技术领域
本发明涉及服装宣传技术领域，更具体地说，它涉及一种面料及利用该面料制成的打底裤。
背景技术
打底裤，又称内搭裤，是为了穿短裙和超短裙防走光、修身而设计的裤子，因长度和用料不同而分很多种，可以与正装服饰不同的搭配。打底裤一般与上身稍长的娃娃衫、长吊带、T恤和连身短裙较为搭调，这种裤型主要适合女性消费者。
一般打底裤的生产工艺环节大致分为如下几个部分：1.裁剪2.三线锁边3.小料熨烫4.前袋制作5.后袋制作6.装拉链7.五线合缝8.双针压线9.上腰10.加固、打扣眼11.质检12.水洗13.整烫14.打扣子15.剪线16.质检。最终成型的打底裤其性能一般取决于最初的面料，而为提高打底裤的保暖效果，市场上常常采用较粗的纱线经较高密度制织成的面料，因此最终制成的打底裤手感较差，同时也影响美观。
因此需要提出一种新的方案来解决这个问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种面料及利用该面料制成的打底裤，通过外层、贴合层以及连接带之间的配合工作，保证手感、美观的同时也兼具保暖效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体包括贴合层、外层以及若干连接带，所述贴合层的表面设有若干通孔，所述连接带的一端与外层固定连接，另一端依次穿插相邻两所述通孔并与外层朝向贴合层一侧的表面固定连接，所述连接带于贴合层朝向人体一侧的表面形成若干凸起，所述连接带的外壁上设有防护层，所述防护层与连接带之间固定连接有若干囊体，所述囊体的内部填充有食品级芳香剂且所述囊体的表面开设有散气孔。
通过采用上述技术方案，利用连接带将贴合层与外层连接之后，连接带与贴合层的表面形成凸起，增大了贴合层表面的粗糙程度，从而增大了贴合层与外界摩擦时的摩擦力，以此提高保暖效果，同时，防护层的设置一方面可以避免连接带暴露在外界，从而避免连接带与外界发生摩擦，提高连接带的使用寿命，同时囊体以及其内部填充的食品级芳香剂能够在使用过程中散发香气，并且当防护层与外界相互摩擦、挤压时，囊体发生形变从而散发出更多的香气，提高使用者使用时的体验感。
本发明进一步设置为：所述连接带由若干包覆纱编织而成，所述包覆纱的外包纱为1.0-2.4dpf涤纶纤维与1.0-2.4dpf天竹纤维，所述包覆纱的内纱芯为40D氨纶长丝。
通过采用上述技术方案，涤纶纤维的抗皱性以及保形性较佳，且具有较高的强度以及弹性恢复能力，天竹纤维具有抗菌、抑菌的效果，同时具有耐磨的特点，而内纱芯采用的氨纶长丝弹性优异，三者相结合使得形成的包覆纱使用时更为卫生，并且强度更为优异、使用寿命更长。
本发明进一步设置为：所述贴合层与外层之间填充有绒。
通过采用上述技术方案，提高面料本体的保暖效果。
本发明进一步设置为：所述外层的经纱为锦纶丝、纬线为氨纶丝并采用二上一下的斜纹组织交织而成。
通过采用上述技术方案，锦纶丝的耐磨强度较好，氨纶丝的弹性能力较佳，以两者为经纬线通过斜纹组织交织而成的外层，手感柔顺、光滑的同时耐磨性与弹性也较佳。
一种打底裤，包括裤体，所述裤体采用上述面料制成。
通过采用上述技术方案，首先利用上述面料制成的裤体，其外侧对应面料本体的外层，手感柔顺且光滑，其与人体接触的一侧对应面料本体的贴合层，当使用者穿上裤体行走时，贴合层表面的凸起会与人体皮肤相互摩擦，从而产生一定的热量，提高保暖效果，并且当使用者的腿部对防护层进行挤压时，囊体会散发出香气，提高使用者的体验感。
本发明进一步设置为：所述裤体对应人体膝盖处设置有防护垫，所述防护垫开设有朝向人体一侧的第一容腔以及远离人体一侧的第二容腔，所述第一容腔内填充有摩擦颗粒，所述第二容腔内填充有缓冲颗粒。
通过采用上述技术方案，利用第二容腔内的缓冲颗粒，能够在使用者膝盖处收到撞击时起到缓冲的效果，从而避免使用者的膝盖受到伤害，并且使用者在行走过程中膝盖上抬下落的过程中，会对第一容腔内的摩擦颗粒进行挤压，从而迫使摩擦颗粒相互摩擦，产生一定的热量，从而提高保暖效果。
本发明进一步设置为：所述摩擦颗粒为活性炭颗粒。
通过采用上述技术方案，活性炭颗粒具有一定除臭的功能，并且能够重复利用。
本发明进一步设置为：所述缓冲颗粒为泡沫粒子。
通过采用上述技术方案，泡沫粒子无静电、无气味、手感好，并且柔韧、质轻，富有弹性，能通过弯曲来吸收和分散外来的撞击力，达到缓冲的效果，并且泡沫粒子具有一定隔热的效果，能够减少第一容腔内热量的散失。
综上所述，本发明具有以下有益效果：
通过外层、贴合层以及连接带之间的配合工作，保证手感、美观的同时也兼具保暖效果。

在本发明的描述中，需要说明的是，术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”“顶/底端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中，需要说明的是，除非另有明确的规定和限定，术语“安装”、“设置有”、“套设/接”、“连接”等，应做广义理解，例如“连接”，可以是固定连接，也可以是可拆卸连接，或一体地连接；可以是机械连接，也可以是电连接；可以是直接相连，也可以通过中间媒介间接相连，可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
一种面料，如图1-图3所示，包括面料本体，面料本体包括贴合层1、外层2以及若干连接带3，贴合层1的表面设有若干通孔4，连接带3的一端与外层2固定连接，另一端依次穿插相邻两通孔4并与外层2朝向贴合层1一侧的表面固定连接，连接带3于贴合层1朝向人体一侧的表面形成若干凸起，利用连接带3将贴合层1与外层2连接之后，连接带3与贴合层1的表面形成凸起，增大了贴合层1表面的粗糙程度，从而增大了贴合层1与外界摩擦时的摩擦力，以此提高保暖效果；同时连接带3的外壁上设有防护层5，可以避免连接带3暴露在外界，从而避免连接带3与外界发生摩擦，提高连接带3的使用寿命，防护层5与连接带3之间固定连接有若干囊体6，囊体6的内部填充有食品级芳香剂且囊体6的表面开设有散气孔7，当防护层5与外界相互摩擦、挤压时，囊体6发生形变从而散发出更多的香气，提高使用者使用时的体验感，并且贴合层1与外层2之间填充有绒8，能够提高面料本体的保暖效果；
如图4所示，连接带3由若干包覆纱编织而成，包覆纱的外包纱为1.0-2.4dpf涤纶纤维16与1.0-2.4dpf天竹纤维17，包覆纱的内纱芯为40D氨纶长丝18，涤纶纤维16的抗皱性以及保形性较佳，且具有较高的强度以及弹性恢复能力，天竹纤维17具有抗菌、抑菌的效果，同时具有耐磨的特点，而内纱芯采用的氨纶长丝18弹性优异，三者相结合使得形成的包覆纱使用时更为卫生，并且强度更为优异、使用寿命更长；
如图5所示，外层2的经纱为锦纶丝9、纬线为氨纶丝10并采用二上一下的斜纹组织交织而成，锦纶丝9的耐磨强度较好，氨纶丝10的弹性能力较佳，以两者为经纬线通过斜纹组织交织而成的外层2，手感柔顺、光滑的同时耐磨性与弹性也较佳。
一种打底裤，如图6、图7所示，包括裤体11，裤体11采用上述面料制成，利用上述面料制成的裤体11，其外侧对应面料本体的外层2，手感柔顺且光滑，其与人体接触的一侧对应面料本体的贴合层1，当使用者穿上裤体11行走时，贴合层1表面的凸起会与人体皮肤相互摩擦，从而产生一定的热量，提高保暖效果，并且当使用者的腿部对防护层5进行挤压时，囊体6会散发出香气，提高使用者的体验感；
裤体11对应人体膝盖处设置有防护垫12，防护垫12开设有朝向人体一侧的第一容腔13以及远离人体一侧的第二容腔14，第一容腔13内填充有摩擦颗粒19，第二容腔14内填充有缓冲颗粒15，利用第二容腔14内的缓冲颗粒15，能够在使用者膝盖处收到撞击时起到缓冲的效果，从而避免使用者的膝盖收到伤害，并且使用者在行走过程中膝盖上抬下落的过程中，会对第一容腔13内的摩擦颗粒19进行挤压，从而迫使摩擦颗粒19相互摩擦，产生一定的热量，从而提高保暖效果；其中摩擦颗粒19为活性炭颗粒，缓冲颗粒15为泡沫粒子，活性炭颗粒具有一定除臭的功能，并且能够重复利用，泡沫粒子无静电、无气味、手感好，并且柔韧、质轻，富有弹性，能通过弯曲来吸收和分散外来的撞击力，达到缓冲的效果，并且泡沫粒子具有一定隔热的效果，能够减少第一容腔13内热量的散失。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例，凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种面料，包括面料本体，其特征在于：所述面料本体包括贴合层(1)、外层(2)以及若干连接带(3)，所述贴合层(1)的表面设有若干通孔(4)，所述连接带(3)的一端与外层(2)固定连接，另一端依次穿插相邻两所述通孔(4)并与外层(2)朝向贴合层(1)一侧的表面固定连接，所述连接带(3)于贴合层(1)朝向人体一侧的表面形成若干凸起，所述连接带(3)的外壁上设有防护层(5)，所述防护层(5)与连接带(3)之间固定连接有若干囊体(6)，所述囊体(6)的内部填充有食品级芳香剂且所述囊体(6)的表面开设有散气孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料，其特征在于：所述连接带(3)由若干包覆纱编织而成，所述包覆纱的外包纱为1.0-2.4dpf涤纶纤维(16)与1.0-2.4dpf天竹纤维(17)，所述包覆纱的内纱芯为40D氨纶长丝(18)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料，其特征在于：所述贴合层(1)与外层(2)之间填充有绒(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料，其特征在于：所述外层(2)的经纱为锦纶丝(9)、纬线为氨纶丝(10)并采用二上一下的斜纹组织交织而成。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种打底裤，其特征在于：包括裤体(11)，所述裤体(11)采用上述面料制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种打底裤，其特征在于：所述裤体(11)对应人体膝盖处设置有防护垫(12)，所述防护垫(12)开设有朝向人体一侧的第一容腔(13)以及远离人体一侧的第二容腔(14)，所述第一容腔(13)内填充有摩擦颗粒(19)，所述第二容腔(14)内填充有缓冲颗粒(15)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种打底裤，其特征在于：所述摩擦颗粒(19)为活性炭颗粒。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种打底裤，其特征在于：所述缓冲颗粒(15)为泡沫粒子。
