information matched with the target license plate information exists in the license plate information pre-stored in the mobile terminal is judged, and when the license plate information matched with the target license plate information exists in the pre-stored license plate information is judged and found, the target vehicle and the mobile terminal are indicated to be subjected to information binding, each piece of parking space information of each parking space near the target vehicle can be acquired, and the parking space information of the target parking space is acquired from the license plate information; when the judgment shows that the license plate information matched with the target license plate information does not exist in the pre-stored license plate information, the target vehicle and the mobile terminal are not subjected to information binding before the current time, wherein, the method for obtaining the target license plate information of the target vehicle can be that the license plate graph of the target vehicle is scanned by the mobile terminal, when the clear license plate number is scanned, the target license plate information of the target vehicle can be automatically acquired, or the license plate number required to be used can be pre-stored in the mobile terminal by the user in advance, and at the current moment, the mobile terminal selects a target license plate number corresponding to a target vehicle to acquire target license plate information of the target vehicle, or a user speaks the license plate number, and the mobile terminal acquires the target license plate number through a voice receiving function so as to acquire the target license plate information of the target vehicle.
In this embodiment, whether the target vehicle is information-bound with the mobile terminal before the current time is determined by matching the acquired target license plate information with the pre-stored license plate information, so as to determine whether the user can perform subsequent automatic parking operation, thereby further improving the experience of the user.
Specifically, if the target license plate information is not matched with the pre-stored license plate information, after the step of not performing information binding between the target vehicle and the mobile terminal, the method further includes:

Claims (9)

1. An automatic parking method, characterized by comprising the steps of:
when a user speaks a license plate number by using voice, the mobile terminal acquires target license plate information of a target vehicle through a voice receiving function;
receiving a binding instruction sent by a user, and performing information binding on the mobile terminal and the target vehicle according to the binding instruction, wherein the target license plate information of the target vehicle, the automatic driving equipment of the target vehicle and the mobile terminal are subjected to information binding;
acquiring target parking space information, wherein the target license plate information acquired by the mobile terminal is transmitted to a parking lot cloud platform, the parking lot cloud platform acquires position information of a target vehicle according to the target license plate information, automatically determines a target parking space according to a preset target parking position selection rule according to geographic information and/or real-time parking space occupation change information of each parking space of a parking lot stored in the parking lot cloud platform, and transmits the target parking space information of the target parking space to the mobile terminal and automatic driving equipment of the target vehicle; wherein the step of obtaining target parking space information comprises: acquiring first parking space information stored in a parking lot cloud platform, and taking the first parking space information as target parking space information; the parking lot cloud platform extracts stored geographic information and/or real-time parking lot occupancy change information of each parking lot in the parking lot, screens out free parking lots from each parking lot, selects a first parking lot from the free parking lots, and takes the first parking lot information as target parking lot information;
acquiring the driving state of the target vehicle, and determining whether the driving state is an unmanned driving state;
if the driving state is the unmanned driving state, executing the following steps: and receiving a parking instruction of a user, and sending the parking instruction to the automatic driving equipment corresponding to the target license plate information so as to enable the automatic driving equipment to automatically park.
2. The automatic parking method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the driving state of the target vehicle, determining whether the driving state is an unmanned state, is followed by:
and if the driving state is not the unmanned driving state, prohibiting the user from triggering an automatic parking instruction, and automatically sending out alarm information.
3. The automatic parking method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the target parking space information further comprises:
and acquiring second parking space information set in advance in the target vehicle, and taking the second parking space information as the target parking space information.
4. The automatic parking method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the target parking space information further comprises:
acquiring third parking space information of a position near the target vehicle;
target parking space information is determined in each of the third parking space information.

The automatic parking method according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving a parking instruction from a user, and sending the parking instruction to the automatic driving device corresponding to the target license plate information for automatic parking by the automatic driving device comprises:
acquiring an automatic parking progress picture of the target vehicle;
analyzing the automatic parking progress picture to determine whether an obstacle exists on a driving route in the automatic parking progress picture;
and if the obstacle exists on the driving route in the automatic parking progress picture, sending a first termination instruction to the automatic driving equipment.
6. The automatic parking method according to claim 5, wherein the step of obtaining an automatic parking progress screen of the target vehicle is followed by:
judging whether a second termination instruction of the user is received or not;
if the second termination instruction is received, sending the second termination instruction to the automatic driving equipment;
and if the second termination instruction is not received, continuously acquiring the automatic parking progress picture.
7. The automatic parking method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the mobile terminal obtaining the target license plate information of the target vehicle through a voice receiving function is followed by:
matching the target license plate information with pre-stored license plate information in the mobile terminal;
if the target license plate information is matched with the pre-stored license plate information, acquiring parking space information of a target parking space;
and if the target license plate information is not matched with the pre-stored license plate information, the target license plate information and the mobile terminal are subjected to information binding.
8. An automatic parking apparatus, characterized by comprising: a memory, a processor and an automatic parking program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the automatic parking program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the automatic parking method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon an automatic parking program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the automatic parking method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
